Went to get my highlander repaired. They repaired it but gave it to me with two good size gashes in the side walls on my back tires. Which were NOT there before. I talked to the service manager and he pretty much told me I m out of luck and their guys aren t responsible because he trusts them, & they re not gonna replace them. Well that s nice and all but mistakes happen and he even said I ve never had an issue like this happen before. Then proceeded to try to sell me tires at employee price which is about $200. More than I already had to pay.

You will never find a body shop as efficient that produces perfect work like this one. Every employee there takes pride in their job, The manager, Perry and David are perfectionists- in this day and age they are few and far between.The ladies that are in the front office - Carolee for one- were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with insurance issues. .The whole front end of my car was damaged due to an accident involving a deer. When I got my car back- it was as good as new. The detail work was impeccable. They stand behind their work, extremely accommodating, and they go above and beyond in every aspect from dealing with the insurance agent to completion of the job. If you are looking for a reputable body shop- this is the place- without question..

I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Collision Center if you re ever in need of auto body repairs. I needed repairs which were covered through insurance. My insurance agent is Josh Allen at Erie whom I also highly recommend especially due to their disappearing deductible and 1 time accident forgiveness. Rusty Wallace was one of their preferred shops so I chose them. I picked up my vehicle today and was amazed at the excellent work they did. In addition to repairing the damages, they also detailed my car inside and out and included new heavy duty floor mats. Besides the outstanding work provided from the employees in the back, the front desk kept me well informed of the progress on my repairs and were very friendly. Thank you Rusty Wallace Collision!

These people are awesome!!! I would give 6 stars if I could. Got some auto body work done here a couple of years ago, the paint was mismatched on several different panels, took it back to fix and they repainted the whole car... for free! Friendly, and that was definitely an awesome job of taking care of the customer. They went above and beyond what was necessary, thank you, very much appreciated!

Worst service I ever had!!! If you need a shop to work on your vehicle I strongly recommend that you shop around. After the lies and the run-a-round. Also not counting the damage that they did to my vehicle and tried to blame it on the accident. Keep before and aft photos if you plan on using them! If I could give them a zero star I would. Buyer Beware!

Have had to work with them multiple times already this year from a series of unfortunate events, and they are the best! Love David who works there, always answers or returns my calls promptly and is very good at communicating with my insurance rep. Will be using in the future.... but hopefully not again this year!!

Had a tree fell on my truck hit all four corners needed completely repainted they did an amazing job worked with my insurance company without issues, got all the work done in a timely manner could not be more satisfied!!

Very nice people, I went in for an estimate after jumping a curb kinda hard. They gave me an estimate that was just the splash shields, the clips for them, and the air intake box.. I mentioned I was going to get it aligned after the visits there so they didnt quote me that. I went to get it aligned and the tire place told me I had a bent sub frame on the driver side that caused the driver side front tire to be about an inch away from the back of the fender and causing the tire to be shredded. I liked rusty wallace for their niceness and they seemed very well intentioned but after looking at it, you can easily tell from the side view that the driver side front wheel is super close to the back of the fender compared to the passenger side. I am unsure about rusty wallace because of this poor estimate quality but it is just an estimate.. they got my hopes up that nothing was majorly wrong with the car though. Otherwise seems like a good place and their name carries weight.

Horrible experience, and awful customer service. Set up an appointment in conjunction with my insurance company to get an estimate on fixing the passenger side mirror on my 2020 kia Sorento. I was told they have loaner vehicles available, and could utilize the vehicle. I show up, only to be made aware they are out of loaner vehicles. This knowledge upfront would have resulted in a different approach as I would have just rented a car, or been dropped off. I am know stuck, waiting on someone to come pick me up, or waiting on a rental car company to pick me up. The staff were not helpful and offered no solutions to the problem they created. I will never use this place again.

This place is AWESOME! My car is shining! My rear end was smashed and they didn t take long at all to repair it, even with a parking lot full of cars. They even detailed it inside and out. I highly recommend this place and their work!

My husband took his truck there, over 2 months later, the truck still hadn t been touched. One excuse after another when he called to ask about it. Evidently this place doesn t need your business and doesn t want to make money. 100% NOT recommended

It would take a thousand words to say all the good about this shop. this shop from the beginning to finish on my 370z i would rate them A++ they are the best in the state of Tn.

I highly recommended this shop they did a awesome job fixing my truck looks better then when it was bought they even took the time to detail it before I picked it up thank u for making my baby pretty again

David was very professional and despite the supply line shortages, they still managed to get the parts and complete the body work in 10 days. Excellent work too. Looks great.
