Honest seller and does keep their promised warranty! The headlights of the Mercedes-Benz E350 I purchased from NTown Motorsports stopped working almost 90 days after purchased, and was replaced with a new set as promised. Keith Pendley and his business partner, Craig Sias, are fine people. I will definitely consider doing business with them again in the future.

Recently bought a car from this dealer, within the first couple days after the purchase the transmission started shifting clunky. I continued to monitor but it got worse and worse. I ended up bringing the car to a transmission shop roughly 3 weeks after purchasing it. Unfortunately they informed me the transmission is going out and needs to be replaced. This dealer assured my wife and I before purchasing the car his mechanic inspected it, there is absolutely no way I made that transmission go out in 3 weeks. I contacted Ntown and informed them of the issue. They offered a discount on the labor for the repairs at their shop on a used transmission, which was still more expensive than the shop I got it diagnosed at quoted me. I then got a second opinion at another shop and they confirmed it needs to be replaced ASAP. That shop quoted me only $600 more than the Ntown dealer for a BRAND NEW transmission. I get it with the as is , but just because you can doesn t mean it s right, as a dealer you should stand by the vehicles you are selling. I already had to put a new belt tensioner on it, which I didn t mind, it s a $100 part. But it is morally wrong to basically say you are not obligated to or responsible for a car you just sold not even a month ago to need $3000+ in repairs just to be drivable. I even offered to put as much money towards the repair as I possibly could, yet he declined to help out at all. So here I am with a car I thought was mechanical sound now sitting in my driveway unable to be driven until I can afford to put a new transmission in it.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer. Keith is unwilling to work with customers after purchases. Has a Off my lot, not my problem mentality.

I purchased a vehicle from Craig back in 2019. He gave me an amazing deal and when it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle, he bought it back from me for almost as much as I originally paid. He made the whole process enjoyable and super easy. I would definitely work with him again and would recommend his dealership to all my family and friends.

At NTown you know your repair is going to be done right. Sean and the guys have the best pricing in town and completely personable and professional. Sean has worked on our 2004 Ford Explorer twice now and could not be more satisfied with his work. Will be using them again in the future!

I wanted to like this place. I was from out of state and bought a boat from Craig. I understand buyer beware on used items, I later learned you can't really trust his word. Part of the terms of the sale was a water pump would be included, not installed. Also that one tire on the trailer would be replaced. There was a pump included, however it was not even close to the correct one. The tire was replaced, although 10 miles on the interstate, the lugs broke and the whole wheel came off. Damaging the trailer. Luckily no one was hurt, however there was over $800 in damages and towing on a flat bed. Since I was from out of town this made it stressful. Once I sent him a picture of the damage, communication stopped.

This guy rips people off selling junk. Buyers beware !! Bought a car, no sooner got off the lot , and it would not start. The wheel was about to come off too. I called and asked Sean if he could help me out with the repairs. Ofcourse he would not. I would strongly recommend folks to steer clear of this place !! Shane H.

I would have given 5 stars if I feel that I got a good deal. Sure the car I got is amazing. A 1999 Nissan Altima GLE. But no negotiation. I would have gone somewhere else, but I trusted the car and I've had so many problems with cars that I was afraid to go anywhere else. That being said the engine and transmission are person. But I over paid. The car was worth at most $1800... I paid $2500. The passenger window doesn't work, 12v charger/ ciggarette lighter doesn't work, needs windshield wipers, the brakes and rotors are worn out and I need to replace them imediately. The rear tire blew out because it was plugged, and not very well. The front and rear bumpers need to be repainted and the passenger power side view mirror doesn't work. I love the car, but I really over paid. Friendly guy I delt with there, not bashing the people at the dealer... But I could have done better for the money.

Liked the people but when I compared prices with Pullens auto and detail shop Pullens was $50 cheaper and does a great job.
