My wife and I were treated rudly by Robert on 02/10/24!! We had a screw in our tire and was losing air quickly. We explained our issue and was told to pull our car to bay 2 and wait. This was at 6pm. At 6:30pm another associate came over and was getting our info about the tire, she called out to Robert and he came over only to be rude and tell us he didn't have time to help us, when he's the one who told us to wait in the first place!! I was so livid at Robert!! He knew this was an emergency and we had no where else to go. If I could give ZERO stars I would have!!! So unprofessional!! Shame on you Walmart for having such awful employees.

Got ignored for 30 minutes. Just told I d have to wait another hour to be served there was only one other car there. Service if you can even call it that was aweful. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will never be going back there willingly.

The crew members were swift to respond, got me into the bay, and began to work on my vehicle by my appointment time. The mechanic and rest of the staff were very courteous.

After confirming that my flat tire repair was covered and would be free the next day when I took car in I again asked if it was 100 percent covered and they said yes. Then they charged me 33 dollars which I didn't have. I had to sit there and call friends and family till someone could send me the money and they were completely rude to me the entire time I had to wait. I missed my chemotherapy appointment and the day was just horribly ruined by that encounter.

2011 Jeep Wrangler, last oil change was done by Walmart incompetent idiots or unsupervised monkeys.Oil drain plug was installed at 77ftlbs torque which is 450% over tightened. Drain bolt was destroyed getting it out for next oil change. Oil filter had to be removed with a pipe wrench. WTH. Should only be slightly more than hand tightened.UNBELIEVABLE !

While walking around in Walmart for the last two hours. I ve filled a grocery cart with items because I have nothing better to do with my time while I wait on my Honda to get a tire patch. This is not only uncalled for, but the professionalism of the staff is ridiculous. I finally sit down in the waiting area with my cart, and the service writer who s doing the cashiers job tells me I have to wait for my vehicle to be done before purchasing all the stuff in my cart. I have meat and frozen foods in the cart. This is so mind blowing, and just absolutely childish of Walmart to treat a customer with such disrespect. I m aware that Walmart Automotive care center was only busy with a tire job and a oil change when I pulled up. Should not take two hours long to patch a tire and balance the wheel afterwards. I m fed up with coming here to have my car work done, even with the road hazard warranty on my tires I d much rather pay full price at a dealership than to wait and be mistreated by the Walmart staff.

Let me start by saying I am a strong advocate for Walmart, I have supported and stood behind them for over 30 years. That being said, the service I received from the tire center was below a 1 star. The kind of service I received was pathetic. It started off with a simple phone call to the tire center to get a price for a set of tires. That on its own was a circus. I called 3 different stores 5 times in one day and 2 times a day over the next 3 days and never got an associate that would or could give me a price. I finally went to the store to get a price, that was an hour waisted. I think the people in the tire center knew they would have to work if they sold me tires so they came back and said they didn't have any tires for my car, a 2010 Chrysler. Then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't order them either, but they were sure I could go on Wal-Marts website and order them. Needless to say, I never ended up with any tires. I am thinking of giving up on Walmart and going to another tire store.

I had 4 tires mounted and balanced at this location this morning. Upon arrival I had 4 wheel cap covers.....upon leaving and arriving home I had 3. I drove back the way I drove home looking for said wheel cover to the Walmart auto service center. Went back in to see if missing wheel cover was laying around in the service area. The Manager was not present at this time. A service technician said the back 2 wheel covers were loose when they put them back on. However, there was NO mention or this when I was checked out for payment of services. I left my name and phone number to receive a phone call from the Manager. Just received a phone call back regarding this issue and was informed there was nothing they could or would do about it. I drove less than a mile away from this Walmart location in Cleveland TN at Treasury drive.Service: Tires

It IS the big blue box store! They try to carry everything you can think of and do it under one roof. Now to specifics. I needed two new tires of an unusual size and I needed them right away. Walmart to the rescue! They had what I needed and got me taken care of within two hours! I will be back!

I went in to get tires. An hour and a half later, I asked how long. They hadn't even jacked my car up yet. I was watching out the window and saw the guy with a beard start working on the car ahead of me that was here an hour and a half ago. Mind you, there are at least 5 other technicians milling around not working. At first I was told that they had been working on the car from the bay. I told him that, no, tires are not installed from the bay. I'm a girl, not a moron. He then reluctantly said another hour or two. I said I would call someone else. He then sent someone out TO TAKE MY WHEELS OFF. After I said I was leaving. Never again will I stop here. Taking my car hostage after I said I was leaving is soooo not okay.

Walmart use to be a better store but now just about everything they sell comes from Cina, why won't they buy from American Ran companies. But it was crowded bad today so their doing something right. They do need real cashiers, not some computer. That's very frustrating.

Dont go to this walmart auto center if you're in any big hurry. Two hours for an oil change with only three care the whole time. Pay alittle extra and go to valvoline

Apt time between 8-9am got there 8am stood in line 15 mins only to have my apt time canceled an rescheduled til 11am if I wanted a 11am apt I would have scheduled it for 11am this type of business doesn't make sense an should be something should be done about it

Discovered I had a bolt in my tire. I was about 4 minutes away. This happened on a Saturday at about 6 pm..no other tire center was open at the point or Sunday. I am from michigan, i was here visiting a friend. Walmart TLE saved the day! They were very fast, friendly and honest! I highly reccomend!

Oil change . First found a bulge in rear tire. Bought and replaced the tire. Told they did not have the same tire but they did had them displayed. Made to buy more expensive one. Broke my hub cap will not go back on tire. Found oil leaking when I returned home. This place is dysfunctional I called and could not even understand the person on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SERVICE HERE.Service: Oil change

Was advised by staff both on the phone and in person that they could mount trailer tires. Arrived at appointment only to be told by garage staff that they could not. Very frustrating.

I was there visiting 5 years ago, and had to get an oil change. I thought the service was good, and even though I could only afford the bare minimum in price, it was worth it saving money for family needs in the winter.
