These guys are phenomenal people! I broke down 7 hours away from home and was alone and uneasy. From the moment the tow truck dropped me off and I walked in the door they went out of their way to be kind to me and make me feel safe. Not only that but they called the next morning to make sure I made it home safe! If I lived any where near them they would absolutely be my go to mechanics! Also, it may not matter to some but it was immediate peace to me when I walked in and there were scriptures on the walls and signs to not worry about tomorrow. I m so grateful God placed these angels in my path for this scary situation. I pray blessings over each and every one you and favor over your business. Thanks again!

This place deserves a 5+++ review. A few days ago, my wife was driving by herself 8 hours away from me, heading back home. Her truck broke down on the interstate, and this place was recommended by AAA. My wife was nervous, being so far away, and I felt a bit concerned too, not knowing anything about this repair shop.However, they went totally above and beyond to help her. They were so kind and professional to her, and got her back on the road in no time. These people know what they are doing and know how to treat people right. I am extremely grateful for their help, and highly, highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs. Thank you so much Top Tech Automotive.

I highly recommend Top Tech Automotive! As a parent with a college student over three hours away, Top Tech diagnosed her car issue quickly and resolved it within an hour. They are a reliable, honest company and based on their customer service and our experience, run their business with the utmost integrity. This is a business I highly recommend to anyone in the Cleveland/Chatt or surrounding areas. Make sure you get second opinions, this place will over charge for parts and labor. Book times are book times for a reason. I was way over charged and the truck was still not right afterwards. Gentleman at front counter seemed bothered that I was asking about my truck and details when I called to pay. If your from out of town go else where!

My car was towed here after breaking down on I-75N on 3/18/24 while heading home on our road trip. They weren t able to look at it immediately once we arrived (since it was around closing time) so we had to wait until the next morning and booked a nearby hotel. Despite this, they were quick to replace the MAF sensor that failed and get us back on the road the next morning.I really appreciated them picking us up from the hotel once the work was completed (using our car), but I think this depends on availability the staff there.Parts and labor are warrantied for 24 months for this specific repair, so if this issue comes up again I can take it to another shop in their network and be reimbursed.Despite having a rough day, my fianc�e and I were treated with kindness from start to finish and left Cleveland in a good mood. Thank you for helping us continue our journey home!

Huge thank you to the guys here, I was on my way to Nashville from Cleveland to visit my family for Christmas, and one of my calipers lost a bolt and was making an awful noise, just about lost the other bolt. They managed to get me in and get me fixed up and back on the road Very quickly even though they were busy for the holidays. Not to mention they were super nice and were very willing to help, I would not be able to make it home for Christmas if it weren t for these guys.

While traveling through the area, I experienced a serious steering problem.The issue was promptly corrected, front end realigned and just like that the problem was solved.Quality service doesn t get any better, thank you.

Called in yesterday!!! Dropped off at 7 am the owner calls me at 10:44 am says my ford f-150 is ready for pickup!! You talk about fair prices and fast work!! Very very very happy with doing business with y all!!! Thanks again!!! (Tune up) wires n plugs!

Got my car in, and out fast. Alignment was fixed and they said everything was good, but after asking specifically for a look through, I got my car and it still had problems.Took it to terry at import services and he fixed a power steering leak, told me about my inner tie rod boot (alignment related), etc. After taking it to terry, I called Top Tech and they told me they would not redo my alignment even though it would need to be redone. I would not recommend bringing your car here if it s not simple.Service: Wheel alignment

I was having issues with my 2017 Ram 1500 loss of Power and a ticking noise, so I changed my spark plugs and boots which didn t fix the issue so I DROVE it to top tech and they said I had a misfire on cylinder 3. The truck drove in with issues but it wasn t bad and when I denied them to replace the cam shaft and asked them to put it back together it barely runs. I don t know what happened from the time I dropped it off and when I picked it up but it is def worse than when I dropped it off.

took 3 trips there problem never fixed, spent $1200, wouldn't stand behind thier work, blame the customer cause they couldn't fix it.good luckafter this review the owner called me and got smart with me right off the bat cause of the bad review.his facts are wrong it was brought in for an electrical problem that was frying the altenator, i put 2 brand new ones on that they checked out and said they were operating the way they should, my daughter picked the car up twice and it broke down on her twice in traffic with me 3 hours away after they said it was fixed with their diagnosis and fix. $1200 later they are saying its the altenator but yet have charged me $1000 bucks to reprogram and change a neg battery cable. also i put a factory altenator on it that they recommended and i fried it also. excuses they r just swapping parts out and not listening. So mr.owner 5 total new altenators plus the one u wanted to charge me $1800 for to put on that takes 20 min. and they r all bad!!!!! glad i didn't give u $1800 more and thanks for sending my daughter out in traffic without it being fixed twice.. and no you don't get another chance. you only seem to be worried about your review. also only a coward hangs up after you call someone but you didnt want to hear the truththese r the factsService: Electrical repair

On our summer trip pulling our camper from Chattanooga to Pigeon Forge, my truck started having engine issues. I was able to find this company and RJ was able to get the problem diagnosed and fix in the same day. His pricing was good. And he took the time to explain if I had any additional issues, I could call a number and they will help me out. What a lifesaver. Great shop!

