D&K has always taken great care of my family and I. They offer great customer service, quick repair times, and accurate diagnostics. Yesterday, my alternator went bad. I was able to get it replaced today, and it only took them one hour. Highly recommend!!

I don t normally take my vehicles to mechanics because I normally do all my own work. But, sometimes I don t have the time to do a job or maybe it s something I just would prefer to leave it to those who do the job everyday. D&K is one of the only shops I would trust to work on my vehicles. Mark Edwards and his team are fantastic. Honest, trustworthy, local home town folks who will do it right the first time at a fair price. I highly recommend D&K.

This business is top notch! They take their time and do things right!I have had a very difficult time with a car I recently purchased. I had taken it to another shop(multipletimes) and they were basically guessing and could never figure it out.D&K took the time and diagnosed the issue! Key word there DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE and Repaired my vehicle!These people are flat out amazing! I am thankful for the time they took to get it running!Thank you for being a reliable company that can be trusted!!!

I'll highly recommend this business, besides the fact that is super busy, they are a Great, friendly and very experienced team, the owner, Mark walk me thru the process even explained to me some of the hurdles that my car presented, issues was, that apparently someone worked on that car using wrong parts. Even worst rear Axel apparently is not OEM, but works well, just that issue did not help them when becomes to request parts at OEM specs. At the end, the rear break job requested, ended up of both front and rear along some extra parts. I'm very happy with the results.

Ok. So I tried and failed to press my own ball joints in for a project truck I've been working on. Took the control arms and ball joints to Mark and Gary and got them fixed right up in less than 30 mins! I swear I screwed w.this for over an hour and never even got close. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys! Next time I'll just Skip the frustration and bring it to y'all first lol.Thanks again guys!

I just wanna take a moment to thank the Folks at D & K Auto Repair! I found myself in a desperate battery replacement situation while I was on the job, today! I was able to get in and out of there so briefly that it didn't affect work at all! And! I'm certain that I wasn't able to find a better deal anywhere else! Just an all around blessing that turned my day back in the good!! So! Safe to say that they have my business from now on! Thanks so much!!!!!!!Service: Battery

I just moved to Chattanooga TN and was looking for a mechanic to fix my Honda CRV-2010 brakes and rotors. i called several places and they asked me to make an appointment which i couldn't wait.i asked on a facebook group that i am a member and D&K auto Repair name came up a couple of times.I called and service over the phone was exceptional, very kind and was able to bring my car de same day. I met the owner Mark, who was very nice, and made me feel welcome to the City and also took care of my car issues. they took the time to show me what was wrong with my car, and gave me the options to repair it, in a matter of two hours they called me back that my car was ready.i will definitely return for a future car need.is feels so good when people are honest, and don't want to take advantage of you. i definitely recommend this great auto-shop

Great shop to get your vehicle services. I had several issues with another maintenance so I switch to D & K and they did not disappoint. Lauren always answered my questions. The owner of D & K actually went over all the issues with my truck and made sure everything was working properly before leaving the lot. I m definitely satisfied with this company!

***update 4/15/2024**** I would give D&K auto 10 stars if I could. They are the absolute best auto repair shop that I have ever done business with.Great place to take your vehicle. My car was running really rough and the check engine light was on. They diagnosed and fixed it. Now it runs great. I don't feel like they over-charged for their work. Jessey gave me an estimate and that is what he charged. No hidden fees or other things I have come across in the past with auto repair shops. I will recommend D&K Auto Repair to anyone who needs repair work or maintenance done on their vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

D&K is a great shop! My company does emergency power restoration. We were going to Florida to help with the restoration efforts from Hurricane Ian, when we had some pretty serious brake issues with a Dodge 5500 bucket truck. The shop was already busy and near closing time but they decided to help us so that we could help others! Thank you D&K!

Wonderful people, and excellent service!These guys are not out to break you, they look at your vehicle and tell you the truth. Their work is excellent quality and they stand behind their work.My son has a 99 4 runner that we have taken to them for a year or so now and every time they are honest and fair. They have squeezed us in last minute and are easy to communicate with while they have your vehicle. I am so happy I found them and I would highly suggest taking your vehicle there, couldn't ask for better people.

