I can t say enough how grateful I am for this place. I got a flat and went to get a new tire only to see that I actually needed 4 tires. They worked with me so I was able to make it happen! I would 10/10 recommend this place!

DO NOT GO HERE. Was looking for rims for my old lady's car because we curb the two front ones. He said he had them and to come by. We did. He then took the rims off the car and tried to beat them straight and cover the cracks in them. Once he realizes it's not gonna work and he can't bandage my bad rims up he says.." well bubba idk what to do. Your rims are bad and I don't got any for your car... After telling me on the phone he did..... So he then puts rims for another car on mine and told me to come back in two days. The rims he put on the car wasn't made for them and it scrubbed evertime we turned. So no we got look at the damages that done to the car. After two days goes by we call the shop and see if he was able to get the rims like he said. No he couldn't. he wanted me to order them for him so he can put them on.. so we went to another shop and after going to another tire shop. I returned the rims he put on my car back at his shop. Took a photo and called him to let him know where I left them..so after telling him where they were. This man shows up to my place of work with his buddy trying to demand money outta me because he put some other rims on my car that damage.* Told me he had rims but didn't*Tried to bandage my bad ones and put them back on (couldn't)*Put on the wrong rims on my car and told me to come back*Went back and didn't have my rims and wanted me to order them and wait longer*After going somewhere else he shows up to my work to try and demanding money.DO NOT GO HERE FOLKSUpdate. Read all your other reviews from real people and not your fake Google accounts. I stand by what I said. Go to Fernandos.

My man got tires from here and the next day had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not only did you leave water in the tires you put on his car that could have killed him you the put the tire on inside out. How does this even happen? This is not tire r us it s more like toy r us .. cost us another 42 dollars to fix your huge mistake that could have cost someone their life. If your going to specialize in something doing it correctly is important not only for your business but for your customers safety. Hate to be this harsh but when you put my Family s safety on the back burner just to make a quick buck it tends to make people upset. Doing your craft so poorly is extremely sad that could have cost you your business but more importantly You put many peoples life in jeopardy. Not just our life s but other people on the road. This could have ended up really bad. Would you have made the same mistakes if this was family s car?

I noticed I had a flat tire with a screw in in. I came here to get it replaced and turned out I need 3 tires. I couldn't really afford it but they worked with me and helped me out. I love the staff working here. They are kind hearted and friendly. I will be a loyal customer.

Went for a tire 3 weeks ago for my front & got it replaced, they said I had a nail in my back tire but all I could do at the time was have it patched. I noticed my car was still not driving smooth so I took it back a couple days later and the one they patched had a broken belt.. so I just bought another tire. Well that did not fix the problem. So I took it back. Again. And the one they had first replaced now had a belt broken. So they did replace it and didn t charge me for it. Great, thanks. Drove home 4 miles away and didn t drive my car the rest of the night. Woke up in the morning to that same tire completely flat. When I called to tell them, the first thing this man says to me is that I must have ran over something. Again, I only put 4 miles on that tire. To put the blame on me when I ve had continuous problems is actually crazy. Coronas tire shop is amazing however. Take your business there please. Edit: replying to the shop owner, I did drive on it for a WEEK but called the following day I just didn t have time to go by there, still the tire you gave me WENT FLAT NOT EVEN 24 HOURS OF PUTTING IT ON.. very unprofessional business management. Coronas gave me tires that lasted over 8 months!!

Went there today to get my brakes a rotors fixed. They are awesome they did it for so cheap and did a great job. I took my car somewhere else the other day explaining to them that my car was burning oil and they gave me a huge bogus story about what it was and was gonna charge me a couple thousand to fix it. I mentioned my same problem to tires r Us and they told me something different and it's gonna cost about $1600 less I love them.

5 stars across the board. I ve been here for my brakes, Tires & even a wheel alignment they have great prices and the service is friendly and fast. They always get me in & out within 30 mins and I ve never had a problem with the quality of work. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else I enjoy giving them my business and will continue to do so.

They are absolutely awesome! It was every aspect that should be mentioned for business owners but not any others can compare in Cleveland or Chattanooga/North GA area. For the prices, customer service, knowledgeable staff team, fast expert servicers, and all rest of practices that's usually not all but good enuf lol these are excellent in all!

Went for a used tire a couple months ago. Tire price was cheap and the tire was almost new. However when I got home I noticed they snapped one of my wheel studs off with their impact. Didn't even tell me.

I have been here twice once. The first time was for tires had a wonderful experience. Tires were great and are still great. The second was for brakes for to put on. Both times very friendly and fast service. Great young man working there. Man and wife that own are great as well. Very affordable prices and fast service. Highly recommend this place and will return. . Thank you for you great work on my car.

