I ve been to their place one time and it was an amazing experience. The owner told me that they have been in business since 1927, not under the same name. Always great to be able to go to a mom and pop place of business. They gave us a great deal on a dirt bike and gave us a good discount on it and other accessories. I will go back to do business with them in the future.

Bought a Yamaha Rmax Wolverine from Kristy back in February 2021 and meant to leave a review then, But forgot to do it, So just wanting to make up for it by posting one now. Kristy was wonderful and helped me from start to finish, I wasn't able to get by the dealership to look at it prior to buying it, But knew what I wanted. Kristy was so helpful and handled everything over the phone, She was even able to get all the extras I wanted to add installed before I came to pick it up, None of the big name dealers would even consider doing that. Kristy treated me like family. In closing I would like say they are a 10 star dealership and if you are considering Any Yamaha products, Skip the big name dealers where you are just a number and go to a place the treats you like family. As a small family owned business owner, I see the value in their family ran business and would always prefer to buy from them instead of the big name dealerships. Thank you, Kristy you are the best.Thank you, Wes of Wesco Electrical Service

Best experience I have ever had with any dealer. They do what they say and say what they do. They have a very professional staff and are fairly priced. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed s Cycles.

I was on a trip from Canada with my FJR which developed a bad fork seal leak. I called around to a bunch of shops, and Ed's was the only one with the seals in stock and ready to go when I got there. Joe did an excellent job getting her fixed up and ready to tackle a full day riding the Cherohalla and Tail of the Dragon. Thanks for the help guys!

They close @2pm on Saturdays ...not 3 (as advertised) I have a very busy schedule and found that out the hard way today Sat ...no bueno :/2 weeks after first review/update. Initial disappointment faded as I visited the store again and parts department went out of their way to help me. I was there early on a weekend and although it turn out they were (understandably) closing earlier due to a holiday, I was asked outside to come in anyway and they took care of my business. Much appreciated and will surely go back

Was not welcomed or greeted on the showroom floor. Had to figure out on my own that I needed to go through the parts door to ask about tire pricing. Prices on the tires I needed were almost double of competitors in proximity and my presence didn't seem to be incredibly valued. Had high hopes for the place but wasn't incredibly impressed with my visit.

Good people. Good service!I was riding with a friend from Florida. We were in Chattanooga and headed to Telico Plains. He needed a rear tire.He found this place online and we went over on Monday morning. They had the tire and brand he wanted in stock and had it installed very quickly. We were back on the road in no time at all.I recommend this place to other bikers.

Well, honestly it's a great looking ship and they have competitive prices, but the customer service is non existent. Everytime I walk into the store it's as if I wasn't there. I was there for about 15 min last time before anyone ever even approached me. Not sure if they're prejudice in some way towards certain people like myaelf, but they seem to attend other people that walk in. So I'm not sure I would recommend this place.

I needed genuine Yamaha parts for my Road Star 1700. They are the closest dealership to me...Called them up and even though they did not have the parts in stock Jason ordered them and I had them in my hands within a couple of days. Great Job.

I have been in customer service for 20+ years, so I understand what the customer means to a business. I also know what it is like to find that company/person who shows they truly care. I called Ed's today after being recommended by a person on a bike forums.I was greeted warmly, and enthusiastically, and instantly felt like she cared (I feel bad, I forgot her name). I was looking for a specific bike, and had quiet a few questions, she answered everyone and was honest and truthful. Which compared to dealers in my area was a complete breathe of fresh air.I think the best thing I can say about Ed's is this, I live 3 hours away, in the Nashville area, but based on how I was treated over the phone, no dealer in Nashville has ANY CHANCE of earning my business. I will drive 3 hrs 1 way to be treated like I matter...THANKS ED'S YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!

Purchased a new Viking UTV from Ed's last month at a great price and the customer service was awesome. This truly is a family business, they care about their customers and even delivered my UTV to my cabin in NC! I will be back for service work when needed.

