This is a GREAT small business. For starters, they re friendly and very professional, but down-to-Earth at the same time.I had to go to them as a local LifeSafer (interlock ignition device) dealer, and Ashlee has just been great throughout the whole process, from installation and then the subsequent monthly recalibrations.I ve told Ashlee several times that she should be an attorney, because she has explained my situation (in terms of conditions, deadlines, etc) FAR MORE CLEARLY than my lawyer ever did.So anyway, to close, let me just say that based upon my experience, you will be extremely satisfied should you do business with these guys.

Josh was so helpful when installing my new double din. I had an amp issue and he was able to quickly source the parts, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I will recommend him to friends and family instead of the local competitors from now on. Super friendly guy, and an expert at what he does. Thanks again Josh!

Professional, Timely, an AMAZING EQ setting and Maybe Above All Else: Incredibly Friendly!After a miserable DYI experience before, and decidedly wasn t going through that hell again, I found myself in such a situation again after purchasing a newer vehicle that had some bells, but no whistles I was accustomed to (specifically CarPlay). With the current microchip shortage, mid level units from premium brands were no where to be found. The choices were literally $1200+ units or $500 and below (very few of which actually had a screen or CarPlay capabilities). But I found a Boss unit that checked all the boxes, and decided at the price-point to give it ago.I knew that I wouldn t be going the DYI route again. So, I set off to find installation from a provider who didn t require a mandatory equipment purchase, but was also in the nearby area.I came across JAAC via a Google search, and checked out their website. I used the request a quote forum found there on Friday, and after the weekend still had not heard anything back. So, I called that Monday afternoon. In less than 10 minutes I had an appointment for the coming Wednesday, and the actual total I could expect, not an estimate! It was recommended that I go with a different backup camera than the one that came with my unit. I trusted their recommendation without explanation; they re the experts. Josh later told me that it s because the camera that I had uses a plastic housing, his came with a metal housing. Common sense tells you that metal fares much better against the elements than plastic.I had expected to spend a minimum of $500, and the price I was given seemed more-than-reasonable. Later, Josh told me that he s admittedly a little bit more than a big box store, and honestly I wouldn t have ever known. Plus, at the end of the day, I was given an opportunity to support a small, and local, business.I arrived at my appointed time, and was a little surprised that the business is ran out of their home. But, was immediately greeted by Ashely (Josh s wife) and they were both incredibly friendly. There s a little indoor waiting area (which with the temperature in excess of 90� was very relieving), and honestly it made it feel less like I was intruding. After introductions, and a rundown of the unexpected amenities, they got right to work.Ok, it s not a big waiting room (plus, it is in their home), so don t pack the car and head over, but they offer WiFi, a FireStick, and a list of streaming services. Honestly, it rivals those offered by three-and-four-star hotels. I had packed my Nintendo and a hotspot, so I was set, but it was nice to know there would have been options if I hadn t.My appointment was at 1:00, and I got there at 1:10 (the ATM was being very slow), and they were working by 1:25. Based solely on my previous experience, and the addition of a backup camera installation I anticipated 4+ hours. They were done by 4:00, maybe even earlier. We chit-chatted for about 25 minutes, and then Josh actually sat in the vehicle with me for about 20 more and walked me through some of the features of my equipment, which was incredibly nice. He also explained to me that he soldered all of the connections, which makes them more stable. He could have just left it to me to read the manual (I certainly had time while I waited!), but he made the effort to explain some things to me and answer my questions.My overall install looks incredibly sharp! And the price was more than fair! I would gladly pay more for the service I received!Plus, Josh tuned the EQ with his personal setting and IT IS BOSS!Honestly, if I have any issue from anything I imagine it will be from the unit itself and not from the installation. I don t know that you could find a better installation provider in a 75 mile radius! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I came in concerned about a wiring job done by another audio store a few years back that I had to disconnect after it continuously drained my battery. They took a look at it and saw the problems immediately. They explained everything so I would understand and worked on it right away, getting the job done so fast and easy I could hardly believe it! The prices were extremely reasonable, and they were super passionate. I've already recommended them to family and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with anything Car Audio related.You guys rock!

