Our new go to mechanic! Curtis was extremely helpful when I needed my car as quick as possible in order to pick up my kids from school. He was so patient with me and had me back in my car in no time. His price was unbeatable and he was honest about the work i needed done! So thankful to have a reliable place to take my vehicles.

Honest, affordable shop. They were very informative and listened to what the problem was. They didn't try to talk us into unnecessary work or jack up the price. Mr. Curtis was so helpful and professional. He and his team worked quick and I am comfortable and confident that my vehicle was fixed properly. No complaints. Would recommend Mr. Curtis and his team and will be back next time my vehicle needs work done

The price on the repair work was good. The turn around time was awesome. I bought the bearing myself because I was expecting to have some time to go do the work myself but my friend who has the shop ended up getting other work in and I needed my truck fixed. So I called up Curtis and he was willing to use the timken i had bought and was able to get truck in quickly. 1 day turn around on a wheel bearing, brake service, trans flush, oil change and tire rotation was excellent.

These guys are awesome! They saved us on our road trip when our water pump was beginning to fail. Super friendly, honest, and with Christian integrity. Their rates are super reasonable and did great work. I wish he had mechanics like this in our hometown!

We were in from out of town dropping our daughter off at college. We were leaving that evening but they were able to get us in, diagnose the problem and fix it. I was on my way to North Carolina, in the middle of the night, when my battery began to die. I managed to make it to Freeman s Auto Repair before I lost all power. Curtis was so kind and helpful. He took me right in first thing that morning. He replaced my alternator. I was on my way in a very short amount of time. Many mechanics would have taken advantage of a traveler like me, but i found his prices to be very reasonable. You can have complete confidence that Curtis will treat you right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honest, affordable, and knowledgeable. I will always take my vehicle here for everything including oil changes. The only draw back is they aren't open for urgent issues off hours and sometimes you have to wait a few days for an appointment. Things I'm willing to overlook for the kind of service they provide!

I was really taken back by the Professionalism of Curtis Freeman. My truck broke down while in Cleveland Tn. Had truck towed to Freeman auto repair. Drove up the next morning and got to talk to Curtis Freeman about the issues my vehicle was having. He listened to my concerns without rush. He actually asked me to walk to my vehicle and he would try something while I started the vehicle. It started! So I knew when I left the truck with him to repair it, what my repair would be. I am speculating here, but I doubt many other shops would have taken them few minutes to do this, as I know how covered up with customers vehicles that repairs shops get. He was professional in explaining things, parts used, and his repair rates are excellent. I mean above fair. Even his time of repairing my vehicle was faster than the estimated time. I have expressed these sentiments to several people already on how I was treated at Freeman Auto Repair. Customer service ranks high on the list for me and although I live in Georgia across the state line, I have found a repair shop and Auto technicians ( all of them) I can trust at Freemans. Recently moved to Cleveland and as anyone knows finding a new mechanic can be a struggle. I needed a new serpentine belt in my toyota and tried these guys out.To my surprise these guys were super nice, honest and great mechanics in my experience. The work was done quickly and as far as I could tell works great! I would happily recommend these guys if you are looking for a local mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Seriously the best I have ever been treated by a mechanic. There is no way to overstate the quality of the work, the quality of the service or the quality of the people themselves at this establishment. Mr. Freeman and staff are seriously some of the best people and I've ever met in my life. Not to mention the Price, truly a blessing in every way.

The best auto shop around. Straight forward on price before they start. Super nice guys. I have found my new shop. They got me very quick and fixed out the door. I will recommend to anyone needing service to come see these guys. You will not be disappointed.

We have used Freeman s for a few years now and I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else! They have done small jobs like a headlight replacement all the way to major repairs. The cost has always been incredibly reasonable and done very well. If your looking for a new Auto shop THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!- Paige B

I've had to trust them and their opinion on some pretty serious and pretty expensive car work. But that trust was rewarded with honesty and savings that any other mechanic im sure would have tried to upsell me on. I'm pretty certain that the next time I need advice and a job done, this is where I will take my all my cars for the foreseeable future.

Curtis is fantastic, good and honest. I've used him for around 9 years for multiple vehicles, ill continue to drive 45 minutes to use him exclusively.

Chose this place from a mechanic at Walmart. I got my transmission oil change and lights wired. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place. Great service and great prices.

Curtis up to sell with an alternator issue it's like they say he is such an honest man and kind and he served us and we're not even from the community what a joy to know the companies like this still exist we praise God for him and his business
