I want to thank the entire team at Cleveland Ford for their help getting me into this 2024 Ford Bronco. Everything from start to finish was done with class and great work on Sales, Finance and other sides of the dealership. 5 out of 5 stars and definitely would recommend Cleveland Ford to family and friends. Took my F150 in right away. Polite and courteous service. Rich Kramer is an excellent Service Advisor and was very knowledgeable on Ford vehicles. The waiting area was clean and comfortable- which isn t always the case when you re getting your vehicle serviced. Overall it was a great experience. Even though it was my first time there at Cleveland Ford, I will definitely bring my wife s Ford Edge there as well. Overall, a very good experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto maintenance

I wish I could separate this review and do one for front desk service and one for mechanics. I would drop the service I personally received at the front desk to one star and give the mechanics four stars! The man I dealt with...well frankly I've came to the conclusion that he simply had no idea what he was actually doing, and he was not new as I overheard him tell another employee how long he'd worked there. As for the mechanics, they did a very speedy and sufficient job taking care of what I had brought my car in for.

About a month ago i went in for the works and brakes and rotors done and wanted to go ahead and start my estimate for my 90k service so I could prepare for the cost! I had a quote worked on for at least a month checking in multiple times with my advisor needing to know exact cost and ALL services recommended at my next service appointment!After getting my car back from brakes and rotors when hitting my breaks it was terrible sounding metal on metal- I was told the shield wasn t put back correctly but my concerns is what potential damage could this have cause when driving it that way for at least a month.Wednesday: While they had my car for the 90k service I was called and told it was going to be an additional $400, why is that? I checked in multiple times with my advisor for a solid price and was never told of this! I feel like this should ve been caught way before my vehicle was already in the shop (general maintenance work)!

Making the appointment was easy. When I arrived, the service contact recognized my truck and met me in the drop-off location. She said the service would last about 45 minutes. It turned out to be more like an hour but that was still acceptable. The inspection video was amazing and provided some useful information. I plan to return for the next service.

Quick and easy warranty work. Dropped my car off Friday done on Tuesday. Nice people and a great dealership to keep your vehicle up on maintenance. Service center is top tier. Especially, Clay he explained the process of warranty work and kept me informed the entire time.

We drove 6 1/2 hours from the Florida Panhandle to meet these guys who found me my Expedition, and they were fantastic! Not pushy and very patient with my hectic, busy life! As owners of a construction company, we've purchased many vehicles and have never in 24 years had our local dealership treat us the way Ben and this team did. This is our Ford family dealership from now on!

We took an E-350 for a recall and also warranty repairs. They did not have the parts in stock. We decided to take the vehicle back until the parts came in. It took several weeks for them to come in. The dealership never called to tell us they were there. We had to call numerous times to verify. We were told that it would take about 30 minutes to complete repairs. We scheduled an appointment for the repairs. My technician took the vehicle and was there for about an hour or so before he asked what was taking so long. They told him that there were still working on it. My husband called and asked what was taking so long and they gave him the runaround. After about 30 minutes or so of going round and round with service advisor it was determined that the incorrect parts were ordered. They were waiting for the correct part to come in from another dealer. We could not wait for this to happen. We ended up leaving after several hours with a vehicle that was still not fixed. We had to go back to pick up the parts once they arrived. The dealership service department could care less if the customer is taken care of or not. We will not be using this dealership for any further repairs as this place is kinda a joke.

Definitely one of the more pleasant vehicle buying experiences I have had over the years. Adam Anderson in sales was super laid back and knowledgeable, and I felt zero pressure to agree to anything I was not comfortable with. These guys did the leg work on pricing + financing to get me to a monthly payment amount I was / am comfortable with, and I can't say enough about Ademola Vaughan's transparent and honest approach to all of the nuances of the paperwork and numbers process. Have been a Honda guy for years, and these guys got me to go outside my comfort zone, which is no small feat!

We love Cleveland Ford! The service department is fantastic. We made an appointment for today about a concern with our truck. They addressed the issue and had us out in great time. This was my first time having service at Cleveland Ford and I was very pleased. Employees approached me immediately and I then met with my service writer. They were able to complete the service quickly, despite the ongoing construction on their service building. Overall great experience.

