I purchased my first car today from Bryan. He made the process stress-free and easy. Great salesman without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Beyond happy with my purchase and would definitely use Kia/Bryan again in the future!

Joshua Richard s went above and beyond to do what it took to make sure that my needs were met. I was making a huge decision and he kept me calm and told me to keep the faith. We did together and we got a vehicle sold. I believe whole heartedly he is in the right profession I highly recommend him and Kia of Cleveland.

I gave a 3 because I heard A commercial on the radio just now. The ad proceeded to say about trading your car in, and that you will receive above market value. When I traded my car in, I got $3000 less. $3000 below market price. And then three weeks after I traded my car in I seen my car on a lot for $4000 more than what I traded it in for. So the commercial is definitely a lie. They will not give you above market price. And this is not to the salesman. He actually did amazing.

So today we went car shopping with no big expectations but the salesman that came up to us was a meant to be situation!! Y all please go to Kia and ask for Jaden Duke!!! He went above and beyond to get us in a car we loved and within our budget! He was straight forward about making sure we got into something financially ideal for us! Thank You sooooo much Jaden for your dedication today and I wish you all the success at Kia!!

Josh exceeded our expectations. He made sure our new vehicle had everything we wanted & we got a great deal. So much so we decided to purchase 2 new cars the same day. The car buying process is long but Josh is funny and made the experience very enjoyable. He made sure our child was comfortable with her popcorn and even got my husband a new hat to add to his collection. If you need a new vehicle make sure to ask for Josh!

Highly recommend Kia of Cleveland on S Lee Hwy. Excellent service, great snack bar, very clean and hospitable environment. I came to visit my grandkids in Tennessee and I decided to take my car to Kia to get a transmission flush and they discovered I had three recalls. I can Drive back home to Illinois knowing I'm in a safe car. Nice meeting you Kenny it was a pleasure.

Such an awesome experience! Rashid was able to help get me outta my vehicle in and into a brand new KIA K5. It wasn t ready yet so they brought it to me at work the next day and picked up the trade off. Very awesome ppl! Love it! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Kia of Cleveland. Tucker and Turk helped me out & I was there for less than an hour & a half. The BEST customer service and finance manager out there.If you're looking for a new car, go to Kia of Cleveland and ask for Tucker.!

If there is one I do not like and will walk away from a dealership is a pushy salesperson. Go see Josh Richards!! He is great with listening and working for what you want. I also met with John Davis the GM. He and Josh both are very personable and are willing to work with you to make a deal. In saying that, they do work to make you happy instead of pushing for their maximum benefit. I am happy with the deal we made; no regrets. I believe anyone that deals with Josh will be happy. Don t hesitate, ask for Josh Richard s.

This is my second experience with Kia of Cleveland, and both times I have had a great experience from start to finish! Keisha, who made my appointment, was very kind and understanding about any personal concerns I had and my time. Both salespeople I have worked with (Randy in the past, and Dustin this time around) have been so welcoming, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me into a vehicle within my budget, to meet my needs (more like wants this go round, as I expressed I was no longer in need of the room my previous vehicle had and had put many miles on it already!), and with no pressure to have to buy. Majdi, the finance manager, is also considerate, knowledgeable, takes his time to explain what you are signing, and answer questions about the financing process (which can be scary, but not so with all the help that is provided here!). Honestly, the whole experience feels like you are part of a family! Kia also has the best deals around too, even if you have horrible or no credit! I 100% recommend Kia of Cleveland!

Brought my car in because the engine had a problem. They said it was a valvetrain issue and said they'd call me in a few days to come back. Without giving me a loaner car, they send me on my way. 20 minutes later I'm broken down on the side of the interstate, my engine is blown, and it takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer their phones. I had it towed back to the service center. They did replace the engine under warranty, but it took a month after saying it would take one week and never offered a loaner car. They offered a service that they recommend when replacing the engine over the phone for $450ish dollars. I got the call today saying the car is ready and that the total for the service is $750. They take care of you while you're there, but take advantage of you when you aren't.

Justin Ivey, Cedric Beauzile, and John Davis are the reasons my family has purchased 4 vehicles (2 Forte, a Sorento, and a Ford Edge SEL) from Kia of Cleveland. It's bittersweet that the service department is so good since that means we won't need/get to buy another car for a long time!

Would leave less stars if possible. Explained to John in service that I am traveling and have a misfire on cylinder 4 and request to replace a spark plug. He refused due to only having oil changes on Saturday and not being able to "guarantee the work", he wanted to seek new a diagnosis. To which I replied I don't need a diagnosis I just need a spark plug installed, as I am a service manager at a Chevrolet dealership and already diagnosed. Incredibly unprofessional and unwelcoming. At my shop if this happen the Lube Technician would be Changing a simple spark plug for the weary traveller, end of story.

Stellar customer service from Dustin, Jessica, and Robert were absolutely essential in our recent purchase of a Kia EV-6. They were so well prepared, efficient, personable, and truly gave us all the information we needed to make this important investment in our family s future. The trade in process was extremely easy. The car drives like a dream; especially love all the safety features. Absolutely EXCELLENT car buying experience: I and my husband HIGHLY recommend KIA of Cleveland, TN!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and personable. Parnell was incredibly patient and made sure we got to look at everything we wanted to even though it was snowing. Ask for him!! Then Majdi made all the financial things super simple and was equally delightful to work with. I would recommend them highly!
