Midas has always taken good care of our vehicles. The prices are always fair and they often try to give us discounts and promos that we didn t even know were available. The quality of the management and the efficiency of the team is evident with how quickly a vehicle is tuned or fixed up. We can always count on the guys at Midas Cleveland for regular maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I will 100% be returning, not only were all of my potential problems for my vehicle seriously looked into, they also didn't make me feel ignorant. The time in and time out took less than 1hour...and I came in with a few items on my list. They were my second look into if I had any issues specifically brake fluid. Not only did I save $200 or more for an issue that wasn't an issue, I also had a multi-point inspection, and didn't feel awkward waiting because all of the staff are friendly, even when a customer is being annoying with questions. They have my permanent business

We had our rotors replaced in Tulsa a week ago at a Midas. While driving home the front end of the vehicle would shake when the brakes were applied, scary to say the least. We called this store, got an appointment because of their guarantee. The staff were knowledgeable and found our rotors were not the right size for our vehicle. They found the correct ones and installed them. We were very happy with the outcome and will be going back in the future for any issues we may have. I have been 2 times. Great place to go. They were very quick and very well priced. I got a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. They charged what it said and did not add ridiculous fees like some have done. Well worth the visit.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If you need a mechanic this is the place to go.I've been going here as a college student and now I still go since I graduated. Affordable, honest, and great on timing/communication. Went in for a diagnosis only (our vehicle was grinding whenever we took a hard left turn), ended up leaving with a repair (great prices). The problem is good as new. I recommend them to anyone that asks.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I stopped by too have my exhaust flange stud replaced that had sheered off. They immediately got me on the schedule and had my truck done just a few hours after opening. They called to clear the prices and even went beyond to find another issue I was unaware of. They did not try to sell anything extra and even came in under what they quoted me. Which was awesome. My husband left our only vehicle overnight for an estimate. After repeated repairs elsewhere, problems persist. He went back up this morning to get the car and estimate to see how much more overtime he needs to work to cover it. The mechanic told him what was wrong and a total, but provided no itemized estimate which we could have taken to the previous shop that supposedly fixed some of parts that are supposedly bad now. My husband later called to ask them to email the estimate and was hung up on instead of put on hold. My guess is it was an accident but this is ridiculous. No, my husband didn't ask the right questions while there. He's easy going and not one to be pushy, plus l was the one who took it in last time and knew better what was already supposedly fixed. Regardless, he went there for an itemized quote and left with nothing to show for having no car for 24 hours except a vague $2,000+ estimate.

These folks are awesome. I took my 2000 Honda CR-V in for a check because it was making a huge rattling noise. I scheduled an appt and the car was immediately put on the rack. Matt came in and said it was a heat shield that had broken. He didn t even charge me! Now my car rides quietly. Yay.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I've had lots of repairs done here on multiple vehicles and always leave satisfied. Quality work every time I've used them. Rebuilt front suspension on a Hummer H3. Transmission on an Impala. Lift, wheels, & tires on a Jeep. Engine on a Ford Edge. Timing chain tensioner on a Honda CRV. They do it all!

Great mechanics and even better people! I have always received excellent service and an honest diagnosis for my vehicle from Midas. Went in to get my back brakes replaced and the problem just ended up being a single pad and rotor on one side. Very pleased with their honesty and exceptional explanation of the problem and the service. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here to be serviced!

I went to these guys to have my recently fixed brakes (another shop), due to what I thought were "spongy" brakes that started one day in Oct after the check ABS System lights came on while in Indianapolis. The light did eventually go off but it just didnt seem right after that. Anyway, these guys did a thorough job check them out. I asked them what they found out and they said they looked really good. They couldn't find a thing wrong. The brakes where still in good shape. Well, when I got back in it, it felt better. They either adjusted them somehow or they eased my mind enough to see they were fine after all. When I asked how much for the time, he said nothing and I said are you sure? He said yes. Awesome People. Still have no idea why the ABS light came on. THANKS GUYS!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My fiancee took our Mazda 5 for a simple oil change. It was running fine before we took it here just needed routine maintenance. After we got it back it was idling very rough and had cut 10 mpg off of our fuel economy. So she took it back and they said they couldn't find a problem with it. I called them to talk to them and was told that the suspension and the fact it had 148,000 miles on it were the cause of my problems. So I took it somewhere else and had it looked at. As it turns out, THEY PUT THE WRONG KIND OF OIL IN MY CAR!!! After having a second oil change done it is running as it should. Will NEVER go back here!UPDATE: I was contacted my Midas corporate about my problem 3 WEEKS AGO asking for the location I used so it could be delivered to the proper people, which I gladly provided the information. I have yet to get a response back from anyone. I'm not sure if the owner is avoiding the problem or if corporate dropped the ball, but until then I will continue to tell everyone I know not to use them!