These guys are amazing the way they interact with customers is outstanding! I was taking my car to local mechanic for dui device for almost a year and it was awful finally decided to switch even though it s an hour away from my home it s worth it! They re service and professional and just down to earth Curtosey puts you at ease! Very helpful both extremely polite! I highly recommend them!10/10 service!!Melvina Goodman

Honestly I was very iffy on it but after today that would be the only place I will go for audio maintenance it s a smaller business and they really do take care of their customers there completely fair and reasonable. The price was the best.

Needed a stereo installed for my son in a short time frame. Called and Ashlee worked with me and got me in the next day!! Josh and Ashlee got my new head unit installed and it looks amazing. No one could have done a better job!! A great, honest, and friendly duo to work with. They were knowledgeable and respectful and I would highly recommend to anyone needing stereo work done. They WILL have my future business for sure. Great Job

The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. Josh installed a new model radio in our older Civic for a very reasonable price in even less time than estimated. Would definitely go back for any future sound system upgrades!

Professional work and patience with me. Wiring was thought out and made sure I the customer was okay with the needed modifications to make a flawless install. The wiring is concealed as it should be and overall nice and tucked. Subs sound amazing that he recommended and can t wait to come back for my other vehicles. Also the owners let me have some cold drinks and were nothing but friendly. They didn t mind if I learned a little and well just overall amazing experience to have been received. From the moment we walked in the door these guys were great!!Ashlee was the best - she walked us through the entire process. Josh (the owner) gave us some pointers after the install, Ashlee helped as well with installation & building of our box. Josh and Ashlee were a TEAM and we could not have been more impressed. Go see them, you won t be disappointed!!

Needed the antenna wire harness replaced on my truck. Setting up the appointment with Ashlee was quick and easy, Josh was very helpful and professional, he had me back up and running in 30 minutes, and that s with us talking during the install. 100% would recommend to anyone needing any kind of audio work done!

From the moment we talked they was respectful and honest. I can honestly say I'm excited about having my music back in my car you guys did an awesome job. Every question I ask you had an answer. Even gave me better ideas for next time so I can make it sound even better. I will be returning for my new box and sub I appreciate everything. P.S. let her know I cleaned my amp . Wonderful couple to hangout with while having your subs & amp connected! Very polite and my nephew and I and made conversation with us so we weren't sitting there in silence the entire time we waited. You did amazing work on my husband's system!!!! He was like a kid in a candy store when we picked up his car today and he was to excited to tell me that the speakers hit so hard his rearview mirror came off before we made it back home we will highly recommend you to anyone looking for an install or any kind of car audio work, we'll see you guys when he decides he wants something bigger

I had a new stereo installed in my Jeep I was not happy about the experience the way the stereo was installed was not the way I thought it should have been! I searched the internet and found JAAC Car Audio I called and talked to Ashlee the nicest professional ever! Josh fixed my stereo the correct way and I am very happy thank you Josh and Ashlee!

I always wait one month to write a review just incase something goes wrong. JAAC audio did a great job installing an audio system in my daughters car and scheduled her in so it would be ready for her birthday. They will be receiving repeat business from me.

Josh is very professional and does excellent work. If he sees any potential issue with the equipment, he lets you know in advance. If you have any questions, he takes the time to answer them personally and offers advice and recommendations without pressuring you. Highly recommended.

About a week ago I went into Atomic Car Audios store and I met Josh. I told him the issue I was having with my amplifiers and he gladly explained to me and showed me the issues and helped me figure it out! The quality and pride he takes in doing his job is phenomenal!

JAAC Car Audio is highly recommended as the place to go! If your looking for new systems, or just to upgrade your old one. If you need accessories or anything i would recommended calling JAAC Car Audio before first recommendation on Google. Josh never meet me a day in his life and treated me as I was a friend/family or someone he known his whole life. Treatd me like a person and not a quck dollar. Josh understood that alot of people work hard to get stuff they want in life and give you best quality and the best experience I've had so far dealing with people in this business. Down4Sound will never get another penny frim me bow that ive found JAAC Car Audio. Will be returning here for everyone of my Car Audio need. I wish i would've done more research from the very beginning to be quite honest. But but we live and learn. JAAC Car Audio thank you so much for the best experience in the Audio world anyone could ask for, and being a true life saver on my last minute need.
