I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle! These are good and honest mechanics who have your best interest in mind when working on your car. I've been to their shop multiple times and never left disappointed. The secretary is always extremely helpful and friendly, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Good people and great prices! They always get the job done. Can't thank them enough for all the times they've got me back on the road safely! A++

I can not say enough good things about this repair shop. The owner was one of the nicest people I have ever met. We arrived in town from a nine hour trip and my rear brakes were in need of repair. I called the number listed and Mr. Hampton answered and immediately began to access my concerns. I dropped my vehicle off which was a short distance from our hotel. Upon arriving to the shop I was greeted by a very nice woman who I was told was Mr. Hamptons daughter. Mr. Hampton stated it would be ready by the close of business today. A few hours later my vehicle was ready and in full repair. His prices were very reasonable and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend him and his family ran repair shop.

I could not recommend this shop more!! My car broke down 8 hours into a 16 hour drive, and Hamptons was able to take my car and start looking at it almost immediately. I thought it was going to be a major problem, but they were very honest and fixed the minor problem in no time at all, without even charging me a penny. They went above and beyond and even called a previous car shop to check in on work recently done. Michael and Nick were very kind and definitely knew what they were doing! Thank you Hampton s Auto Service!

Very honest business. I took my car in for one issue, which turned out to not be an issue at all. Michael diagnosed the real problem and gave me clear instructions on how to talk to the dealership, since my car is still under warranty. They didn't charge me a dime. I'm a second-generation customer. My dad and uncles used Hamptons for years. These guys are honest and respectful. When I obtain perfection, then I'll require it from others, lol. Meanwhile, I'll take someone who tries to live the golden rule. Randy has always gone out of his way to be fair, efficient, and helpful. I'm thankful Cleveland has him and knows he'll do his best to offer great service at a fair price.

The work they did was fine, but they shorted me 5 gallons of gas. Vehicle was dropped off with 7/8ths of a tank, when we picked up we only had 5/8ths of a tank. They had to drain the tank to replace the fuel pump.

Had a wheel bearing go out on our way home from Florida and picked Hamptons because of the well deserved high rating, from the time I called them to the time we were on our way home was less than 3 hours and everyone was nice to us especially to our dog.

Great shop. Had my car diagnosed and fixed within a day. Very fair priced. Awesome customer service. They explained everything they did in detail, showed me the faulty part and the repairs. Will definitely be coming back to this establishment. Thank you Hampton's Auto Service!

Very Honest and Must be the reason they have been in business for so long " I thought my 1994 f150 transmission was going to need replacement but, they checked it out and turned out just needed fluid. Didn't charge me at all for friendly service , Thanks !

Never go here. Horrible service. They will have your car for over a month and not even keep you updated. They couldn t even fix it and didn t even call to let us know. Finally had to call them even though they said they would call us.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Can't get more honest than Randy. He won't lie to you. They're always busy, so dont go in there in a hurry. He barely has a place for you to turn around on his lot let alone park your car and leave it. His guys are all like family. They're good ole country boys and they dont want or need any drama. Please dont take your car here and ruin anything for the locals. I want them all to myself.
