Tire Discounters is a great place to buy your tires. They saved me several hundred dollars on my new tires. The staff in Cleveland Tennessee were very helpful and friendly and I will be doing business with them in the future for the lift kit for my truck. They do so much more than just tires. If you need anything for your ride give them a call or just stop by your local Tire Discounters location. They also price match competitors online or block and mortar locations.

Tire Discounters of Cleveland is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable & respectful. I walked in 1 hour before closing, & was guaranteed that my flat tire would be fixed. The shop mechanics worked overtime, to fix my tire & another customers as well!!

Service was scheduled for brake inspection and repair. Was taken promptly and replacement performed. Jim was very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate to my expectations. Will use this shop again in future.

Sold a promotion on getting 4 tires you get a free oil change and alignment, great that s awesome. But you would imagine it would all get done the same day right? No, apparently you made an appointment for tires and not the oil change. It s just ridiculous, why sell me on a promotion but not do the job same day?

Stephanie is wonderful to work with. She took the time to show my options and explained everything and she is a super nice lady and very respectful to her customer. I ll use tire discounters again in the future.

Print out of alignment showes nothing was actually done to my car. Specs where good before and only moved very little after, car didn t actually need it and i was still charged for it. The camber and caster is not an option for my car and they somehow fixed it which i know was a lie. I ve worked on cars before in tire shops so i know i was ripped of $150. Don t go unless you want to get robbed!

Sometimes your truck (auto) is like a good relationship: You must have scheduled (&/or unscheduled) upkeep & maintenance done. Having a service-plan equals long & healthy life. I highly recommend Tire Discounters for said service appointments.

I've always had good experiences until Saturday. I told the man in customer service I think I have a nail in my tire. He told me it was just the weather and he filled all 4 tires up with air and sent me on my way. I got home and see something coming out of my tire. It was a nail. Back to the store I go. I feel if I was a man I would have been taken more seriously. 2 hours later I was out of there for a second time.

the man i spoke to was very nice im unsure of his name ( i feel like it was rick) but they all were very nice and service was quick. the place was also very clean. will definitely be going there again :)

Ordered parts for my pickup and made sure I was off work for the appointment talked to them on Friday and got there Saturday no parts. Could have told me Friday that the parts might not be in a wasted trip and gas going there

HORRIBLE!! First off, I had an appointment at 2, they didn't start on my truck until 2:46. Why make an appointment if you can't live up to it? Not acceptable. Secondly, dude threw my half full coffee away that I paid for at the store down the road. The last and most disturbing thing was they tried to slide the $100+ roadside whatever plan into my bill when I told them at the beginning I didn't want it or need it. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh and I told them twice I wanted to keep my old tires because they still had some tread life and to put them in the truck bed when finished, guess what...they weren't in the truck bed. Geez man just an all around bad experience with this place and or location.

They got the bad tire sensors replaced but it was almost $100 each after the inflated prices and then $20 in shop supplies (extra profit). They got me this time, but I hope they spend it well because it won t happen again.

I noticed my tire was out of balance and I was near Tire Discounters. When I decided to and see if they would balance my tires without an appointment, and to my surprise they did and I found they were courteous, and offered me a better deal than I requested. I would use them again, and I recommend them for any concerns with tires needs. Thank you Tire Discounters!

Had an appointment at 9, but whoever was scheduling scheduled 5 appointments every hour so I didn't get done until well after noon. Got an oil change and tire rotation and as i pulled into my driveway my tire pressure light came back on so they didn't put air in the tires, which I bought all 4 from them so.... Very disappointed and will probably not go back to this location.

I had my tires rotated and a oil change Friday evening and on my way home I noticed my tire pressure light was on and scrolled down the screen and saw the tires were low I can't believe you rotated the tires and didn't check the tire pressure which makes me wonder if the tires were even balanced.

The did my alignment and didn't torque my camber or my caster bolts after and my vehicle shifted to the right and cam out. Could have died if it didn't it going 60.
