I had my oil changed today and the associate, Bryson B was excellent! He was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond by checking the air in my spare tire as well as the others. I'm a regular at Express Oil Change in Cleveland, TN. However, I have to say. This was The Best Service Ever!Keep up the good work!! I appreciate you one and all!

Quick, friendly, quality work. Dakota H. did an exceptional job going through the entire checklist. He accurately identified a couple of maintenance needs. When I asked if I needed a new air filter, he checked it and told me I could wait a bit. I appreciate him being straight with me; I ve had other places replace if without even checking. Will definitely return again!

They are very nice and do such a good job. It s hard to find places with employees that are are great and just nice people. Bryson B helped me out and he did an incredible job with customer service and even went the extra mile to clean my windshield for me. Highly recommend

Very fast and efficient service. I did not have to leave my car for oil change and they checked lights, fluids, tires and everything needed for my trip this week. Christian serviced my car. He saw me turn in, asked what I needed and directed me to the open work station. He also added a $15 off coupon, and I love using coupons. I will return.

Bryson Bowman was very personable and professional. It was very busy but they still managed to make it a quick process. Very affordable and the only place I use for oil changes.

I was taken care of by Bryson Bowman. What an outstanding young man Bryson is. Bryson did an amazing job, explained everything to me. The worst part about taking your car somewhere is the worry about the mechanic selling you something you don't need. Bryson didn't try to up sell me anything. Alot of women are scared to take there car somewhere, but I tell you what my wife would have absolutely no problem taking the car here. Bryson is a credit to this organization, 10 stars if I could!

Great people. Sitting in waitiarea, one of the techs asked how my day was and had some small talk. When picking up my car, tech was very honest and informative. New to cleveland so they have my loyalty.

I have used the Express Oil Change services at the Cleveland and Hamilton locations multiple times. Both shops are extremely professional, courteous and kind, but one experience stood out to me today that prompted me to write this review.I was waiting in line behind bay 1 for an oil change this morning, when an elderly disabled lady pulled up into the parking space in front of the shop. She stepped out and walked over to the service bay and asked a technician if she could get an oil change. He stopped what he was doing to walk over and find out what she needed, then walked over to the oil change bay to ask them which bay they wanted her in, saving her the trouble and stress of trying to figure it out. This is the kind of customer service we need to bring back in this society. Good job guys.

They charged my granddaughter 90 dollars for an oil change and air filter on a 4 cyclinder kia today. She's just 16 and didnt know better but she wont be ripped off by this place again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came to get an oil change and tire rotation on Friday afternoon I was told that they didn t have time for the rotation that I could come back on Monday I pulled up and told the technician that I needed an oil change and a tire rotation he said okay they finished up with the oil change as I waited in the lobby, they then pulled my vehicle over and put it on the rack and about 5 minutes later they pulled it out and I said wow done already?! I was told no we don t have time for it right now we have to get this other vehicle on the rack if you want to wait, I said okay well how long, they told me it would be 3 or 4 hours, they could ve easily rotated my tires before putting a long project on the rack very poor customer service

Took my truck in on a Friday afternoon to have tires rotated and balanced if needed before a trip. They rotated and I believe they put everything weight they had except 2 on the drivers side , some even overlapping, and the other 2 Went on passenger side. Did I mention the truck drove perfectly fine before I took it? It was just time to rotate. Left there and immediately got on interstate (because it's took much longer than the quoted 20 min) my truck rode like a logging truck on the train tracks! No time to turn back I had to continue on with my 150 mi journey due to family emergency. Then 150 mi home. The ride home it felt like my wheels were going to wobble off and the last 50 mi it started pulling to the right. Monday morning I called before they even opened to tell them of my experience. He tells me I must have bad tires, they can rerotate. I assured him my tires were not bad at least not before I brought truck in and proceeded to tell him that I'm sure the problem lies with all these unnecessary weights because it's drove perfectly fine before!So I pulled up and they're telling me my tires are bad they can put it back the way it was. NO MY TIRES ARE NOT BAD!!! Ok they say and take it back. An hr later a new guy I've never seen brings me my truck and apologizes telling me it had slung some of the weights off a couple of tires !? :/ just because I have breast doesn't mean I do not have a brain or eyes. They left the 2 weights on passenger side , took off some on drivers side and separated the rest so they weren't overlapping. Yet they are sticking with that story that I slung some weights off? If that be the case why didn't you have to put more on? And even if that was true why weren't they put on better? They have yet to show me a bad tire because they are not bad. Today I am still left with it pulling to the right over this ordeal but I promise unless they do it correctly for free. EOC won't touch it! The saddest past of this experience is that the manager Jonathan Patterson is the one who screwed it up! And now after 300+ mi being incorrectly weighted I do need weights NOW!!! Still not as smooth as it was before they ever touched it. But at least I can drive it one handed again.
