We had the pleasure of having Lamar be our guide into the minivan world. He made it fun, made my wife feel super at ease and spent all the time she wanted to make sure she was comfortable with all the features.He never rushed her or asked like he had anywhere else to be. I appreciate the respect he showed her in this whole process. Highly recommend Honda and even more recommend Lamar Thompson.

I actually was with my sister who was looking at trading in her Civic and had no intentions of leaving with a new car! Tyler was our salesperson and he was a no pressure guy very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the process. He went out of his way to explain how my new vehicle operated on the inside and took really good care of me. He has even offered to refill my gas tank next time I m at the service department since I m having to make a second trip there. How many salesman do you know that would do that? Do not hesitate to visit this dealership be sure to ask for Tyler when you do you won t be disappointed!

We just bought our 2013 Ford explorer from Honda of Cleveland today. Everyone was very friendly and our salesperson, Tyler Hall, was amazing. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. If you need a reliable and friendly place to get a car, go visit Tyler Hall at honda of Cleveland.

Tyler at Honda of Cleveland was great to work with. We got there when they opened and he was happy to help so early. Made the process of trading and buying so easy. Very personable and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a vehicle. He and Brandon both directed questions and information to myself rather than only to my husband since I was the only one actually buying, appreciated that. 5 Star!

Came to Honda with one vehicle in mind and Lamar made that come true. He was able to put me in a 2021 Nissian Rouge that checked all my boxes! I looked at 3 total over the course of a month and thankfully, he didn't give up on me! He got me to exactly where I needed to be and was so patient with me over this month. I truly can not thank him enough for putting me back in a Rouge! I also had the pleasure of working with Tyler some and both guys were amazing! I believe Honda will have a lifetime customer. Thank you!

My wife found the perfect car for us. We came in at the opening time, and Tyler went out of his way to help us get her dream car right after they opened. The whole process went smoothly. So smooth in fact it was the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. In and out in a few hours and it is a local dealership for us. Definitely two thumbs up for Tyler Hall, as well as the crew at Cleveland Honda for taking great care with my wife and I.

Zachary Ramsey was THE BEST!!!! From the moment he walked up to us on the lot we felt like he truly wanted to listen to us & cared about everything we said. He even made me look at a vehicle I didn t feel like I personally would like, well long story short I left with that vehicle! He knows his stuff & he truly cares about his customers! We just had a great experience this Saturday (April 6th) at Honda of Cleveland buying a 2023 Honda CRV. It had been 10 years since we had bought a new car and we were totally blessed to have Ethan Haley as our salesperson. We are in our 70's and 80's and buying a new car was pretty overwhelming. Ethan immediately put us both at ease. His patient, calm, gentle, personality was such a blessing. He was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining our questions on warranties, etc. and slowly went over how to work all these new gadgets that are confusing to seniors like us, lol. We felt like Ethan was family when we drove out in our new CRV. Ethan is definitely an asset to the dealership and we will highly recommend Honda of Cleveland and Ethan to anyone we hear of. If you are in the market for a new or used car you should definitely go visit Honda of Cleveland. Tyler, Heath, Rodney, Brandon and many others are all eager to help put you in the perfect vehicle for you. They will go above and beyond to get you the very best deal. Tyler was our salesman and he was so patient and informative. Heath worked our deal and got us a great rate. Excellent service, great price, can t ask for more.

Me and my wife came in asking for two things, bottom dollar on a car that we had seen and were interested in, and how much they would give us for our car. I was very upfront and direct that I was not walking out with a car that day and that I just wanted to talk numbers.We sat down and started going over a few details about the car we wanted and then switched to giving info about the car we wanted to trade in. (Again, very straightforward and direct.) They asked us for our keys so they could go inspect and TAKE PHOTOS of our car. That is obviously fine by me, they need to know what they are getting. However, after a few minutes I look over and notice our car is no longer where we parked it. A few minutes after that, we see our car drive in off the highway back into the parking lot. We immediately decide that we are just leaving and not even consider buying a car from here.On the way out I ask for the keys to my car back and tell them we are leaving. They ask us why and I tell them that the man asked us for the keys so they can take photos of the car. Then the next thing I notice is that our car is no longer in the parking lot, and that I did not appreciate anyone driving my car without asking to first. We are told that a test drive is standard before taking a trade in. To which I reply that I understand that completely, but i need to be told clearly that someone is going to take my car on the highway BEFORE they drive it. And that I didn't appreciate not being informed beforehand, and just looking up to see my car missing having not been told about it.He very abruptly and rudely said something along the lines of, "that's fine, have a good day" and just walked away. (Probably realizing nothing he could say would make us buy I car from here at this point.)I would never buy a car from here based on that experience alone. If they will do something like that. Who knows what else they would do without your knowledge.To Honda- don't reply saying your sorry for my experience and you hope you could make it better, or make it up. I could care less about an apology. Just tell future customers what your doing before you do it.

I feel like I made some friends today. That s just how the people at Honda of Cleveland have made me feel today. Tyler made things so easy and he is the type of salesman that just keeps things honest and simple. If you get to deal with Lindsey as the sales manager just know that she will go the extra mile to make sure you know all of the details and that nothing is hidden in the deal.

Outstanding customer service! After contacting 2 other dealerships in the area, I was finally able to get in touch with Rodney at Honda of a Cleveland. When I tell you this location went above and beyond! They really set the bar high with services. My deal was exactly as it set out to be, they stayed late to work with my work schedule and got my family in a new car! 11/10 recommend this location. I ll now send everyone here. You all are appreciated!

Found what I wanted to test drive online they had it ready for me when I got there. Lamar was my salesman. He made the process painless and fast! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Def recommend buying from here. You can t get better customer service anywhere else
