They were able to get us in quickly. They also fixed our car's brake issues without any problems. Additionally, we saved over a lot of money using Gobble's. Another mechanic quoted us at over $200 more for less work! We'll definitely be back.

Man I tell you what. This place is the best. They fixed my vehicle faster than anyone could in town! I missed some work and they offered to come DROP OFF a loaner to me!! I will oy use them now on. Thank you Tony and staff! I honestly cannot say enough about the wonderful folks at Gobble. They truly go above and beyond and treat my family like we are their only customers. They fit us in at the drop of a hat and always do honest and dependable work. That's why we keep coming back time after time. And recommend them to everyone we talk to about carmaintenance! Honestly 5 stars isn't enough!

Do not take your car here. I brought my car here to get the AC compressor looked at because it was not working right. Gobbles charged me $800 to take off my air compressor from my car and then tell me that it could not be reattached. Gobbles was also supposed to perform a smoke test, but didn t. They said to fix the problem I would have to buy a whole new engine for about $7000 after talking to other professionals mechanic saying that the situation sounded wrong I decided to take it to someone else.Once taking it to someone else who actually knows what they are doing I was able to see how wrong Gobbles was. Not only did they overcharge for just taking off my air compressor, they clearly didn t know what they were doing. The old bolts connecting the air compressor to the engine block hadn t been drilled out and they couldn t tell that?! I took my car to a great mechanic and he was able to fix the problem for less than $1000 and I did not have to get a new engine. I will never take another vehicle to Gobbles, they are untrustworthy and extremely overpriced. I m glad I got a second opinion and I feel bad for people putting their trust in Gobbles.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Check engine light came on in my Jeep and I was close by. I pulled in and Rhett/Tyler were amazing. They came out and gave assistance that allowed me to continue home. Their customer service was amazing, their attention to my issue felt personal in the fact that they were genuinely concerned and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable getting home in my vehicle. I have already texted my friends and family about my short lived experience at this shop. I am truly appreciative to for their welcoming attitudes and I will definitely be scheduling my vehicle needs here. Thank you again, gentlemen.

I took my vehicle there. The diagnostic was wrong. Showed sensor on transmission needed replaced. Very wrong. They charged me $164.00 for a wrong diagnosis. I should have immediately been told to take it to a transmission shop. They wanted $6000 for rebuilt transmission. WRONG. In total my son was charged $534.03 for nothing to have my car moved to DM Transmission. Best decision ever. So many people told me I should have never taken my car there. Left message for Tony Gobble in hopes he would do the right thing by at least refunding my son the charge for diagnostic test. Do not know how they sleep at night. Rhett also told untruths with a third party transmission specialist on phone. They took their company Vann. for transmission work and taped up all logos so no one would know. LOL!

Gobble s Automotive was recommended to me in 2020.I have taken my car to Gobble s for maintenance and service ever since. They always have a loaner vehicle for me to use while servicing my car, which is so convenient. I took my time to learn how they do business and I couldn't be happier. Rhett is my service advisor and is spot on everytime. They have done 3 major jobs on my 2004 Corvette and have been on time and within budget every time. They warranty their parts and labor which really came in handy on 1 job. Gobble s is my only garage!

Asked how much it would cost to change out my spark plugs. Took an hour to get an estimate and then was told it would cost 500$, no diagnostic work, that was for changing the plugs alone. I laughed at them, then did it myself in less than an hour. If that's what they charge for something that simple, I pity the people that don't know any better.

The owners, Tony and Ginger Gobble are the best kind of people. I have known them for years. They care about the services they perform and better yet , they care about the people they serve. They listen to their customers concerns. Their shop is top notch. Tony has decades of experience and his technicians stay there for many years because they care for them. I am NOT an employee, but just a poor boy that needed his wife's car that his grandbaby rides in to be safe. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! They stand behind their work! Great place! I own a vehicle transportation company and needed a emergency fix for my front wheel barring on a F-350 dually. They fit us in on short notice and got us back on the road with in hours. They even gave us a loner vehicle for the time it took to fix the problem. If your ever passing through I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was traveling across the country on a road trip and called this place about checking my brakes which were making an unsettling sound. They squeezed me in that day for a break inspection (which is super hard to find a place willing to do a same-day appointment, trust me) and we re super friendly and professional. If I lived around there, they d be my mechanic. If I ever drive through Cleveland, TN, again, and have car issues, they ll be my first call. Thanks, again!!Service: Brakes

I brought my very neglected and older Scion XB to Gobbles because it was pulling to the left, the belts were squealing, and it hadn t had an oil change in a while. It was in rough shape! The folks at Gobbles were honest, the work was done well, and my car drives like it was brand new. I'm new to managing car care. The staff were happy to help me determine what I needed no pressure to do things this minute. They fixed what I needed gave me information on other needed repairs and I was on my way. Excellent service, a good price. Great job Gobble's !

While traveling through I had engine trouble. I stopped a Gobbles because it looked like a well maintained shop.I had several problems with the engine.They went the extra mile and found the Service Bulletin that showed some of my problems were still underwarrunder.They assisted me in getting the car to a nearby dealership.Aside from the stress of being stranded by engine failure, the whole experience was pleasant and I felt they treated me like family.

So here's the story...I've a 2007 Volvo XC90, thinking it was just a radiator issue it became much more. Regrettably it was much more than either of us expected. My contact was Tony, we discussed the situation even with parts already delivered he allowed me to have placed on a flatbed and returned to my home charging me for tow to and from. The shop was under no obligation to do anything but what I asked yet the staff went beyond their obligation to be more than fair. Clean shops, well groomed employees with customer relations from the start. Thank you for your up front straight forward service. Appreciated

My power steering pump had been out for months. My oldest son attempted to fix it but it just got worse. We were really struggling with it because it's driven 4 days a week to Athens for school. I have know Tony and Ginger. the owners. for years. They are trustworthy and very honest. They are not the "cheapest" place in town, but they do offer a warranty for what they repair,that is better than anyone. I take my cars there, and will continue to do so. Gobble's was so concerned about by wife's old car that when we decided to buy another, Frankie met me at the dealership to help evaluate the new one we picked out - on his own time.I'd say that's pretty good customer commitment.

I was going from Knoxville to Chickamauga, Georgia for a basketball game when my car stalled on I-75, not once, but on three separate occasions. There is nothing like the feeling of losing power while driving 70 miles per hour with your children in the car. I called my friend, Chuck Miller, at Hixson Transmission and asked him who I could go to in Cleveland. He recommended Gobble Automotive. Frankie Qualls and Tyler Gobble took care of me right away. The code was pulled from my car and immediately taken inside. The code had something to do with the throttle. With it being Christmas time, I was highly concerned about the cost. Tony Gobble, one of the owners, came out and spoke with me and assured me they would take good care of the car. I completely love the personal service provided. It is rare for an owner to make a point to speak to you at any business. I truly felt he appreciated my business. When I returned to pick up the car, the cost of service was given to me. Quite frankly, I was confused and asked Tyler to verify that it was correct, it seemed too low. He stated it was correct. I got my car fixed and still was able to complete Santa s shopping list. Thanks Gobble Automotive for the service and Chuck for the great recommendation!

Cost of cleaning head lights was $149.00. Check with Amazon and Ordered new head lights for $89.00 this was better than recleaning lights again in 6 months. So much better and cheaper.

These workers go above and beyond to make any car work. They can work on German, Japanese, and American cars. They're also willing to work with you if you need a little time to pick up your vehicle.
