Only giving 3 stars because I'm not sure about the quality of service. Called awhile back to get my back window replaced and got the price and I was ok with it but had to wait a week before I could do it. Called back a few times a week later and couldn't ever get an answer. Called back this morning and still can't get an answer. I hope they pay the answering machine well because it puts in a hard days work.

Although friendly on the phone, the next available appointment was 6 days out. When I came into the office to get a written estimate I was told We don t do that here . The service lady was immediately rude once I asked for an estimate refused to give her price in writing. No wonder why business is small, bad service. Definitely make the drive to Chattanooga.
