The communication between employees are horrible. When I first got my car in 2019 everything was great ! But now it's not so hot . I'm so angry at the situation now that I'm ready to trade my car in. So many issues from my car getting broken into to the staff that doesn't communicate with their customers. And everybody has their own job but won't own up to any mistakes . So done with Kia . They shouldn't even be in business right now!!! Ugh Sooooo annoying!!!

We have bought 5 vehicles from Kia of Cleveland. We sent our grandson there also. He has had his vehicle 1 1/2 years and is now having serious issues. He called and they cannot get him in until Feb. 12. I called to see why and talked to 2 RUDE people that didn t care at all. I hate after so many years with them that it s time to take our business elsewhere but it s time. I have never been so disappointed. Good bye Kia.

Friendly and excellent service! They started on the scheduled oil change immediately and had us out the door in 30 minutes. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. They had coffee, free crackers and candy if you had a snack attack. There were electronic device charging stations and clean bathrooms. We browsed around looking at 2022 model cars on the lot. Salesmen were friendly and helpful.

Jeff, my service attendant was very friendly. I took my kia niro in because my warning light kept telling me the turn light was out, but mostly because it lost all the coolant and ran hot. I was at 61,000 mi and they did not cover repair, even though I bought an extended warranty from another dealership in PA. They replaced the heat exchanger and other parts related to the muffler. The repair took 21 days due to back-ordered parts. I asked for a loaner car or rental and they said it was not possible. However, they did take me home and came to get me to get my car and I live 40 minutes or so away. Austin, who drove me, was great too.I really don't have problems with the repair so far or the service, the communication about the time it required could have been better. I will take my niro there for service again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had a recall on my 2016 Kia Forte ex in August of 2021 took it in for update on Sept 7th. Took 45 minutes to update left there and went about 3 miles service engine light came on flashing called them back had me to bring it back. They checked again said it was empty of oil but it was full when I took it in there. So they filled it with oil. But had no record they had updated, but I had my paper work. So on Friday Dec 17th service engine light came on again flashing when I got home oil was out again. So had it towed to Kia on Saturday Dec. 18th. . They called me on Monday said two sensors went out, paid 700.00 out of Pocket but still can't tell me where oil went and there stupid advise was just to keep eye on oil again which I always do. But that's a poor excuse on a good car that had no problems till there update. I think they should have told me and found where oil was going because it's not leaking on the ground or outside of motor. Very disappointed , my car was fine till update and have had nothing but problems since it. I bought the car at this location, but I will never take it back to this location again.! Poor customers service. When I know several friends that there cars are sitting there waiting on motors for there cars with same problems.my car had. My mechanic advised me that they had not fixed problem on oil leaving car that it had to be going into the motor. So update has cost me extra money that I shouldn't have had to pay. Car should have been fixed when I took in for update. Very disappointedService: Auto engine diagnostic

Took three days to get a diagnostic, and almost 3 weeks to get door handles fixed. Then the price was 150.00 dollars more than the price I was quoted.

Chase Perry was my sales rep. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and had me get in my Chevy Sonic the same day! If I ever need another car I'm definitely going to Kia of Cleveland and asking for him. I absolutely love my car! Thank you Chase and Kia of Cleveland!

If I had known I could not get my car serviced I would never have bought this car I've called the shop multiple times to get the car serviced nobody answers the phone nobody will call back they must have too much business to need mine

I did not have my car serviced but they had coffee and a nice waiting room with phone charging stations and video games for you to play
