Bought a truck from here that they said was a great truck. paid cash. 3 days later the transmission went out called them and sergio said "I'll help you get it replaced" well I tried getting ahold of them for a month to figure out what I needed to do and could never get a answer or anything. They ignored my calls text and voice-mail. so I get it towed to a transmission shop and now I'm stuck with having to pay for a new transmission... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. They lie and rip people off! WORST CARLOT EVER

Started out a good experience but after 3 day's the check engine light came on. After getting it checked out could be 1 of 2 things. I'm starting with the cheaper first and hope this will fix the major problem. Went and talked with the manager at the car lot and they won't do anything, was supposed to get a call from the owner but still haven't heard a word. So needless to say, have the auto checked by a professional before signing contract.

This place is a joke. My girlfriend bought a car from here and I would much rather buy a car from Helen Keller. The one she had picked out seemed like a good car. While waiting on financing approval they sold it. They then pushed one on her. They had to fix a wheel bearing on it before she could even drive it. They fixed that. The day after she bought it she had to take it back because it was doing a death shake during braking. She also informed them that her passenger seat wouldn't slide forward and they said they'd call her with the part so they could fix it. We never got the call. I ended up putting a bad review on their page and the owner called her demanding her to take it down with various threats so I took it down for her. I'm not holding back now. She had to put over two thousand dollars worth of work in the first year. The owner was very unprofessional the way he handled a bad review. If you want good reviews sell quality cars. If I could give them negative star review I would. You're a joke Sergio

The staff is awesome. I met 2 women working in office they day I got my car. Both very helpful. I had a small bump in the road as far as how I was going to make my payment. They gave me my options and I was able to make a smooth transaction. I m very thankful and look forward to working with Jacintos!!

Three days after buying the car, it started having problems. Jacintos would not take it back. This car has had multiple problems and we have spent a lot of money to get it fixed. Beware: you only get a 10 minute test drive, which should be a red flag. DO NOT buy from these people. I m very aggravated with them. Worst experience ever!! My daughter is so disappointed in this car.

Had the greatest experience at Jacinto s. I had been looking for months for a car for my son and luckily they had just what I was looking for! They were super nice and went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend them!!!

I've been to this place only twice but so far they've done me nothing but good. They have great deal and allowed me to finance for my 2nd car (I paid in full for 1st car). Also has great warranty plan. My first car was amazing before my mom took it away when I ran away from home. And the 2nd car is amazing too! Both GMCs
