I love the people here super down to earth they make you feel right at home. They calibrate my interlock in my car and have been amazing. I've also seen people coming in talking with them about repairs and they seem to be really decent on pricing and truly know there stuff when it comes to being great mechanics and they don't try getting you to pay for or fix things that aren't broken. They are amazing.

Really genuine people, stays true to their word, I may get a little anxious with dealing with mechanics because of prior trust issues with them, but very happy with Tim and how he is a man of his word. They do business very well and I highly reccomend them

So thankful Tim at Family Towing took on my car for transmission work, especially through all the obstacles my car was giving. I've had it 9 years and it's running smoother and quieter than it has in a long time, like a brand new car. We quoted several places in town, not only was this the best priced, but was the most recommended by everyone my husband talked to. I will be referring any transmission work to them.

Very reasonable tow prices and they are kind and patient and work with you. Holly and Tim even went above and beyond to see if they could do the transmission repair I needed for cheaper. They where super honest and told me I should go with the other repair shop I had gotten a quote from. Very customer obssed and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow or looking into car repairs.

Absolute life savers. I am brand new to the area and didn t have any research or knowledge on local mechanics. When an unplanned accident happened to me out of now where. And I don t know anyone down here. They were so sweet giving me a ride home and working with me the entire time to get my ride back on the road after insurance failed me. Even putting up with all my questions and constant checking in. Once insurance was out of the picture. They had me back on the road in 5 days. With what took insurance a month to deal with.Service: Car towing

I have a 1998 Chevrolet K1500. 5.7L automatic. About 3 years ago, my transmission failed. This was around the beginning of COVID, and parts were hard to come by. I had my truck towed by Family Towing & Collision. I couldn't locate a new transmission at the time without ordering one and being on a waiting list. So it was towed to their shop. Tim and his staff told me they could pull my existing transmission and rebuild it. I was leary about this at first, bec I had never went the rebuild route before. Tim told me he had vast experience with automatic transmissions, and he could rebuild it quickly and accurately and provide me with a warranty for parts labor. I figured what do I have to lose. Fast forward to now, truck is still running like a champ. Transmission performs and shifts like brand new. Super smooth. And bec my truck had once been stolen, the steering column and the shift lever were damaged. He even informed me they had submerged the truck in water bec the transmission case had water in it!!! I know my truck must have been a nightmare to work on, and I'm sure they remember it!!! Very pleased and the pricing was fair and reasonable. Very happy customer here. If you need transmission work performed, rest easy because Tim can do it and it will be done right. 5 star 5 thumbs up thank you Tim and staffGARYDALTON, GA

These folks met and exceeded my expectations of a repair facility. I really do not know anyone around here that s a reliable mechanic, until I ran across this business. The family owned and operated business offer great customer experience, exceptional service and delivery of the basics when it comes to dealing with people. So much so that I sent another vehicle of mine to them for a thorough work over and cannot wait to get it back. They towed my sons car in and back to us and repaired a tire that may have picked up a nail at their shop no charge! Amazing people if you don t use them you are missing out!Service: Car towing

Holly and Tim are the nicest people you will ever meet. I've used them for several things and honestly, i will never use any other mechanic again. They treat everyone like you are a friend. It's hard to find honest and reliable people nowadays but Holly, Tim and the entire staff at Family Towing are just that.

Great bunch of people. If u have any Q's about an install, talk to Holly. Thru this past year Family Towing have treated me like one of their own. The name holds true! Very professional, respectful, and always helpful.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Very responsive, quick service, provided with genuine sincerity and concern for their clients. The owners and employees went above and beyond to check on me after my accident and offered to assist in any way they could. They were very kind, compassionate and accomodating which made the entire ordeal with my wreck much easier to handle. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing such services.

Absolutely a amazing family. On travels headed back to Michigan we had problems. They welcome us like family. Opened on Sunday to help us get home. Awesome family values other people lack now day's. We were blessed to have meet them very thankful to Family towing Tim Holly and there son.

My husband and I very recently experienced a major blessing by crossing paths with Tim and Holly at Family Towing N Collision! They repaired my husband's car and it looks absolutely wonderful! They were so kind and accommodating...we sincerely felt like we were treated as old friends. We have had two experiences with a body shop in Dalton. It was average. We wish we had known about this business because we would definitely have taken our car to them. Please give them a try the next time you need a tow and/or car body repair and you will see that what I have written is an honest review! They make a not-so-pleasant situation so much easier. I was rear ended and my car ended up being towed here. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I got injured in the wreck and they helped me carry my stuff to the car and gather my things. I'm not sure of total prices, as the guy's insurance who hit me was paying, but, I'm pretty sure it was about 50$ a day. Average cost of towing in Cleveland.

My niece and brother were in a motorcycle wreck and when we were calling to find out what it was gonna take to get the bike back we were told that someone else claiming to be a brother had just called but whatever he said so i apologized and informed him they was 3 brothers and we had not spoke to the other . He was still throughout the entire conversation very smerk . All i could do was apologize and try to hold my tongue , the bill was 225.00 and had we not gotten it by 5pm would have been 50 more . Will never do business here again nor recommend them . Thank god my brother is fine and my niece had to have surgery on her leg , next time maybe the tow co. Will be a little more compassionate and not so rude

Had an antique car towed today. It was a last minute decision to get the car towed as I just bought car and it had all 4 tires flat. I have had horrible experiences with having cars towed before with different companies. I called them to get an estimat on the price to have the car towed from Cleveland to Etowah. Their services are inexpensive and they showed up within minutes of my call. The man who came to tow my car was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for your help today.

Shout out to Family Towing & Collision :This company goes above and beyond for the company I work for throughout the week and never has let us down at the Reconditioning Garage, so when my personal vehicle became damaged...due to the amazing work they do for Auto Simple...it was a no brainier to reach out to them in regards to my own vehicle..They came and picked up the vehicle from my work...took it to the shop and literally 2 days later it was ready for pickup...My check had not even arrive yet..but they allowed me to come pick it up anyways..and told me would we handle that later..This is the kind of Company people look over for larger business and established names...But not me...Thank you for the amazing Service...both personal and professional...You will forever have my business...and my recommendations...

Got rated #1 towing company in Cleveland by the Cleveland daily banner for 2019 ! Awesome owners mr and mrs entwhistle will treat you like family hence the name ! Small business but they go above and beyond for what you need ! Couldn't ask for a better tow company

They don't even have the courtesyTo call you backAnd tell you they don't want to do the job When at first they quoted me a price and told me they were going to do it Very unprofessionalI i wouldn't even let him put gas in my car Much less do any work for me!!!!!

A friend of my son's recommended them to me,im glad they did cause the whole experience was great..there were storms and trees down on alot of the roads,but they still got to my van in a short amount of time..they even came to a different place to pick up my keys before heading out,and kept in touch with me on when to expect them..they were very nice,gave me advice on a few things that could possibly be wrong,and parked my van exactly like I asked.. hopefully I won't break down for a good while,but if I do,it will be them i will call first,and also recommend..they didn't over charge,the amount they told me,is the exact amount that was asked for after everything was sorted,no extra bad surprises that I've heard about with other towing companies springing on people
