I've purchased 3 trucks so far. I've always had a good experience buying from these folks. Even the first time there was no hassle, no pushing, no nothing. The owner will do as much as he can to get you a good deal in a good car for the price. I USE my vehicles and I've never had one of theirs break that wasn't my fault. I still love my burban :)

Chuck and his crew at CS Auto are good folks. Chuck is willing to help, supportive of others, a fair fella, and he s got a good heart. He is open about allowing other mechanics to come and look at vehicles before you buy them. He provides information that he personally has about each vehicle. And, overall, he s someone you want to buy a vehicle from, whether it s an older model to something a little newer. Go check out his inventory. You might just find something you like.

I bought a low mileage 2003 Toyota Corolla from Chuck and his team, a year ago. It has been a great car, especially for the money. We ve put nearly 30K miles on it. Chuck and I have done business together for years, and it s always an easy transaction. Thanks again, CS Auto team!

This is the worst type of dealership there is. They took all of my son's money, lied about what was wrong with the car. Before they even reached home it began having trouble. They called the car lot immediately and they basically laughed at him and said it was his problem now. DO NOT trust these people. I am also aware they offered my child money to take down their one star review. This is the most disgusting type of business. Go somewhere else! You have been warned! *side note. Don't you love how they run up their stars by putting in 5 star reviews with 0 explanations? What a joke. Trash vehicles, trash people taking advantage of poor people. So disgusting! And they could have just given the money back. And I am speaking directly to the owner, you are the most horrible person ever. You should just take the car back and give this poor kid his money back.

CS AUTO is definitely a great lot and the owner and his people who run it are honest and great.I ve personally bought two car from them. Highly recommend taking a look and shopping with them.Tonight he put my family in a nice roomy family vehicle with 3rd row seating (not a van) and we re highly pleased with our purchase.Thanks again Chuck and Christy for helping us today!

Quality - Run of the mill low quality car dealership . Nothing special to report. Unprofessional, couldn t care less that I was even there. They played video games the whole time I was there. They were dishonest in their descriptions of vehicles, including mileage and functionality (like ac and heat). Again, not surprising or uncommon for a place of this caliber.Payment - They only accept cash and debit card. Apparently they were given a bad check one time and can t be bothered to utilize the point of sale equipment to verify checks instantly. This is strange, because I can mobile deposit a check to me personally and have the funds available instantly. Why can t a company?Summary - I probably wouldn t buy from them unless they made an effort to be more honest and helpful and took a big step up in professionalism and quality.

A family member of mine was sold a car here very young girl and they sold her a car with a oil leak and about to blow a head. Offered $500 less than what they paid to take it back it had been 72 hours. The next day it back up there so have your car checked before you sign their "as is" paper because they band aid it enough to sell it. A pyramid scheme of you ask me if they make $500 every time they sell it and it's returned. Buyer beware honestly I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. And then they threatened to sue if you write any kind of bad review then stop being shady and run a reputable business and get good reviews and do right by people. Scam artist

I have found Cs Auto to be very honest about each vehicle i have bought from them I believe they are fair with pricing I believe all in all great customer service and experience with them . Great service!! Not the pushy car salesman your use too.. no breathing down your neck trying to sell you what you DONT want! We have purchased 2 vehicles in the past and will do business again and again! Always worth the extra drive from Chattanooga . Looking to purchase a good used vehicle from an honest car lot?? An honest car salesman! In a world where that s hard to come by. He s very honest & very upfront with you. Even stayed open a little later to work with our schedule. Highly recommend!

We just bought a van and the guys where really nice and stay over just to help us get into a dependable car with just a certain amount of money. I would definitely recommend going by and checking them out if you're looking for a decent vehicle for a reasonable price.

My brother and his baby were almost in a wreck because of these people. They lied about what was wrong with the car and wag overcharged him. Don't come here if you want to continue living!

Ok I went and bought a car was told it was 2005 the key ring says 2004 the car says 2003 I was lied to when I ask if it been wrecked I also ask what all was wrong with it I was told windshield wipers didn't work or window don't roll done ok we are driving on the highway and we go to turn on the windshield wipers to see if it's the wipers or wiper motor I pushed it on the car literally dies on the highway and almost got hit with a baby in the car took to the shop wiring problem in the colom ok then there's oil going in to the water reservoir that they didn't tell us so we call there being nice about all this and they said call chuck give me a number that's the car lot been trying to get a hold of chuck since Saturday but no luck all we wanted was for the problem to be fixed but message the worker Jimmy there just to get a message saying don't message his phone again because we got hung up on or service was lost and telling me to have a lawyer call there because he straight out lied to us about the car and that is car fraud and all we was asking is for the problem to get fixed so now I guess I got get in touch we a fraud car lot lawyer

i would not recommend buying a car from here my mom just bought a car hear and it has alot of problems they told her it was not been wrecked before and she turned on the windshield wipers with my baby brother in the car and it died and almost got hit my mom was going to sale the car but found out what all was wrong with it so she cant now but the car lot people called and tried to give her 200$ to take the post down but they wont give her money back now she out money no vehicle nowin my baby brother has heart problems and stays sick and now she just got a loss so if i was you i would not buy a car from this car lot because you will be taking a loss on it my mom has health issues her seltz and works hard to get what we need this is just wrong

These people sold me a car that was salvaged without my knowledge, now mind you that is called fraud so they replaced that car with one with a bad transmission. Just be careful

I bought a Lincoln navigator I was told that the car was in good shape that the motor and transmission is in good shape but I've had nothing but motor problems and they will not take it back nor replace it nor give me my money back

First of all I never write complaints I even really hate doing this but in this case involving $2800 cash now mind you I'm in disability and that's not for sympathy just obvious I don't have money coming in like that so that legit left me with $600 to my name I don't have money like that very often but I bought a 2006 Chevy equinox with 151 thousand miles on it really clean nice looking vehicle they seemed like really good and honest people anyways I bought it and the same day actually not 4hrs after I bought it the thing started overheating I messaged them immediately no answer cause they was closed another long story short theu gave me $200 and said have it fixed our mechanic is busy and pretty much that was it except they asked not to give them a bad review I've waited a month now before I did hoping they would make it right but of course not.......once again nice people but I definitely don't agree with business practices

Their cars out for sale are all nasty. They have the actual trash in them they came in with. They don't bother to repair the things wrong with cars when they take them in. They will lie to you on the phone, and then tell you almost the truth when you show up, if they can be bothered to come out to talk to you.

My youngest daughter bought her first car here and these guys were great! This is not your typical car lot where they try to pressure you into buying something you don't want. Also the price they tell you is the price you pay. No hidden fees or charges! I plan on doing business with these guys again in the near future. I bought my Honda pilot from them!! They are phenomenal. They're not the type to jump in your face to push you to buying a car. I am a very picky car person and as soon as they called about my Honda I was impressed. I have had it for a year now and will continue to do business with them!!
