Gary s body shop is the best. I love the friendly and professional service they provide. Will never go anywhere else. My husband keeps them in business. Deer love to jump in front of him and mess the car up.Thank you all for taking such fGood care of us! Five stars

The whole team really went above and beyond to get my car fixed up. I love supporting local businesses and will definitely be back if I need to get fixed up again. I've been to commercial auto-body companies and they just can't hold a candle to this place. Thanks again y'all.

Had my car fixed here because a few people told me it was good shop. Wouldn t exactly say that. They did not communicate with you. After being told it d take a couple weeks to fix my car to it taking about 2 months, I would reach out for an update to which I was answered hatefully. I m all about supporting locals, but I was not pleased with the customer service. The work was good.

They did an amazing job on my vehicle repair. They go above and beyond to help the community. They are avid supporters of youth sports. They are always willing to sponsor kids when they are able. Hands down the best in Anderson County.

Had some pretty extensive frame damage on my car after having a minor wreck where I drove over a curb at a high speed. If you stood in front of my car, you could literally see it was tilted and leaning to one side since I'd neglected the damage for a couple months. Finally accepting the fact that I had to deal with it, I heard about Gary's from a friend who said several people reccommended it on the I Love Clinton FB group. They gave me a quote that was honestly such a good price I couldn't believe it, considering all the things they said they were going to include in fixing it that I planned on doing at a later date. They were super kind and I felt like they got my car done pretty fast considering they had to wait on parts and there was more damage than they originally found when I got my estimate. I'll definitely reccommend Gary's to anyone I know needs a body shop and I'll be a returning customer if I ever have the need again. Thank you wonderful, wonderful people for helping me

This place doesn t communicate with you at all. My vehicle sat there for several months and they never called me even once to give me an update. Every time I called, they had some kind of cheap excuse and said they would get to it when they could. Finally I just came and picked up my vehicle because they were never going to get around to working on it. If they don t want to work on it, they should just say they don t want to instead of leaving somebody hanging for several months, that is horrible and unprofessional business practice. Would not recommend!

I've been using this Gary's for about 17 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Excellent body man and his paint jobs are unmatched by anyone else!!! I Always go here no matter what!!!

there's nothing I recommend. communication is terrible. After 3 months, my son's car still sits there with no end in sight. Different story with every phone call and at one point he was even lied to when they told him "insurance wants to total it". After contacting claim adjuster, was told that's the first time he ever heard of such and no one had even contacted him from the shop. Very disappointed with the whole ordeal. It was determined, no it is not totaled. They just didn't want to deal with it anymore. I wish my son had listened to me and left it at the first shop that estimated completion in Nov. My son, however, was impressed when this shop said they could do it much quicker. while we understand back order parts are out of their control, communication is NOT. No more parts are on backorder, at this point he's just being jerked around!

EXCELLENT WORK EXCELLENT PRICE ! Very impressive work and a fair price. Got several estimates and these guys were reasonably priced and work was AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Very friendly local business. Knowing the owner for nearly a lifetime and seeing his business grow over the decades is a great indication of a reputable business. The caring and quality of his work is beyond reproach. Seeing the owner in person as he came to greet his customers as soiled as the rest of his employees is very impressive! Took my car in for body damage repairs and they did a fantastic job. Looks great. Gary told me 1 week for the repairs and it was exactly 1 week. I'm very pleased. Gary himself is a pleasure to deal with. Very kind.

5 stars isn't enough for Mr. Gary and his staff. From the moment you walk through the door their professionalism warmly greets you, and you are treated with the utmost respect. The attentiveness to your questions/concerns/needs is second to none. They have a family atmosphere there, so much so that one feels like they're welcome at their dinner table anytime. Making one feel as valued and at ease as they do is very important to me. Mr. Gary has an aura about him, and with the way the world is today any man who abides by The Golden Rule and talks about the Bible is A++ in my book! They are the epitome of what a world class body shop should be! Thank you so much guys and may God bless you all!

I ve known Gary for 25 or 30 years. He has always taken care of my family s body work needs. Gary, Kasey, and all the guys that work there, have always been courteous, professional, and always do impeccable work. Wouldn t ever go anywhere else.You don t become a household name, or stay in business as long as he has, without doing things right.

This is the ONLY body shop we would ever use. They treat the vehicle as if it were their own. They are the best. We have used Gary's Body Shop for years and years and years. If you want the car to be repaired perfectly, Gary's is the Body Shop for you.

Waited at front desk for several minutes. People from a back room seem me. One who came in right behind me past me standing at desk. No one ever greeted me. I don't mind waiting, but a "Good morning, someone will be with you as soon as possible", is the least they could do.
