I waited for service at the Paul Huff location today for over 15 minutes, and no one was behind the desk. Then I went out into the garage area and was told to go wait in the front area, and after several more minutes no one still came out to take my name, truck keys or anything.I then went to Discount tires, and received prompt service. They will get my business from now on.

This is my go to spot for car maintenance. They are trustworthy, hardworking, and very communicative.They don't push purchases on you, but are good at communicating what you should keep an eye on.Their pricing is very competetive and I personally don't know of anywhere else you can get this level of high quality, trustworthy service for the price.

Sunday morning came and we needed 4 tires right away. Phone calls to other retailers proved fruitless. We called NTB at 9AM and they had what we needed in stock and ready to install. When we arrived, at 10:30AM, Blake already had us in the computer, and he had already pulled the tires for installation. The tires were priced right, the installation was almost immediately available, and we were grateful to have found the product and services that we needed on a Sunday. Overall experience was excellent!

Well what can I say NTB saved the day! I am working an a Friends truck. When I noticed that there is a lock on the lug nuts but no key in the truck. Asked my friend where it could be and it was missing. Long story short after looking at AutoZone, Advance Auto,(both without the tool to help me) Discount tire (didn't even try to help) and Tire discounters (tried a hand full of keys they had. No removal tools). I finally tried NTB and the good old boys Josh, Taylor and Harrison helped me out without a second thought. They couldn't have said sorry not our scope like the other tire places but they didn't. They trouble shooted with every tool they had at hand. Until the job was. The also had small talk and kept me in the know. Where they could have just told me to go sit in the waiting room. But instead they made me feel like I was one of the boys. I can't say how much I appreciate the help. And you can't put a price on the customer service. I will definitely be going back to NTB first before I go anywhere else. Josh, Taylor And Harrison y'all are the heroes of the day. Thanks for being a group of good old boys.

While traveling from Atlanta to Richmond, KY, last Thursday, I picked up a large screw in one of my tires, which quickly began losing air. Luckily, I was near the Cleveland, TN, exit off I-75. AAA put my spare on, then directed me to NTB, where the excellent employees not only patched my tire without a wait, but did so for free! If I lived in Cleveland, I would definitely take my business to NTB. Local residents, I encourage you to do exactly that. If the guys at NTB worked swiftly and at no charge for someone just passing through, imagine how well they'll take care of their neighbors!

They gave fair pricing and did a great job on my breaks. They don't try to add extra upsells that are not needed or talk down to me because I am a woman.

Traveling from Florida. Pulled in off of interstate with a broken valve stem on our 43ft fifth wheel. They took care of us immediately and got us back on the road. Awesome company and great employees. Thank you so much. Highly recommend them.

Came here on our way to visit family and we heard a scratching scraping noise under the car. The guys here helped us figure out the minor issue and didn't even ask for a charge! Very helpful thanks guys!!

Called a head about issues, low tire psi and the tpms was showing the wrong tire. Once I arrived I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes and a great price. Thx guys. God Bless!

I found myself in a bad situation with bad tires on Sunday. Luckily for me Josh at NTB in Cleveland not only helped me out but got me in and out in no time but on my budget. I'm for sure staying with NTB for all my auto needs.

I had to have 2 new back tires. The store manager was such a gentleman. This was my first time ever getting tires or stepping foot into a place like this (husband always does it). They were so kind and explained everything to me before they even started. The waiting area was very clean and they have WiFi if you need it while you wait. They got me in and out pretty quickly. I will definitely be going back to get my other two tires. Highly recommend this place.

They were friendly and professional. Completely open and up front about my vehicle s condition and what they could and couldn t do for me. Transparent with pricing. They were willing to work with me to find the best deal for my budget. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Oliver was slammed answering phones and helping customers after an electronic shutdown but he treated EVERYONE with a smile, such respect, grace and a great attitude.Great customer service- give Oliver a raise so you can keep him around. In todays society, he is a not too common find in the workforce. Tires installed in under 2 hours despite being short handed. Online scheduling was a breeze. Prices are fair compared to other places.

They tried to charge an arm and a leg $200 per tire (cheapest one) and then tried to say something was wrong with the back tires, the front tires were only worn down so bad due to not rotating the front ones. Went to discount tire and guy said nothing wrong with either back tires and that the tread was still in great shape.

best place to get any work done on your car. they are super friendly, prices are fair if not better than the competition. they take the time to explain what's wrong, what they can fix, when something can wait and how much it will cost. i won't go anywhere else for my car care needs

0/10 Would not recommend. I went here because Lyft offered a percent off discount on oil changes from NTB. I told them I needed an oil change and also someone to check my brake system. I had recently changed the front brakes and been told the pads were still fine, but my car was not stopping properly. I specified that I had already been told the pads were fine and I needed someone to check why it wasn't stopping. He called me up to pay where i was charged more than the advertised price on the wall with my discount and he told me my brakes were fine. He did offer to sell me two tires to replace the ones that were apparently in imminent danger of blowing.I went elsewhere to buy tires since they couldn't be bothered to make sure my brakes were safe for me to leave the place, yet wanted an easy upsell. The brake light was on with me complaining of braking issues and they apparently assumed I just didn't know how to stop a car. All it would have taken was a test drive if my word didn't warrant actual investigation. My back wheel cylinder was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced. I hate being dismissed and won't go back again.

We had a stuck latch on our hood and could not get it open to check our antifreeze. Several of the guys came out and helped us at no charge. Would definitely recommend as they were kind and incredibly helpful!

This was my third time using NTB. I've gone to both the Cleveland and Chattanooga locations. Everytime they've worked me in and been so nice and accommodating. Paul at the front desk was so patient and answered all my questions. My brakes have never been better and I highly recommend!!!
