As always they take care of all of my automotive needs and definitely much much cheaper than any other parts supply chain around!!! I never go anywhere else ever, chriss always takes care of me the best, Matt and a couple of the other guys are awesome like Chriss! I never go anywhere but my hometown advance and never will!!! I was getting parts for a friend and came all the way to Clinton TN from Lenoir city because my guys at advance took care of me better than any other parts supply around!!! You guys are so awesome!!!!

People are great! 3 stars is a personal thing only because I have vehicles that are not common so finding parts in stock is a challenge.. this place fails most of the time. They are more than happy to order the parts for me but when I need it now... Well... I usually can find it elsewhere..

Always pretty knowledgeable when it comes to a part you need if you have the numbers for the part and if they don't have it they can order it and get it as fast as the next day. If you don't know the part number stay the heck away though cause they know absolutely nothing without it.....

Five stars for one of the employees, his name is Chriss and no matter how busy they are he is always in a good mood. He's always willing to assist and offering to assist even if you don't need it.

The sales rep was very friendly and efficient in testing my battery. It was not longer able to start my car. He replaced it and I was off on my errands.

Really nice guys go above and beyond to help not like lake city's advance auto they hide from you sorry my last post was supposed to be for the lake city advance auto not clinton. The clinton store I awesome

When it's not busy, the staff are excellent. Otherwise, bring your phone-- there will be a wait. They provide free battery, alternator and tire pressure checks. They replaced my battery because I bought it here, $140 (and it's a pain in the butt in my Cobalt. Who thought it was a good idea to require three different bolts to release the damn thing?)I have to take away a star for the expensive prices. I am used to a wider variety of in-store parts and fair expense at Autozone and Glendale stores. I am unsure if they will order parts for you. I advise shopping online for items you don't critically need.

The young man is lazy and dont want to do his job ask him if he could see why my check engine light was on he acted likr he hooked it up i explained to him that i just had a part replaced and i have a computer hooked to my car that lets me know everything well when i told him what i got he said oh thats what i showed also but u just said that you couldn't get your computer hooked up to it then i had to wait 10 minutes cause people was coming in and i was there before they was they are lazy there if u dont like your job then find something else

Very friendly and helpful. Down here visiting family when my water pump decided to crap out. Made a call and as promised had my parts within hours after ordering.

Changed our windshield wipers in snow the whole blade has to be replaced can take 4 different kinds they were on it and did it in excellent time frame under bad conditions thank you all

Want hard to find parts? This will be the only location you will find them. This is what they call a "hub store", who fulfills the orders of other local stores in the region with hard to find parts. I always look here first.

Came in for a battery test. Needed a new battery. They put a battery in that didn't power my car enough and then didn't know why my car wasn't getting enough power. Not a very knowledgeable or helpful staff.

I thought I had a weak battery and an associate came out and tested my battery, starter and alternator and I was pleased everything was ok. The people here are great!

When you look on Google and it says open til 10pm you get there at 9pm and they are closed. You need to change your time on the internet.

Ordered online when arriving at the store called and asked if they would bring my order out to my truck cause I'm a amputee they were delighted to do so
