I was treated horrible when I started asking questions about a price of a part I was met with anger and hostility I reacted then I was attacked physically by an employee then when I called and talked to the manager I was told he had never seen him act that way before and he must have been provoked so he is endorsing attacking customers lol incredible world we live in spent alot of money their they won't ever get my money again

Nelson helped me out with my vehicle at 817 Keith St. NW in Cleveland, TN. He was an AMAZING person. He was knowledgeable, kind, and has a GREAT personality! On vacation and my battery went bad. He made me feel at ease and that everything was going to be alright. A stressful situation that turned into laughs and great conversation.THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!!!

Great service at this location, the gentlemen helping put in a lot of effort to help me find a caliper bracket bolt to get my vehicle back on the road. Definitely recommend this store to anyone in the Cleveland area.

the african american fello. was a decieptful liar. my marine battery was not bad. it took the charge and plan to charge it again somewherr else. the dirty rotten.i didnt wven like his strong professiional negative vibe.

Caleb helped me with a battery problem on my travel trailer, when he determined the battery was charged and worked. I followed his tips on checking and cleaning the cables and connections and now the connection works! Great customer service!

Tried to exchange the part that we purchased the day before from the other location in town since we were passing by anyways. We were charged for the correct item but given the wrong one. This store location said that we had to go all the way back across town to the other location to exchange it even though they had it in stock too. They didn't want to create inventory issues. I can understand that but at the same time, you could deal with that between the stores. That's not necessarily the customers issue to correct. The same name is on the store and they communicate with one another often anyways. Why make the customer have to waste more time and gas having to drive to the one all the way across town again? Kind of blew my mind a little bit I guess.Everyone was nice and apologetic but the logic was where I was unpleased by the situation. I wasn't mad that we weren't given the part we paid for and had to go exchange it. I was annoyed that the location we went to to save time and gas turned us back to make that trip anyways so they didn't create an inventory discrepancy. As if they couldn't handle that between the two locations on their own, instead of making me have to take the extra steps, time, and gas to correct the mistake.

The one on Keith St. Will be my go to Auto Parts store. Everyone was super nice and very helpful I didn't catch the gentleman's name that waited on me but he was wonderful very professional and has a great personality and I appreciate it so much it's always nice when someone is kind and considerate. Thank you for all your help today. I was there again today and Ryan waited on me today and he's just as polite and helpful as the gentleman from yesterday and his name is Tristan thank you both for all your help and for being so kind

They generally have what I need, and most of the time (if I show up early enough) they can get me the part I need same day, if not the next day. Most of the time, the employees are great and very helpful... occasionally there is someone who needs an attitude adjustment.

Best auto parts store in Cleveland! Ryan and his team are the best. If you need automotive paint, this is the place to get it. I run a small business and have been getting my supplies here for over 10 years now.

Somethings changed here for the good. Got some aggressive counter people that know what their doing. Usually I have to repeat they listened got it right the first time in and out.

Great parts, my local store has amazing customer service, really great people, every part I've bought fits or works perfectly, reman alternator even came with test chart showing output scale after rebuild

Always nice and friendly Very helpfulness even check what you need to get right part will come outside check things for you helped us with windshield wipers and one was acting up the came out and look it was a loose spring fixed it with a Smile could of sent us to a shop and they would of cost us an arm and leg but fixed it free and it was raining did not complain like them a lot and will say go there we will return in car or truck prices are reasonable. Stop by get hopefully free help like we did. Thank you guys Smiling while helping also even in rain but that was emergency try to get help when it's not raining laugh.. Will have return when needed God Bless good business smile at you all thank you for kindness

Only place I buy my parts for those here in Tennessee or South Georgia or have a farm O'Reilly's always been good to me and the prices are always been Fair I wouldn't go anywhere else because the crew here in Cleveland Tennessee are one of the best same way in Alma Georgia has one heck of a good crew treat people with respect thank you O'Reilly's how's the crew here in Tennessee is one of the best cuz the crew in Tennessee has the best

Auto parts store O'Reilly's as always been helpful parts are always in that you need real competitive prices and the best part is the management Melissa is the best she ensures that you can customer satisfaction and she goes above and beyond what she has to do for the customer highly recommended

They are always conciderate of my lack of knowledge in some areas without the better than thou attitude & offer their knowledge.Prices more reasonable than auto zone's. If they have to order ? Its usually 1/2 the time waiting.

12/18/19 @ 7:00p. Just pulled up to pick up a headlight. Two employees were standing in the doorway smoking would have had to walk between them to enter the store! So disrespectful to customers! Backed away and drove across the parking lot and took my business to their competitor! I really hate this because I would much rather shop at a O Reilly s store.

Use to use O'Reillys all the time.. I will not waste my time anymore.. Ill pay more else where if need be just for the service.. More than once ive had to order the same part more than two times to get it right.. Both times they were customers cars.. Advanced auto gives you 20% for ordering off line and Kevin and Joe are the absolute friendliest and Most knowledgeable people ive ever delt with..

If I had to choose they would have zero stars. I walked in and asked if they could change my headlight in my 1999 BMW 323i If I bought one . They told me yes and sold me A headlight bulb and told me a guy named Dobby would change it. I walk outside and "Dobby" left. I go in to ask if anyone else could change it and they told me "no, sorry. Not my problem". I returned my bulb and left. This was the worst service I've ever received. People shouldn't be treated like the way I was treated. I would not recommend anyone I know to them. If they don't like their job maybe they should find a new one.

The worst place I've ever shopped, all high school kids that are idiots. Their boss is a little troll or yard gnome looking dude didn't even know the correct name for a star bit. We have a commercial acct. With them that will now be closed, there were 11 employees there and not one of them trying to help.

Broke down in Cleveland 4 hours away from home. Spent 9 hours in there parking lot fixing my truck, and they were there to help every time I needed them, great service and very nice workers
