The staff at premier tire where just wonderful. I had had my car previously at the jeep dealership for over 3 weeks with no resolve in my issue. I took my car here after a recommendation from another and they had my car no more then a day and a half and took care of all my issues and even communicated to me every step of the way and listened to my concerns. I will definitely be back for all my car needs. Thank you so much premier tire!!!!!

Briar and all the guy's at Premier Tire are very friendly. If you have questions about any needed service they will explain things to you. I feel they do quality work and their prices are reasonable.

I have been using Premier for years. What began as a nail in the tire has become a long lasting relationship for all services. I won t go anywhere else for anything! They take care of me like I am family. Briar is wonderful!

I have been using Massengill//Premier for my entire divorced life. I have gotten dependable service and I trust their recommendations. At that stage of my life that was very important. Now, They know me by name and that is a relationship that is built through trust and time. No where else will you find this spirit of family.

I can t recommend Premier enough. All of my experiences at their Cleveland site have been outstanding. I walk in and am recognized and greeted immediately by name. They take the time to explain vehicle problems and solutions with you. Their expertise is evident and they go above beyond to ensure the work is done with quality.

I began doing business with Premier Tire of Cleveland, Tennessee, in 2020. Although I no longer own the car I had when I first walked into Premier Tire four years ago, when I got the car I have now, I knew Premier Tire is the only place I'd be going for all of the preventative maintenance care and mechanical repair needs. When you meet Briar Lowe, you quickly learn that he is a sophisticated leader who genuinely cares about his business, genuinely cares about his employees, and genuinely (he definitely) cares about his customers. My most recent visit was due to the newest mechanical issue with my car; a car which has turned into a money pit. Matt Long is the mechanic who worked on my car. I spoke with him personally, and in no uncertain terms, he is highly skilled, and he is also an ASE certified mechanic. After a thorough conversation with Matt, I was very impressed. I have absolutely no doubt that I take my car to one of the most reputable auto repair shops in the business. If you are local or you are folks who are traveling through the Tennessee Valley Region, Premier Tire has two locations that are both conveniently located mere minutes from interstate 75, in Cleveland, Tennessee, and in Ooltewah, Tennessee. For anyone who chooses the Ooltewah, Tennessee location, I've been there, prepare to be impressed at that location as well. To anybody who is currently dealing with any type of mechanical issues with your automobile, call Premier Tire and chat with the folks. They will not mislead or misguide you about anything. Give 'em a call.

I started taking my vehicles to Premier Tire & Auto in Cleveland for two reasons: I recently moved to the area and this is closer and I ve been disappointed in service at S&S. I ve liked coming here and the guys working the desk are super nice and I ve never felt like I was overcharged. They re also super quick. Has been 30-40 min on an oil change. Will continue to use them.

Friendly service as soon as we walked in and right up to the end. We re from out of town and needed a new set ASAP (due to my negligence). We were on the way with new tires in about an hour and a half. BTW, the Korean restaurant next door is amazing if you re waiting during lunchtime.

Replaced all brake pads and front rotors on our Equinox. Professional, courteous service in a timely manner. Very clean, comfortable facility. Reasonable prices ! I highly recommend them. Briar was a pleasure to work with to solve our brake problem ! This team is tops !

Always a great experience here! Everyone that works at Premier is so friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate well and treat people with fairness and honesty. We have been taking all of our vehicles to them for years for tire needs, brakes, oil changes and more. My tire was leaking air quickly this morning so I went somewhere else closer to home. (Big mistake!) I was told by another tire shop in Cleveland that my tire which is only a few months old probably needed to be replaced due to it leaking air. The other place stated I had an object in the sidewall of the tire when it in fact did not. The valve stem simply needed to be replaced and they didn t even charge me. I will not go anywhere else moving forward! Premiere is the best.

We moved to Cleveland from out of state a year and a half ago. Of the many things that you have to do when you move is find a new mechanic. My husband found premier tire and auto through Google. They did a great job on our oil change. Fast forward and my car is making the noise due to hitting something in the road. I take it into Premier Tire and Auto and ask questions and schedule the time to take it in for a quote. I had several things wrong because we had hit something. They gave a detailed description of everything that was wrong including pictures. I love that I didn't have to question whether anything was actually wrong with my car or not. I find this business to be very honest and very reasonable prices. The staff has always been friendly and quick to answer any questions that I may have. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle into premiere tire and auto services for anything you need. I went to get my brakes changed and instead they changed the left and right axle. They charged me over 1300. Dollars. They charged me 2x what someone else would charge me. I told them it was too much and they said it was a normal price. I don t think I will be going back to them. There are mechanics out there that will charge you less and do what you asked them to or even work with you.
