Was a Saturday and very busy. I knew it would be so set aside my whole day, just planned on looking in the store. I had already researched my tires online ahead of time. I knew my tire size and found the brand and tread that I liked. Being that I used to sell tires when I was younger I knew to get the whole package. Mount, lifetime balance, valve stems and most importantly the road hazard warranty. I love there warranty because they honor it at any Wal-Mart in the United States. So if your away from home and you get a flat they got you covered. If you get something in the sidewall not the tread then that's where road hazard really kicks in. The sidewall can not be repaired you have to get a new tire. Road hazard gets you a new one. Sorry, it's the old salesman in me telling you all about it.Anyway my car was finished and I was more than pleased. My car had been pulling to the right, even after having a front-end alignment at another shop. With the new tires the car drives straight as an arrow! On top of that there had been an annoying roaring in the rear-end that I was sure a rear wheel bearing going out. Once the new tires were on the car is quite as can be. The car has never been so smooth and quite since we've owned it for three years. Being a mechanic my whole life I can't believe I let the car go so long needing tires. I knew it needed them just kept saying ill get them next paycheck. I'm kicking my self for waiting so long. Also a shout out to the Wal-Mart automotive on Keith and Paul Huff parkway in Cleveland. They do a great job! Wish I would have gotten the guy that works the register and does about everything around there by himself. He has so much patience. Not sure which of the techs rotated and Balenced my tires Brandon L. Or Daniel T. But they spent more time talking with other techs then working on my vehicle. I'd say without Exaggeration. 30 minutes of talking and not working. Pretty disappointing. I'd rethink going to this place, unless you want to wait a while. Had an appointment for 11:00 and left at 12:48.

I would like to say thank you to Jeremiah and to the one who put New Tires on my Jeep for me I couldn't have asked for any better customer service than I received when I was there on Fridays Nov 10, 2023 I want to thank each and everyone that was there that morning and may god bless each one of you

The worker were courteous and knowledgeable about batteries for my car. I went and picked up a few things I need in the grocery section and by the time I came back to the tire center my car was ready. I was able to pay for my grocery items along with my battery which really made things easier on me. They worker also checked my tire pressure and add air to the back driver's side tire.

Went for oil change ended up getting a tire . I had the road hazard from Walmart. Wanted the same tire they said they did not have it. They did it was on display paid higher price for tire . Broke the hub cap left it in the back seat stained the seat.Got home oil leak could not tell were it was coming from. Called Walmart could not even understand the guy on the phone. No kidding..Went to Toyota dealership found the oil pan drain plug hand tight no gasket leaking oil. The oil filter was OEM so they never changed the filter.Services: Tires, Oil change

They open at 7:00am so I was there at opening. I had ordered the tires online and delivered to this store. $8 disposal, $40 road hazard, $48 balance OK . After car sat inside for 45 minutes untouched I inquired : "we are short handed, and our only tire tech has a headlight lens restore that had a appointment". Car came at 8:20 and did not start job until 8:50 and finished 10:40. My job started at 11:20 and I left at 1:10. Normally I would not write a review this long but can't believe the inefficient customer service and wanted to rant. It doesn't help.

Great guys and fast. Went in at 5:10 and was out by 6 with 2 new tires installed.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys in the service department, I'm not sure what the young mans name was that took care of me, however we were broke down on the side of i75 this past weekend and needed my spare tire mounted, they made it happen for us and we were able to get home, Thank you very much to the guys that helped us!

They have some rude cashier's in the auto department. I tried to pay for my new battery before they put it in and the guy got smart with me right off the bat. I never deal with Wal-Mart's auto department so I didn't know that I had to have one of the mechanics write it up first. Then when car was done the guy checking me out was a jerk as well. Told him what my name was and he couldn't match my recirec with the paperwork so he got upset. He had an attitude the entire time I was checking out .

They provided a service we needed at a price we could afford. Our battery went out and we bought one there. They failed to check our break lights, which were blown with battery, an easy safety check for their customers. Had they done that we'd have gotten them there.

Great service and friendly staff. In and out quickly with new battery (which is good for 3 years replacement no longer prorate) plus oil change.

Took over 2 hours even though they started right away. I could accept the oil change taking but but the lady behind the counter did nothing except complain and b!tch about the other shift. She was rude to every customer that I saw her interact with.

I called to see how much it would be for brakes and was told they don t do brakes, you call yourself a auto repair place if you don t do brakes , need to fix your typo to be only oil changes and and tires

The Manager at the Walmart in Keith St, in the Auto Center is incompetent to say the least. They like to make things up to not honor their warranties.

I've been waiting for an oil change for 2 hours...it would have been nice if they would have told me that in the beginning. This is ridiculous.

Got 4 brand new tires got not to me mention they put one off from brand I bought and bag to go right back to put correct one but they had so much weight on my tires that on interstate it had death wobbles and shakes took to tire store and they could t believe the weights the added to every rim making my truck drive horrible