On Aug. 12, I called Ed's to find out what their labor rate was. The parts manager told me either $50 or $55/hr. That was acceptable so I had my bike towed in.To make their work easier and to avoid any mistakes, I provided them with a list including my contact info, bike info, recent bike history, and a request to provide an estimate for 4 items I wanted fixed. I also made it clear that this was my first visit, so they had an opportunity to impress me and earn a new, loyal customer if they wanted one.I was told that due to a heavy workload, they couldn't get to the bike for 2 to 3 weeks. I accepted that time frame. After 3 weeks with no updates from Ed's Cycles, I went to the shop on Sept. 3 to find out how the repairs were coming. They looked for my service ticket and couldn't find it. They looked for the work list I had provided and couldn't find it. While they were searching for my paperwork, I took a look at the white board they use to track customers and their vehicles. My bike was listed near the top, but with the wrong model year and with work I had not requested (an oil and filter change). This was obviously somebody's best guess as to why my bike was there since my paperwork had vanished.I asked how they could put up the wrong model year and incorrect work needed after I had provided a detailed list to prevent this very thing from happening. The manager explained that the former parts manager had quit and they didn't know what he had done with my paperwork.I told them I would e-mail another list to them, which I did the following day (Sept. 4).After waiting 4 more days and hearing nothing, I called them to find out my bike's status. The store manager told me she had not received my e-mail, even though it was in my Outlook's 'Sent Items' folder. So, I immediately resent my work list to Ed's on Sept. 9.Finally, on Sept. 12, the mechanic working on my bike called me regarding the main problem preventing my bike from running. I authorized him to order some needed parts. After waiting another 10 days without hearing anything, I made another trip to Ed's to find out what was going on. The mechanic said the bike was running fine and was ready to go. I asked if he had replaced the broken turn signal holders. He said, "I don't know anything about broken turn signal holders." My reply was, "The broken turn signal holders that are on my list." He had no response to that. We then walked back to the bike and I pointed out the broken turn signal holders. He said he would check the cost of the holders and call me with a quote, which he did. Finally, on Oct. 5, 4 days short of 8 weeks, I got a phone call saying my bike was ready. When I went down to pick up the bike, the bill showed a labor rate of $75/hr. I told the manager on duty that the former parts manager had quoted $50 or $55/hr., and that I had mentioned that to her in my e-mail on Sept. 9. She wouldn't budge on the rate, and neither did she explain why she had not informed me earlier. But I still had one final surprise waiting for me.When the mechanic brought my bike around to the front, he pointed to a chrome handlebar cap that was tucked under the seat strap. "You know about that, right?" No, I knew nothing about that. I informed him that that cap had been on the handlebar when it arrived at the shop 8 weeks ago, and somehow, someone had managed to knock the cap off when moving my bike around their shop. I also told him, "No way am I paying for a replacement cap." (The replacement cap arrived October 17 and I was not charged for it).So, in the 8 weeks they had my bike, they demonstrated the following:1) They don't read customer instructions2) They don t provide requested estimates3) They don't have an efficient work order system4) They don't provide status phone calls5) They don't answer e-mails6) They are not careful with customer vehicles7) They are clueless when it comes to professionalism and efficiency8) They could care less about gaining new customersNeedless to say, I will never, ever return to Ed's Cycles for anything.

I love Ed's Cycles!!! W.C., Janet, Kristie, Gina and the guys in back have always been helpful. They have got me in and took care of any problems in a timely manner. They tell it like it is and don't sugar coat it like some shops. Ed's also gives back to the community by supporting local rides and charities. They will always have my business. Thank you and God Bless.

I ended up driving almost 2 hours each way to intentionally buy a new (leftover) 2017 motorcycle. The deal was made over the phone with Christie, she was super easy to work with and there were no games. They gave me the deal I asked for, and when I got there, I was in and out in 20 minutes including buying a new helmet. Christie had everything ready. I would recommend Ed's Cycles to friends and family.

Went to get pipes put on and full service and some new tires. I was told it would take three days for it and it took 8 days, further they ordered the wrong pipes and tires. They charged me 1600 dollars. Then I got it back and they did not put the correct jet kit on the pipes so I had to take it somewhere else. When I went back they just said sorry we don't believe you and refused to do anything. Then the new place tells me that my clutch is almost go e and it was not before I turned it in I only had 6k in miles on it!! I will never return and if you read this and still go good luck hope they don't do this

I don't know that I have ever written a negative review before. However, we were so disappointed and frustrated with the way we were treated here. We will definitely take our bike somewhere else in the future.
