We had a fantastic experience at Fox Toyota, largely thanks to their exceptional team. Jacob, our salesman, was refreshingly down-to-earth and personable, never once making us feel pressured. Their commitment to fair pricing was evident throughout, with no added fees. Lee in finance was excellent, and the entire staff, including Will and Kenny, were incredibly friendly. We ended up purchasing two new Toyota 4Runners due to their fair pricing and generous trade-in offer. Highly recommend Fox Toyota for a hassle-free car-buying experience!

Purchased a 2024 Tundra Limited from Fox. Shopped around the Knoxville area at the other dealerships and Fox were cheaper. People were super nice and not at all pushy. We dealt with Walt, which knew his stuff and a super nice guy. Love the fact that you can still drive around this lot and actually look rather than having to talk to someone as soon as you got there. All around a great experience there.

We always research the best vehicle for our needs. Once finding the vehicle we wanted, we found that Fox Toyota was the dealer we wanted to do business with. They absolutely treated us like family. Wonderful experience..!!!

I just bought my second vehicle from them and had a great experience both times. We bought both from KC and he made the buying experience easy and painless. I really appreciate everyone from the sales department and service department. Don t make the mistake of going somewhere else.

Today I bought a car on my own. I worked with Jeff. I come in two weeks ago to ask some questions about getting rid of my current vehicle and he was quick to help me out we didn t talk for a while and then I decided to go through with it and he has helped every step of the way I didn t feel pressured into anything he made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and it was definitely something I wanted I didn t feel like I was being done wrong the whole time I was there the manager was also great as well I felt comfortable working with him and he always made sure I didn t need anything at all I was there Jeff made sure I was in something reliable and I drove off the lot today in a 2024 rav4 and I love it I would recommend fox toyota to anyone wanting a vehicle

I live in NC and bought a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 from this dealership. Elijah Jennings (sales) and Dagen (financing) were great to work with. Very easy and straightforward experience getting the deal put together over the phone prior to making the 3 hour drive. I have been pretty impressed with my experience with this dealership so far.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN!!!!I purchased a new 2021 Tacoma from Fox in 2021. I drove it everyday and loved it. Sadly, a tornado decided to knock a tree on my truck and left me without a daily vehicle. After dealing with insurance, the hunt was on for a new vehicle. Once again, I ended up at Fox.I m so glad this dealership exists, because they made the search easy! I found a 2020 4Runner Pro that I loved, and after a test drive, Salesman Jacob Pinion and I started to get down to business. He is absolutely the kindest and most genuine person I have meet. Fox employees are helpful, kind, and thoughtful to meet your needs. Kim (an absolute jewel) helped us complete the paperwork and finances and off I went in my new baby.Once I left the lot, I still had a few needs (protective coating being applied, ect) and Jacob was fast to respond to my text messages and help get me scheduled WITHOUT me having to rearrange my schedule. My family and I have purchased several Toyotas from Fox over the years, and we will continue to do so! The service is always top notch and you leave feeling like you are one of the family.

Great buying experience! I was looking for a Grand Highlander Hybrid, a very in demand model. We were working with another dealership until we found out they had a $3,000 mark up on their vehicles. Fox does not add a dealer mark up nor do they try to trick you into unwanted warranties. Bryson was easy to work with and got my name on an allocation in a couple of months. I love my new GHHL! Great SUV!

We had a wonderful experience at Fox Toyota after disastrous encounters with a couple of Toyota dealerships in Florida! Listed price was reasonable and there were no $3000 packages of non-optional "perks" forced onto the total! Tristan and his manager worked on the price to our satisfaction and we rolled out in our Camry Hybrid within a few hours of arrival! Highly recommend!!!!

