We just wasted our entire morning with nothing to show for it! We had a 9:00 appointment to have our windows tinted was told we would be called when it was ready. The process would take a couple of hours. Not living in Cleveland we had to kill time in a separate vehicle which we were prepared to do. After not hearing anything by 12 we went back to find our car still sitting in the same spot not touched and the person that came in behind us car in the garage almost finished. Extremely unprofessional and lack of consideration of our time. We will be taking our businesses somewhere else. Update: we were not under the impression that we had a drop off appointment or we would not have made the appointment knowing we had plans that could not be changed. I do not have a daughter so I m not certain you do not have me confused with another customer. We should have been more specific on our our timing needs so yes that is on me but no one explained to us that 9:00 was not our appointment time.

My family has used this shop on so many vehicles with such great service and quality that I couldn't allow myself to give less than three stars just because of my most recent experience.. but..I made an 8:30am appointment for front two window tinting and arrived a couple minutes early, first person there. An hour later (so 9:30), someone opened the shop and apologized for delay.. okay, well surely it won't take long now.I had made arrangements to make the appointment and waited nearby for tint to be done as it's always been done super quick in the past. I go eat and come back to find my vehicle moved but isn't tinted yet. And the shop was empty, staff had to go to the store.. but no tinting work had been done on any vehicle yet (10:30 at this point) so I just asked for my keys back. I was told if I could come back in the afternoon they could work me in quick? I had hoped that's what the appointment time was for.Then I found that my vehicle was left unlocked after it was moved... Just added to my frustrations. We have always been so pleased with this shop, but this time was very unpleasant.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Fantastic work at a great price. Ronnie was not satisfied with how one of my windows came out, so he removed and installed to get it right. So nice to do business with honest people. Highly recommend them.

I am only leaving this review because two of my close friends had told me this was a great place for tint at a reasonable price. I called and made an appointment to get my truck done upon arrival to leave my truck I had warned them that I did not have a have a good turning radius because of my oversized wheel which I can drive everyday and never rub, just fine. So I let them know if they moved it, it would need to be pulled up and backed up a couple times. Upon picking my truck up I noticed that my passenger side finder had been crushed in and rolled super bad with the paint worn off, from the carelessness of whoever had drove it , also after taking it home I had notice a deep scratches in my passenger side window that I had never noticed before. They had fail to clean off the windows and doors after spraying and cutting the tint which left black streaks rolling down the side of my truck. This is a truck a taking very good care so I didn t appreciate the lack of care shown at Ronnie s. Also the tint had some pretty big bubbles as I had picked it up hopefully they come out with the 2 day of heat it need to receive. For this reason I will be leaving a 2 star review and will not be recommending to anyone.

We have had 4 vehicles tinted here now. All by the same amazing woman! She does an outstanding job and is reasonably priced. It normally takes about an hour from the time of your appointment, so you won't be without your car all day. We will continue to use Ronnie's and refer our friends and family to them! Great business (:

I have had a couple of vehicles done here. Not only are they VERY reasonable and affordable.... She's quick and efficient and does the best job!!! Highly recommend to EVERYONE who wants tint. My last car was done 10 plus years ago and looked as new as day one when I traded it in. She just did my new one and I have no doubt it will do the same. Thank you so much Ronnies :) You're amazing!!! A+++++++++++++++++ all the way!

I've taken not 1 but 2 of my vehicles to April over at Ronnie's window tinting... And she does an AMAZING job and is VERY polite... I would definitely do business with her in the future with any more of my vehicles.... Her work is AMAZING!

I have used Ronnie's (April) to tint my windows for many years, and she does an amazing job all across the board with perfect matching, pricing, professionalism, and time! My windows looked GREAT (and still look great), and have never had any problems! I won't ever use anyone else! Call her today!!

