Excellent service as always! Valerie is always very kind and informative. She helped facilitate a rental car for me. Aaron & his team did an amazing job on the body work. My car looks better than the day I bought it. Gilbert's treats you like you are family. Their customer service is top notch.

Everyone at Gilberts was very professional and friendly. The price was fair and they worked around my schedule - but best of all, when I picked up my car it was not only perfect in all repairs but delivered in pristine condition. It was like I was picking up a brand new car.

Best collision center in town! I hit a deer in a 2023 challenger. They got in and out in less than two weeks. They send vehicle updates every Tuesday and Friday to let you know stage your car is in. Hands down best in Cleveland,Tn.

Contrary to another person s recent rating, these people are AMAZING! They re hardworking and genuine people!Here s my experience:The people who read-ended me - their insurance decided to not cover all of my paint costs. However, once my I picked up my car after it was fixed, Gilbert s provided me with invoices and documentation showing how they tried to have them pay for it multiple times. They stated that my paint was a unique color, so of course they re going to charge more for undertones and such. They provided me with an excellent detailing while they were at it, and I couldn t be more appreciative.

Don t use this company. Ownership changed. Went there to have a passenger door painted. They damaged the inside it the truck and used a buffer that touched a vinyl hood wrap and ruined it. Covid was among the employees and they gave it to my disabled brother. Find another auto body company.

I heard they do great work. More important, I heard that Gilbert's has changed ALOT -- and NOT IN A GOOD WAY. I worked with Gilbert's and here is what I witnessed over a two-week period of time. The office staff are not professional, not friendly, and snub their noses at customers. Then, on the other side, this supposed "Christian-based" business is untruthful with insurance companies. Oh, yes they are!! I should know, I was on the receiving end of a few calls from two insurance companies who went on the record about being "purposely misled" by the management at Gilbert's. They're over-charging customers and insurance companies for their paint jobs. They need to check themselves and need a dose of humility. Word is getting out about how poorly they treat people these days. My insurance company later told me, "We never recommend Gilbert's to anyone anymore." Beware of the rude, gaslighting management and front office workers.Service: Painting