I've had everything from a light bulb to my Transmission serviced here at Top Tech. These people give a damn about their customers and their service. I'll always use this Mechanic shop, even though I'm 2 hours away from them.

Top Tech greatly helped our family out. While on a road trip our oil plug came loose and we were stranded and needed assistance. They helped us get the oil plug back on right at their closing time and helped us find additional assistance. If we were local this would be our go to repair shop. We couldn t thank them enough for their assistance and getting us back on the road.

The transmission in my 1995 Ford F-250 7.3 went out. I had it towed to Top Tech. Within a day one of the technicians called me. The transmission was beyond repair and required replacement. They provided recommendations (Jasper transmission). We discussed prices and locked down a quote. They ordered the transmission immediately. It arrived on a Tuesday. They had it in by Thursday. They honored their quote to the penny, even at a loss of $85 for them. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.I am new to this area and was in need of a good and trustworthy shop. I have found one, they will have my business from now on, and I highly recommend them to anyone.A big thank you to Brent and his team!Service: Transmission replacement

Trustworthy & affordable service! Our alternator went out as we were passing through town. They got us right in & back on the road in no time. It was a huge relief as we were traveling with our toddler. The owner Brent took excellent care of us! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

My family was on our way to NC from AL to see our son, and the truck brakes were going out close to Cleveland, TN. We called our hometown repair shop for advice and they told us to pull over immediately and find someone to have a look. Helped us determine what a repair shop should be looking for. Of course we were leery not being locals. We asked around to several people at an exit and were given several places. We decided on Top Tech and are thankful that we did. These folks went above and beyond to help us in a pinch, rushing parts and paying strict attention to our needs. They discussed the problem which is what we thought was going in, and quoted us a fair price to do the brake work, comparable to our local mechanic. We were afraid we might have to spend the night somewhere without a vehicle and no clue where we were, but Brent and his team got us fixed up in about 2 1/2 hours and we were on our way. I cannot thank this company enough for all they did to make us comfortable during our wait and deal with us fairly without taking advantage of our situation. I would recommend them for any automotive work and would even drive out of my way to see them while travelling because I know I can trust them. It is so refreshing and was such a relief to deal with honest people when we were totally at the mercy of whatever repair shop we chose.We definitely made the right decision! Quality work from quality individuals. Driving from Texas to Washington DC my 1978 Jeep Wagoneer was having some issues on the road leaving me stranded. The guys took a look under the hood, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. The kind of mechanic shop where you can sit and talk even if you don't have any car issues. Recommend to anyone.

I have been using Top Tech Automotive now for several years and they still manage to amaze me with their efficiency, proficiency in mechanical repair and their speed! Even major repairs usually have taken less than 24 hours!! And to top all this off, they are some of the nicest guys you would ever hope to meet. In auto repair you get what you pay for. We have trusted Top Tech for all of our auto repair needs. We have foreign and domestic cars and they can handle both. In today's world honesty and integrity are hard to come by, and the folks at Top Tech have both.

Our van broke down on I75 on or way home to London, Ontario. It was Good Friday and we planned on being home for Easter. AAA towed us to Top Tech and they bent over backwards to get us going that day. Thanks to them we made it home on time

My vehicle broke down while on vacation and the guys at Top Tech Automotive were extremely fast and very good at their jobs. They figured out the issue and had the job fixed all in 1 day. I had a neighbor recommend Top Tech, and have been completely thrilled on their skill, honesty, and ability! We brought our van down there with an AC problem, and they checked as well as they could, couldn't find a problem, and returned the van to us with no charge. They have been very flexible with after-hours drops and pickups, and have been very fair on their pricing. I have checked their work, and have been very pleased by the quality of what they do (I have done much of my own auto work in the past).

These guys are wonderful. My daughter goes to college in Cleveland and I was on a visit when my car started acting funny. I asked around and top tech came highly recommended. They fixed me up and gave me a good price. Fast forward to the winter and my daughters heater went out on her truck they fixed her right on up. She has had to call and ask some questions and they talked her through a couple things. I am so very thankful that they are close by to her. She is from out of state and so I don t worry now if she has a problem with her truck. They are trustworthy men and show such great character.

Top Tech had my car for three weeks and couldn t fiX, their last solution was to spend $3000 on an ecm with no guarantee and no refund if it didn t fix the issue. I would recommend finding a more competent mechanic shop.

Went to them twice. Solved the problem twice. It was exploratory electrical isseus, so pretty decent about just doing what needed to be done. Even left some of the items for me to do as requested to keep my costs down. Good folks to work with!
