I just want to send so me appreciation to their service center. They were honest and very helpful. He couldve got me for thousands but instead helped me find an affordable solution. He recommended websites and ways to help fix my van without breaking my pocket. Thank you so much for the truly wonderful service.

I took my vehicle in with a blown motor and was worried it was going to be a huge issue and fight to have it covered under warranty. Not only did the service dept get it in to diagnose the vehicle a week early they also got the warranty and rental car approved the day after I dropped it off. They were so wonderful to keep me updated on what was happening and I've now had my vehicle back for 2 weeks and it runs like a brand new vehicle!

This place is disgusting!!! They are crooks, liars, and thieves!! Selling warranties that aren't worth the paper they are written on. Selling a vehicle that they knew had issues, then charging the customer to fix it. Doing work that they DID NOT speak to the owner about before just doing it. Being extremely rude when the owner calls to check on the situation. Then charging over $2000. for work that should have been done BEFORE selling the vehicle. If I could give NO STARS, believe me, I would.

Ask for Andy the salesman. He went way above and beyond to locate a new 2023 cx-5 from out of state for me and had it delivered to the dealership. Very professional and follows through. Would recommend working with him.

The buying experience for our 2020 Sonata and all of our service related appointments have been excellent. This is the first place I will look for our next vehicle. Update: Our last service experience for the 2nd car purchased there, and all other visits have been beyond anything I have enjoyed anywhere else. We are thrilled to have found this dealer. We love our Epperson vehicles!

Our experience was exceptional. Our salesman Andy went above and beyond to get us in the car we were looking for and at the right price. The Finance Manager was also super nice and made signing the papers easy and seamless.