Made getting my diesel 250 truck oil change and tire rotation a pleasant experience service advisor Joey Santiago was on top of it the new lounge was relaxing I asked if they had coffee and an employee showed me where and how to use the machine great experience

Very disappointed with the tire installation process that seemed unprofessional. Left heavy white lube all over my brand new $1200 tire package on my son s Ford Mustang. Never removed the red dotes off the tires and scratched up the R back rim. Spoke to service rep and he wiped it off before we left but left plenty behind. Never should have left the dealership with this mess. Two lives messages to discuss but haven t heard back. Oil change and brake install ok and very courteous during the visit. Had the car two days so had plenty of time to inspect, but a true mess when we arrived.

This is for service due to a cat error code. Service tech gave a price $1000 more than other Ford dealers. I requested the price for the parts they were charging and the price for the cat was $1000 more than any other Ford dealer s OEM list price. The service tech also suggested replacing the coils and plugs which they had recently done. Furthermore, indicated the purge valve code was also present. I had checked codes multiple times and the purge valve code was never present. I called to talk with the service manager, left messages and also talked to an operator requesting a call back regarding what looked to me like fraudulent charges. The manger never called back. However the tech called back and said he did some checking into the price on his own. Interesting he checked on his own since I had left messages regarding the pricing with the manager and had spoken to the operator regarding the issue. In my second conversation with the tech he blamed the parts department for the incorrect pricing. Also he wanted to know the pricing I received from others. I refused to give the pricing and told him I expected him to give me their honest pricing. I did end up having the service done there as it wouldn t be convenient to take elsewhere after the pricing was corrected. Also, the service report didn t indicate a purge error code, but a small leak was observed. Basically they were dishonest in pricing and the tech didn t seem to have any knowledge of the vehicle to give such a ridiculous price.

Love getting my truck serviced here, it took about a month to get a new transmission but as soon as it came in they got it done within a day! very thankful for their team, Amanda did a great job with keeping in touch!

Unfortunately I had to be towed in a few days ago. Jo was my point of contact. He kept me updated through the whole process. My car was back on ths road much sooner than expected. Great experience!

Brought my Bronco in with a complaint about the door not latching, and it got fixed along with getting my recalls done within a day. Johnny was very friendly, personable and courteous...and he explained what the issue was - misaligned latch, easy fix. Thanks Cleveland Ford! Promotion time for Johnny!

Just want to say the service was great Joe Santiago went out of his way to make sure everything was takin sure of he personally went out to check some fluids that had been overlooked on our last service date they do beat or match tire prices they beat the quotes that I had gotten by about $240 to $300 thank you Joe for understanding my confusion and being so nice and understanding great experience thanks again Joe !!! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !!! and just wanna say pick up and delivery of our vehicle makes it very easy and convenient

I wouldn t recommend this service dept. I scheduled an 8:30AM appointment and at 3:30 I get a call telling me they don t have what they need to service my vehicle. Why have an appointment if you are not touching the car for 7 hours. They told me I need to have anti freeze for my rear differential(it s not liquid cooled). I would feel very uncomfortable having my vehicle serviced there. But I am sure they have great personalities.

Not a good visit. We went for brakes. We had an appt and our daughter had told them that we would have to stay with the car and we told our service rep we would stay as we had no other transportation. Apparently, that info wasn't passed along. After waiting for nearly 2 hours with no word , we questioned someone in an office. It seemed that our appointment didn't mean that our car would be seen promptly. Finally, we were told that we needed 4 new brakes, but they only had the front and it would be 2:00 before the others would arrive - then at least 90 minutes to 2 hours for the work. We arrived at 10 and we were looking to be there until 4. We said "no", then waited until they put the car back together. We left after 12:30 very irritated, The next day, we took the car elsewhere and found that we only needed front brakes.Service: Brakes

The service crew is awesome and super friendly, the only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because I waited 3hrs on a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. The service advisor did give a discount, but it s still not acceptable to wait 3 hrs for an oil change.
