I bought a 2004 Toyota Sequoia from here and the salesman said he had been driving it around as his personal vehicle. We paid $6,000 for a vehicle that he said he had drove to Atlanta and back many times only for it to completely Fall Apart after we had only had it for 3 months. It ended up having two stuck injectors which caused a complete exhaust valve failure had to have heads rebuilt and also the timing assembly from the previous owner was stripped out and caused it to jump time. The timing belt tensioner when they remove the cover fell off in the floor and the exhaust valve in number three and number five was completely bent. It ended up costing me over $4,000 to get the whole engine rebuilt from the cylinder up. I would not recommend. We also bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta which is now sitting with a blew transmission.

I purchased a 2004 Volkswagen Passat from Rico. He said the only thing wrong with it was a brake sensor. After driving it for 50 miles the engine light came on and a triangle with a exclamation point came up the car started going dead every time you came to a stop. I contacted Rico and he read all my messages but refused to respond to me. I took it to another machanic and he said the battery cable was loose and someone had probably reset it I am sure it was done by paniagua auto. To get the check engine light to go off. This mechanic took it off and the lights went back off. I told Rico we would pay some to there mechanic and they meet us halfway He refused to respond. So my recommendation would be to never buy a car from these people. We are presently consulting with a attorney we now find out it may need a mass flow air senors and oxygen sensors about 400.00. Also when we tried the back door on the drivers side it will not open. Mr Rico disclosed none of this. Buyer be ware. When dealing with These people. I trusted him but they can t be trusted!!!!!!

I originally purchased a truck from this establishment at $7,200 I made a $3,000 down payment and agreed to pay $1,000 a month to have it paid off by August of 2021. I tried making the first payment just a week or two prior to it being due and was not able to get in touch with anybody nor was I able to get through on customer service nor was I able to meet with anybody I had made several attempts to send my car payments in was never able to make contact with the dealership until after filing a report with the state. After filing my complaint with the stay on the company binocqua Auto Mall dealership ridgetown and solve the issue immediately by giving me a full refund and proper customer service after taking the truck back which is what I desire. This are going to purchase from Paraguay the Auto Mall is by far the best location I've been to yet. I would avoid this small location on inman street.

These people run a car dealership for the buyer. They have top notch vehicles accurately outlined with the vehicle history and records on hand. And yet no pushy sails person to annoy and irritate the process but when your ready to talk their by your side ,the process is efficient fast but not rushed and most friendly helpful workers. I walked away gleeful grateful uplifted and most pleased with the entire process.compared to past experience of hounded sales persons out to push a vehicle they need to move over your shoulder with doubletalk retroic of today's price only on a vehicle I've no interest .leave this and head for a bar.....2 thumbs up .i recommend them highly.

Horrible Customer service! Needed to purchase two cars, had cash in hand but couldn t get anyone to help us. I have been here more than once hoping the service wouldn t be the same but it was.
