I went in today to get my oil changed. As I was waiting to go in, my Jeep decided to not work. The staff there were amazing. Garrod came to my rescue. He got my Jeep started and then immediately started trouble shooting what could be wrong. I was so embarrassed, but all the staff there made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I had to get a new battery, and they found out that my alternator was bad. He showed me exactly what needed to done, told me where to go to get the part, and even did everything he could to make sure I didn t have to spend unnecessary money. I really appreciated the service and the amazing kindness.

The guys that work here are super nice. Had my mom's truck here getting an oil change. They also let us know that it needed 2 bulbs replaced and did it for like $15 dollars. So,glad they changed them. My parents are older and don't need to be bending over or under a vehicle to replace the bulbs, and my fingers were too short to check the bulb.

Great place to go. The staff are always nice and of one doesn't know how to do something there is always someone there to help them. Basically everyone is knowledgeable and able to take care of you no matter the vehicle.Apparently the Fiat 500 is kind of a problem because they can never find the folter at first, but they get to it fairly quickly.I recommend this Valvoline.

My husband has changed our oil for years: we have the equipment, he can do the job. There is not much that would make me want to pay someone else to change my oil except this location. Gerrod the manager at the Cleveland location is fantastic. He runs a tight ship, those guys hustle and communicate and are so very polite with the customers and each other and the wait line is evidence of what good service they do. I ve been here 3 times in the last year and I am happy to wait in the line and pay the $. Five stars.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Got my oil changed. They checked all fluids and wiper blades. Just had my tire pressures taken. They were fast and took good care of my car - always wiping anything they touched. Very professional and knowledgeable.

First time I go to get my oil changed with Val opine my drain plug for my oil pan was stripped my access panels where never put back on and also they left my air filter cover off my car and service was terrible I will never do business with them again .be careful when using this business .

Valvoline is my go-to for oil changes. Fair prices and the staff are professional. Joshua went over everything and was very clear about what was done and what was needed in the future.

James and Cherish were outstanding. James did an exceptional job explaining things simply and clearly to me so I knew exactly what needed to be done. I never felt pushed into services I didn t need. They were friendly and courteous throughout the experience. I would highly recommend this location.

Okay so I went here to get a new oil change after my car had just been out of shop not even a two week period, They asked how many miles was on my car and I told them the engine is brand new it just hit 530 miles and it needed to have a oil change. During this process they tried to sell me new transmission fluid. I informed them that my Escalade just had a new engine,new transmission,new transfer case and new catalytic converters that I just needed the oil to be changed upon that being said (with a witness thats with me) he brings me the oil dipstick and told me that my oil had metal shavings inside and I m like (NO) he then proceeded to tell me that I needed to contact whoever did my repair (don ledford of Cleveland) and let them know the transmission is eating away and leaving metal shavings in my oil and even wants me to take a picture of this ( and I m over here dying on the inside) like are you serious do they really not teach these kids anything about cars before putting them in the automotive field!! So I take the picture as he requested and called my mechanic and soon as I pulled out and OMG it was a hilarious phone call long story short. Do not pay attention to what these (boys say) I ve never heard metal shavings in my oil from the transmission eating out in my life (till today) but other than that instead of them worrying about working. They were more interested in sprawling out and talking to their friends in line. Definitely won t be returning to valvoline for something that could have taken at the most 20/30 minutes turned into and hour waiting and then my oil change. Y all here is the photo-I have looked and knew at the time it was impossible but anyways it s the photo he wanted me to send to my mechanic And (my mechanics response) ya no more if I m gonna pay $126.00 for a oil change and cabin air filter their gonna atleast know what they talking about.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

This place is a total rip off. They wanted to charge me 300+ dollars to out 2 belts on. I went and bought the belts myself and had some one else put them on and it cost me 90 dollars. They also didn't put the throttle cable.

Great place with trust worthy people. Make sure you get to know Jon and Courtney (the two managers) they will do you no wrong. They're always working to get a better team. They're going through training for some newer people but from what I heard it was to improve the team by replacing those that were lacking. Lovely and respectful staff currently.

These guys are great. Professional and fast. The manager, Kaine, knows his stuff and is always teaching his employees. I was there for a while having a belt replaced and oil change and they never showed frustration and seemed to be having fun working in the heat. Will definitely continue using this place for minor auto work. Great job to all the guys!Service: Oil change

We had a flat tire and put the spare on but the spare only had 50 lbs in it. We just needed another 30 lbs of air. They were happy to help & get us back on the road. No charge for the air. Thank you guys

Horrible experience and no customer to follow up. We paid for a high mileage, synthetic oil changenand5000 miles before the oil was supposed to be changed again the oil was bad. We were told a million reasons why rather than them offering to fix the problem. They didn't even write down our mileage in their system and overall we had horrible service. Never go there again.

Good customer service and nice people but I went in for an oil change and they did it pretty quick. Everything went good so I thought. When I got home my car was smoking and I smelled burning oil. Now my cars sitting here smoking because they spilled oil all over my exhaust and didn't clean it off. So now I'm driving my car while it's smoking until it burns off because they didn't even have enough sense to clean it off.Service: Oil change

Oil change, with a coupon for 50% off, was $28.00 for a four cylinder ford transit. Had to wait maybe 20 minutes total. 2 trucks were in front of us so we had to wait a short wait. Pretty fast service once it's your turn. Would go again if I happen to get another 50% off coupon... otherwise $58.00 just seems high for a four cylinder motor.

Employees seemed to want to talk to me as little as possible. Left the recommended services on screen and refused to talk to me about them for the duration of the oil change. Didn t bother to check the cabin air filter. Wouldn t recommend this place. Great experience! First time here. All employees worked seamlessly together and were professional, courteous and expedient. Explained how they were going to complete the service and offered but didn't push services that were suggested based on a Carfax pulled from my VIN. Really convenient, fairly priced and didn't have to get out of my car which was great because I had my kids with me. Really appreciate your service and will be back in the future!

I attempted to get an oil change as they advertise to be quick lol. I waited 45 minutes was second car in line and the truck had already got their oil change. They changed filters for customer in front of me after oil change. However most employees were standing around doing nothing 3 of them talking to the truck beside me waiting. So no more of my business here as it seems to take over an hour per vehicle. So I didn't get any services here.Service: Oil change

I drive a 1996 Ram 3500 dullyWith a 5.9 turbo Cummins.It holds 3 gallons of oil!Great price!Just took a little longer than expected. But despite the time I was very satisfied with my visit.

I only went because it was suppose to be quicker than Walmart. They quoted me one price but was a higher price because they had to add 2 more quarts of oil. When they scan the vehicle it should tell them and if not they have been there long enough to know. They knew enough to tell me what I needed for front and back of my dodge truck. Definitely won't recommend nor ever go back. I feel its very misleading business so customers beware.

I definitely will be back, I left happy, they were so respectful, sweet, a good bunch of gentleman. They worked so well as a team. This is only the second time going to this shop. Once a while back. And the Thursday the 18th.I usually buy the oil and filter and pay a friend 20$ but from now on this is my permanent place. They also changed/ fixed my serpentine belt which was in bad shape the gentleman even took the time to show me the belt that was on there which was about to break at any moment and I would have been stranded on the side of the road right then. So thank u all at Valvoline, u all did amazing. And the prices are pretty decent as well.