I went to Midas because my normal shop couldn't get me in for a few days. I was able to schedule an appointment with Midas online easily. When repairs ended up being more than I originally thought, the technician showed me exactly why it needed to be done. They got me in and out in far less time than I thought it would be given the extended scope of the work. I am quite pleased with them.Service: Brakes

We have now gone there for tires, oil changes, and a tie rod. The mechanic always knows his stuff and doesn't "push extras" on you. He is also very honest about pricing and what you actually need to fix your car and keep it in good shape. Would definitely recommend to any one looking to do business here. (Also they are cool with babies and breastfeeding!)

I have been doing business here for years. Very friendly. They fix a lot more than brakes, and since I trust them, I take all kinds of repair problems to them. They are out-of-the-box thinkers and great about telling you whats going on before they begin a project. Best in Cleveland.

Midas in Cleveland has been keeping my family rolling (& stopping) for years. Great work at a great price is just a couple reasons I keep coming back. If you want honesty and quality mechanical work, you can put Midas at the top of your list. They have done brakes, exhaust, oil changes & much more for us. I recommend them without reserve.

Great place! I had a tire that was cross threaded, and it was about to fall off. They fixed it within an hour and for a more than reasonable price. They were the only place that didn t turn me away. I ll be giving them my business again when needed!

I have always had great service until today. I spent $937 at the first of Jan and to get shocks and struts and then the service man called and recommended we get new brake pads also. SO i assumed he was being nice and warning us before something happened to us so i agreed to all of the work. We were in need of an oil change and i asked the guy if we were able to get a discount or us a coupon for the oil change since we just spent so much and he said sure. SO we take the car today for an oil change and my husband asked for a coupon or discount and the lady at the counter said if you do not get a coupon thru the mail then you get no discount. I even tried to bring my car about 2 weeks ago to get an oil change and the oil barrel was full and they could not do oil change at that time. I am very unhappy with the recent service. I have been using another company for convenience but gave more of my business to Midas untill now.

Would not recommend. I took my GL550 for some exhaust work, upon completion I heard a exhaust leak where the replacement pipe had been welded. Since they were closing I took it back the following Monday to be corrected, they were no longer friendly like my first visit. I left my car the whole day, when I went to pick it up they said there was a small hole but it had been fixed. When I started the car I could tell nothing had been changed, I went back yet again today and made the manager come listen to the exhaust leak. He said I would need to drop it off another day in the morning if I wanted it fixed (it was 12:30pm). Highly frustrated with the poor work and conduction of business I made some calls to see who could correct the exhaust leak they caused. I took my car to Masterbend and explained my situation. The gentleman got my car in immediately, showed me where they improperly welded the replacement pipe, fixed it and didn't charge me anything! If looking for exhaust work of any kind I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MASTERBEND!!

I have been taking my cars to this Midas shop for years. It is family owned and they care about their customers. I trust them for all the work I need to have done, and they have gone out of their way to assist me in times of need.On one occasion my daughter's car was broken down in Knoxville. The only place open at the time was a Firestone shop in K'ville. They did an engine analysis and recommended replacing the throttle body for $900. I called Matt and explained what was happening, and he said to change the taillights, because Corolla's have a problem with the lights that mimic throttle problems. The problem was the light, and was solved for under $10.Another time, they did some free work on an old car that I was donating to a needy person.Bottom line is that I don't take my cars anywhere else.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.I took my car here to get ONE issue with my brakes fixed and they said it would take 2 days to fix and tried to make me buy repairs for everything on my front and back brakes. They were gonna charge me $938 just to fix everything and were complaining that I brought it in 45 minutes before they closed and they were gonna try to hold it overnight. I said I couldn't do that and finally convinced them to give my car back so I could get it towed.I ended up taking it to a private mechanic who only charged me $50 for parts AND labor for the ONE SPECIFIC issue I needed fixed. If you find yourself in a similar situation TRY TO FIND A PRIVATE MECHANIC. Stay away from this Midas!

Went online Thursday and made an appointment to get an alignment the next Saturday. Got there Saturday morning to find out they can't do it. Why did I not get a call Friday so I could find somewhere else? Thankfully was able to get it done across town probably for a much higher price.

Went there to get an opinion on why my car is driving kinda funky. Thought it needed an alignment or balance or something. They said it needed the ball joints replaced, which would cost me $1,100 after tax.Thankfully, I didn't have the money.Took it to my regular mechanic, who said it needed a balance and rotation.In case you're wondering, that's much, much cheaper.

Went in today for an oil change. Cashier was reluctant to start with because it was 30 minutes before closing time. Then when I presented him with a Midas coupon sent to me in the mail, because I have been a customer with a credit account in good standing with Midas for 2 years now, he refused to honor the coupon. He stated the owner of this privately owned Midas store does not honor Midas issued coupons!!! I wonder if the store owner realizes that he's giving the Midas company a bad name, and that Midas can remove the use of that name from his buisness. And I will be contacting Midas customer service personally!!
