I was traveling through Knoxville when my new Explorer needed the first oil change. I was able to book a spot in the Quick Lane. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was completed promptly. All our concerns were addressed.

Always a quick and great experience! Thanks to Richard for doing a great job on my F150 and Explorer. The Quicklane is a great place to purchase tires, you get free rotations for the life of the tires. Thanks guys, see you again soon!

We use quick lane alot and they have always done us good . Had to have my brakes done recently and thought car might be out of alignment too but it wasn't so that saved me some money. I feel they have always been honest and dependable. Get all my oil changes there and buy tires there as well.

Today I went to the Quick Lane at Ray Varner Ford to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was in the parking spot for the quick lane at 6:45 a.m. The lady opened up a few minutes early and she knew I should be 1st to get my oil changed and tires rotated. There were at least 4 people who got their vehicles done before mine. I didn't say anything to the ladies working the desk, but I was not happy! I bought my last 2 sets of tires there but today will be the last time I get my oil changed there, & I will not buy anymore tires from Ray Varner Ford!

I was traveling in the area on January 4, 2021 and experienced transmission problems. JP took my truck in at a moments notice. His service tech's opinion was correct and valuable. The service was perfect. I would give JP ten stars if I could. I spoke to his boss and communicated how superior their team was in assisting me on such short notice.Hat's off to JP and all of the team.Karl LService: Transmission

It's a first come first serve basis. Associates are generally friendly. Ford definitely puts the cheapest tires on their new vehicles. Lucky to get 21,000 miles out of them.

This could had easily been 5 stars if we hadn't had to wait another hour after our appointment just to get oil change and tires rotated. First time there ,they did deduct $20.00 off the bill but, I would rather they kept the money and get me in on my appointment time.

Will never use again .Went in for tire rotation and fuel and oil filter changes. Was told 4hrs on tire rotation the lady working Saturday morning acted like she didn't even want me there. Bought my truck new there was planning on buying a new one this fall that want happen. Very unprofessional at the quick lane. Had tire rotation done by a competitor it took 1hrnot 4. Bought tire there too never again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Truck broke down on our way to South carolina and the closest mechanic to us was this place. Thank goodness it worked out that way because there couldn't have been a more nicer and honest and cost effective place to take our vehicle. Workers were friendly and interacted and held conversations with us while we were waiting, the mechanic was quick and knew exactly what was wrong. He helped us to stay in our budget for our trip and make sure we were safe to get back on the road. Would reccomend this place 100% to anyone that needs mechanical work!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Great service by competent people! I've used quick lane as my service provider as long as the dealership has been at its current location. I wouldn't think of taking any of my cars or trucks anywhere else.

My husband and I were on our way from South Carolina to Ohio when we hit a nail on I-75. Sure enough we had a leak in one of the tires and needed to get it fixed asap. We called up Quick Lane and they said they were available. It was only about a 10-minute wait before they were able to see our car. They were able to patch it and get us back on the road quickly. As if that were not enough, they did not charge us. I believe it was Terry we talked to who said that it's stressful enough to deal with a flat on a road trip, if she could help ease some of that stress she would. My husband and I are so grateful for their help and kindness. Thank you, Quick Lane!

They do a great job, thats why I keep coming back... but they should drop the quick from their name. It doesnt matter what day/time you come in, expect to be there for 2+ hours for a routine oil change. Ive been going there for 10 years and it hasnt changed... so, just bring something to occupy your time..... stopped in again, next visit. Random Tuesday mid-morning - only guy in the waiting room - STILL took an hour and a half!!!! Been coming here for a long time, I think its time to find a new place. Any recommendations?

Be sure to compare prices around here. They do a great job with oil change pricing, but I went to get brakes replaced and they said I had one bad rotor. Okay that is fine but it's a problem when they try to charge $140 (without the labor) for 1 back brake rotor when you can buy one for $36 at autozone. I showed them the link to where autozone had it for $35.99 and they said the cheapest they can get is $52. Big jump from $140 to $52.... they will try to get money out of you so do research before going here.

I wasn't able to get an oil change here because I didn't have my childs wheelchair and you can't stay in the car for that service here. This review is because they were kind enough to send me to another business with a pit so we could stay in our vehicle. It's the little thing's sometimes that make all the difference. I will be posting another review soon as I'm going back to them for a brake change.

Thus is my go to place for my car...bought my car here and have my service and everything done to my car by the same people. Great place...it grows on you.