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had in decades. I helped my daughter by a Rav 4 in March 2024. We went to five different dealerships in and around Knoxville, including two Toyota dealerships. Some had few cars to choose from or test drive, some had pushy sales people, and some never bothered to follow up. Matt Schwartz at Fox Toyota was helpful, honest, pleasant, and quick to follow up on any questions. He found just the car she was looking for. They claim to get a larger allocation of new cars from Toyota and based on what they had on the lot and coming in they do seem to have more to choose from than other local dealers.The dealership is a large and open space with plenty of seating. The service center waiting area looks like a coffee shop or internet cafe.My daughter ended up getting a fair deal on the car and a nice discount on the extended warranty.Although we live almost 2 hours away, we will probably drive to Fox Toyota when we are in the market for a new car.

The Fox Family service model is second to none. It s worth the drive from Knoxville to get excellent service. I have purchased several automobiles from them over the years, and have always been impressed. Special shout out to Chris, my service advisor, and the unnamed fellow in the garage who provided above-and-beyond help with those annoying wheel caps - I appreciate you both so much.

We bought a RAV 4 Saturday from Fox Toyota in Clinton! It was a great experience from the beginning to the end when I drove away! My salesman Tristin knew his vehicles and was awesome to work with. I highly recommend calling ahead and asking for Tristin. The Finance Manager, Brandon Reynolds was so easy to work with and he was so detailed about the extended warranties and financing! This is my new favorite place and if you are looking for a vehicle to call Fox first. You won t be disappointed!

Came in to check out a used Tacoma around may of this year, Doc was very helpful and gave me a lot of initial guidance on what I was getting into and lots of info on the platform that has helped me to this day. Drove it for a couple months and decided that working on Toyota's was something I wanted to do more often. Called up Doc, Doc talked to a few guys, And now I work in the service department here! I got an awesome truck and they threw a job in there as extra!

This is the way buying a car should be. Everyone from our salesman, Tristan to the business manager, Brandon were very professional and easy to do business with. Kenny Buckner made sure that we were not being pressured at all during the entire process. We purchased our first car here in 2009 and I'm sure we will be back again. We did shop around for other brands and many are going to 3 cylinder vehicles, but we wanted a 4 cylinder and that is what we purchased here from Fox Toyota.

Buying a new car is stressful, but definitely not in this dealership. First, I was welcomed by warm smile and kindness by a gentleman at the door. Then, KC Ramsey was the sales consultant who helped me out, and I can't recommend him enough. He's genuinely kind, nice, and he is very knowledgeable. By the time the purchase was complete, it was pretty late. Despite its late, KC took his time to walk me through everything in the car, so I felt completely safe driving it home and getting to know all the features. Also, everyone was friendly and professional. There was no pressure at all at any stages. The whole process was transparent.I live in Knoxville but decided to drive all the way to Clinton just for Fox Toyota, and I'm glad I did. Everything I heard about this place turned out to be spot on. The whole experience was just really comfortable. If you re looking for a car, I definitely suggest checking out Fox Toyota and asking for KC Ramsey if you can. It's easily the best dealership experience I've had. Strongly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted immediately by Kenny who made sure I was comfortable while I was there. Jeff was my sales associate, he was kind and helpful with all of my questions throughout the buying process. Kim went over all of the fine print and details with me at the end so I could choose all of the best add ons for my vehicle. Would 100% recommend Fox Toyota to friends and family!

2022 we purchased a 4Runner. KC Ramsey was our salesman. We had such a great experience with him and everyone at Toyota in Clinton that we went back, yesterday, and purchased a Tacoma. Again, KC was our salesman. He was very patient, attentive, & informative. As was everyone we dealt with. Finance dept, was great as well. Floor mgr checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend Fox Toyota of Clinton.

This place personally took time out of the day to help me get into something I really wanted making sure to meet all my needs along the way!!! Tristen was a tremendous help as well as Brandon! The environment here feels welcoming and un pressured. Would recommend these people to anyone for a smooth car buying experience. Y all do great work!! Management here seems to genuinely care about the customers and staff!
