Nicest gentleman their I think his name was Micheal came out and helped me get my coolant lid off and I needed a refill. It was a quick and easy transaction. Was happy he could help. I'd been struggling and it refused to come off. He even helped me pick the right brand for my vehicle.

Anthony was great and very helpful! I went to the store today for windshield wipers and engine air filter replacement he never hesitate to do it and recommend to also check my cabin filter, it looks nasty and he recommended for replacement. Thankful and happy customer here.

My daughter and I were out, and the rain was coming down hard. Her windshield wipers were making it impossible to see. We stopped in and the gentleman ( Austin) not only found what we need, but installed them for us!! Thank you sir!

Roberto was great! He tested my battery for me and unfortunately it was bad and started to leak acid he had the battery confined in a lastic bag and also put it in a card board box so it would not leak out and get on anything or anybody so I could transport it to get a new battery also he was very helpful with everything I needed to know and guess what? Roberto I am not done with you yet lol am on my way to O'Riley's now still have unsolved issues see you soon

Roberto at oreillys is very helpful. He helped me find everything I needed for days while trying to fix our company truck. He has a welcoming personality and is always glad to help. Customer service at this oreillys is a 10/10!

Its your run of the mill auto parts store. Biggest complaint is that the employees were not very knowledgeable and recommend or order the incorrect parts regularly.

I called earlier in the day they ordered the part and was ready to put on by 3pm. Also other place asked more for it. I could have gotten a little cheaper online but it wouldn't have been here today. Instead of spending money on next day mail I got a better warranty.

Everything is normal for a chain auto-parts store except for the service.Lazy, incompetent staff, rude, and would rather tell you a lie than admit they have no idea about a vehicle.Worth the extra few minutes to drive into cleveland for the other location.

Just as bad as ADVANCE- they have MISLEADING " GOOD SAMARITAN" service like charging your battery ( IfThey remember to hook it to charger) THEN IF ALL.YoU WANT IS TO GET A CHARGE IN A BATTERY they'll SAY it didn't pass the hygrometer test n Won't Charge it -Tactics TO GET YOU TO BUY ONE AT AS USUAL FOR THESE PRICE FIXED CHAINS-HIGHER THAN OTHERS. I WAITED IN THE PARKIN LOT AN HOUR FOR NOTHING when they tried this

Thank you Conner for saving the day. We had a fuel filter on our truck break, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. They brought the parts needed to repair it and return to the road. Conner did all this on his lunch break and refused any tip for the hard work. Thank you so much for all your help and saving the day!!!

The staff sucks!! Their very rude and they have a bad attitude every time. So do not waist your time going here. Go to Auto Zone their more friendly and they really try to help you out unlike O'Reilly Auto Parts on King St SE. The O'Reilly Auto Parts store on King St SE suck ass.

I needed a hydraulic hose and they did not have it it was more of a pressurized hose for my carpet extractor I was very disappointed now I have to drive all the way to Chattanooga nobody in Cleveland has anything good very disappointed highly disappointed!

I always leave this store with either the right part or the right info. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. I never hesitate to go back.