I had an intake manifold replaced by this shop for $669.00 When I picked the vehicle up it wouldn t get up to highway speed and the low oil pressure light repeatedly came on. So I took it back. They had the throttle cable on wrong. But they did fix that. Also I asked about the low oil pressure they said it may be a sensor. They wanted to charge me $100 + to check the sensor. Then said it could be a clogged pick up tube to the oil pump. He wanted over $400 dollars to check that. I said you probably got old gasket in the engine. He said I cleaned it up real good . I took it apart myself there were acorns, pine needles and quite a bit of intake gasket pieces in the oil pan and the pick up tube. I cleaned it all out put the pan back on added new oil and filter. Now the truck runs perfectly. They got one star because the younger guy was friendly. Other than that I wouldn t let this shop work on my sons hot wheels toys.

I walked in this place hopeless for my cars future as well as my own. You see my car is how I earn a living. But God, made a way when I saw no way. Thank you to the owner, his daughter, and mechanic who got me back on the road and hopeful again!!! These people truly care

Our engine was running rough and misfiring leading to gas in our oil. We only had a few days before leaving to Vermont and were worried we'd further damage our vehicle. These guys squeezed us in and had it fixed the very same day! It is an older vehicle and these guys had the experience. We are so thankful! We are currently driving, just went over a mountain and it is driving so smooth! Everyone there was extremely kind and informative. We will definitely be coming back if we need anything else.Service: Engine repair

Firstly, I'm grateful for the family like atmosphere! They treat you like you're family and talk to you like they've known you for years. I went in concerned with two cars and they took care of me swiftly. Shoutout to Lauren for being a sweetheart, bringing me home and dropping my car off to me. You can't get service like that anywhere else. I was filled with nerves that my car wouldn't work when I drove it away and they made sure that it was driven multiple times and that I was assured. Wednesday (5-24-23) afternoon about 330, I brought my car in because a sensor was messing up quite a few things. I was supposed to be in Nashville on Fri the 26th for a special event. They had my car ready to go the next day (Thursday) by 930am. Needless to say... I made it to my event & the cars acting great since. Gonna go back though to have them check on my AC. But would recommend!! They're great!! Friendly & professional & helped me in an urgent situation!! Bless them!!Service: Electrical repair

I have used D & K Auto's services a couple of times now, since moving here. I have been very happy with the service I have received. They replaced a fuel filter hidden under the fuel tank, fast and the best price around. They also replaced a radiator in my truck and I've had no more problems. They are friendly, open and honest, and knowledgable. I highly recommend their services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rest assured you ll be taken care of if you come to D&K. We were on a road trip when my alternator suddenly died, and the folks here had exactly the part needed to fix it. When we asked where we could get lunch, they even offered their own food or to drive us somewhere to eat. They stayed late to get the car ready to get back on the road the same day. Truly, we could not have experienced better service. D&K was absolutely a God-send.Service: Battery

My husband and I just moved from Montana to Tennessee. Two weeks after we arrived my car started making a weird noise. I googled Cleveland auto shops and luckily called D & K Auto Repair! They were able to give me an appointment the next day, first thing in the morning! The crew was extremely helpful and fast. They explained everything thoroughly and in terms I understood. They were also upfront with all charges and pricing and gave me great recommendations on parts. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs honest, fair, professional service in the Cleveland and surrounding areas!

These guys are amazing, I had my radiator blow out on a trip to a wedding. These guys rushed to get the only one available within 50 miles and rushed to make sure we could continue on our trip. Not only was the service excellent but they are some of the nicest people I ve met. My car happened to break a belt while it was here getting the radiator fixed and they stayed long after they closed to ensure we were taken care of. As others have said the owner is rude and doesn t know how to talk to people.I was trying to help someone out and her pricing. He started trying to lecture me on how they make a living by charging people. I was sent to get a quote and report back. Never got a quote The lady was nice and helpful technician seemed like he was trying to help If you don t want to diagnose for free, don t offer it

I brought my 2007 Honda Odyssey in for a misfire it was experiencing. After some major detective work and patience it was found that it had at least 1 bad spark plug. Mark and Randy kept great communication with me on their investigation. Mark expressed concern of keeping the balance of cost of repair vs cost of vehicle. (Making sure I wasn t going to sink more money into fixing it then what it s worth). As a single mom I greatly appreciated this. I wasn t able to get to the shop until after they had closed to pickup my van, but Mark said he would wait for me to get there. When I arrived their amazing mechanic Gary, was coming back in to continue working on jobs. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