April you re fantastic!!! I highly recommend anybody looking for a tint job to come here. Any % tint you want done is $150 flat. Can t beat that and her work is phenomenal and she s fast! Had my car done in about an hour and a half!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!! THE LADY DID AN AWESOME JOB!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL. I highly recommend anyone wanting a dam good hobon window tint... go see this awesome woman that knows her stuff!!! Fair prices n will do the best tint cystome to your vehicle n is honest and won't take advantage of someone for a quick buck. She's awesone

I live in Chattanooga about a 35 minute one way drive from Ronnie s Window Tinting. I went there because of the competitive prices and great reviews on Google. Unfortunately my experience was not stellar. I took my car there and got 35% tint all the way around. At first I thought the job looked good but quickly noticed upon my drive home that there was bad bubbling on the passenger side window. I called April and it would be two weeks before she could get me back in on a saturday. I drove back out there and she replaced the tint on the window but the reinstall was badly scratched when she installed it, I also noticed this right after leaving but decided to hell with it, I ve spent enough time and money on this. I ll just let it be I also just noticed a week or so ago one of the plastic panels on the exterior of my car next to the driver side window is bubbled and discolored clearly damaged by direct contact with a heat gun and must have happened during the original tint install. Because the weather was poor I did not notice the damage right away.I cannot recommend Ronnie s. I am only giving two stars because appreciate April s willingness to fix that bad window tint install otherwise I d only give one star but the second just was done incorrectly too and my car is damaged.

Can't say enough great things about April. She has been doing my windows on all my vehicles for 15 years. I refer all of my friends, as well as customers to her and everyone comes back satisfied and thanking me for her great service. I would not even think of using anyone else in Cleveland.

This chick is badddddddd. She will have a whole car done in an hour and 20 minutes flat. She has done every car I ve ever owned and I ve NEVER had a problem. She even took windshield tint off for me for free after I got a ticket lol. This woman knows what she s doing and gives a lifetime warranty on her work. I ll never use anyone but April, she has had mine, my families and my friends loyalty for a long time. Thanks April

This is the only place I would ever take my cars to be tinted. It's a local shop that does absolutely amazing work. I had my windows tinted while I waited and she was very fast and professional. If your wanting your windows tinted I would defiantly recommend this shop.

My husband and I live in Michigan and have family in Cleveland. We have made trips to see them while scheduling to have our vehicles tinted by April. We have had 4 vehicles done and coming to have our 5th in 2 weeks. We wouldn't go ANYWHERE but here. She does an awesome job, for a great price and have NEVER had any issues. We HIGHLY recommend Ronnie's!!! You won't be sorry!!! Thank you!!!

I live an hour away from Ronnie s Window Tint and I heard from a coworker that this place was a good inexpensive place to go to for window tint. So I took their advice. BIG MISTAKE! Yeah it was fast and $150 for an SUV. When I got home every window had something wrong with it. From dirt bubbles under the tint, (3) 5 scratches on the back window, wrinkles in all corners and a gap where the tint was cut and didn t meet together. She also sliced my decal on my back window with her razor blade when cutting the tint from the outside for the shape. I drove back down there to have her look at all the issues and she blamed it on the tint. No it was the craftsmanship. Not the tint. She said bring it back and leave it for a day and she would redo. Which is great but if the first time was this bad, I do not want to drive an hour again and leave it all day for her to redo. So I asked for my money back and she gave me $70 back. Which is better than nothing but for the poor job she did, it isn t even worth the $80 she kept. I will also say that the tint is a good brand but the specific type she uses has a bad glare. Every vehicle I have ever owned has had window tint and this is the first time I have had a bad window tint. Plus she cuts the tint by hand which is so old school. Most other tint places has a cutting machine that has exact fit for your vehicle. I will never go back and I do not recommend her! Pictures attached for proof.

Many friends recommended Ronnie's. I inquired about getting tint removed and replaced. April was quick to express concern about the window defroster on this particular car and recommended someone who could remove the tint without damaging the defroster. Very professional!