My go to for decent used tires, Super Nice guys! In and out fast, donny will go above and beyond to help. And the prices are pretty reasonable, for a normal tire you'll probably spend $30-$35 and you'll also have a few days if something happens to the tire they'll replace it free of charge!

My wife bought a set of used tires from them, a full set. I did not expect what we ended up receiving. All four of the tires had a ridiculous amount of dry rot. This happened to her without hitting anything. Just the quality of the tires. When contacting the owner he said all tires have dry rot, even brand new tires manufactured the same day have them . When asked if he doesn t inspect his tires he said I never know what kinds shipment I m gonna get in . Then I replied with so you don t check for things like this? Mind you the date these tires were manufactured were in 2013.. 9 years ago. The date of the tires were on the inside of the wheel barrel, only seen once I took the tire off. Needless to say I learned my lesson. He said there was nothing wrong with them, he offered to let me bring them back so he could inspect them himself then maybe he would give me a discount, if I wanted to buy more from him (no chance). After I told him we purchased a full new set he said well there s nothing I can do then you bought used tires these things happen.

Went to get help removing a lugnut. They were able to get it off after alot of prying and cutting with a Sawzall... Wasn't pretty....The owner showed me a special set of sockets they use to put the lugnuts back on with so they wont get stuck on or over torqued....10 min. later the employee puts my wheel back on and apparently didnt even touch the "special tools" the owner showed me just sent the lugnuts on full blast.... a week later the tire they put on goes flat. I had to break 4 of the five studs to get the tire back off.

This place is good when you need a tired for a few days on used tires. Thank lord it was only $35 for a used one at the moment we needed it. New tire prices are a bit higher than normally what you would find at a bigger location such as pep boys or discount tires they have better bargains for new tires than these guys do. But however they were nice and courteous with us.

We absolutely love this place everytime we take our car there they treat it like it's their own!!!! We had an issue with the wrong brk pads and they gave us a ride to get the correct ones and worked past their closing time. Outta 5 stars we give them 10 they go above and beyond!!!!! Only place we'll ever use.

First off I'll explain the rating.Staff: good people, friendly this was considered in the manner of this rating.Professionalism: I'm an auto technician, I watched a lot of very unprofessional things take place that can and will do damage.1) no proper tq was done or tq sequence of the lug nuts. (Not even a final tq check ).2) the alignment, this is a clever way to do it so you could get it to a shop to get a real one done. (A string on a hook was placed on the rear lower control arm and then wrapped around the out side of the rear tire ran up to the front while being "eyeball(ed)" from the front outter side of the tire. My wheel wasn't straight when I came in, paid 60 dollars and it wasn't straight when I left.3) watched another employee grab the lug nuts and start putting them back on a wheel that was never taken off the car. However before they had it tighten down it was corrected.4) I was walked back to pick out the tires the ones mounted are not the ones picked.5)speed they have that, I waited longer on the parking lot for my turn than I did in the work bay.If you need tires and your in a hurry this is your place. They'll get you in and out.

Great staff! Great prices and super fast. They changed 3 tires and did an alignment in about 35 minutes. I went to discount tire and they took 1 hour to change one tire and I had an appointment with them. This place I just drove up to no appointment and they were super quick! Deff coming back here 100%!

Great tires and they are a great help. I have messed up rim and they help me multiple times without hesitation to figure out why the tire I just got kept going almost flat. I am so happy the rim was good. Go figure a small pin hole gave me so many problems. The lady at the front desk (cant think of her name) and the 2 guys in the bay, were all big help for me. Thank you so much. Very happy with the service I got there.

Always friendly people in really reasonable prices on New and Used Tires. Local guide just trying to make a living honestly and without screwing anybody over if I need used tires to get by when I can't afford to get a whole new set then I go here. Can usually find a pretty decent used tire for $35 and even sometimes and sales for even less. If you find tires cheaper online or somewhere else and buy them he will gladly put them on for one of the most reasonable Mount and balance prices in town.

Got a good deal on the tire I needed. Quick service. But the Cashier Lady didn't have money to give me change back, I said keep the extra $5 as a tip and she didn't even say thank you or sorry that she couldn't give change. Other than that good place for tires!

I took my blown tire there to be repaired and the employees broke 4 posts and lug nuts off and then charged me an additional $95 for there mistake and then continued to sand down the almost brand new tire they were repairing down to nothing to supposedly get the hold needed by the plug but I did not even hold for 3 wks and the plug came loose . Then when they were asked to repair there faulty work they refused without a new charge.
