My sister s accessory belt broke and we were just running on battery power on the way home from a trip and we stopped wherever was near and open. They were very kind and explained what was going on very understandably. So glad they were able to fix the car quickly so we could get back on the road!! 100% would recommend.

I brought my Hyundai with a possible thermostat malfunction there on a Friday morning when everyone else I called were too busy to look at my vehicle, let alone fix it.I finally called Terry, the shop owner there and he said to bring it in, which I did and they got to work on it right away and fixed the problem in an hour at a reasonable price.They'll work on foreign and American vehicles.This would be the one shop that everyone should call for same day availability status for car service.Service: Auto water leak repair

Import has had a couple of different owners in the last few years. Usually that's not a good thing. BUT- the current owner, Terry, is every bit as good and honest as the previous ones. He has been super helpful with our repairs, and his crew does good work. Each repair has been outlined for us ahead of time, and he doesn't talk down to me about what needs to be done. (Ladies, you know what I'm talking about!) There are also no "gotchas" when we go to pay the bill. We have been and will continue to be happy repeat customers.Services: Auto power window repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance
