Folks let me tell you, you can t go wrong with these folks. They done and excellent job on our car. They were courteous, quick, reasonable price and pay attention to detail. We were very pleased with their service. Hope we never need anything again but if so they will be the place to go.Thanks again to the crew at Cleveland Collision!

I took my car to Cleveland Collision after being in a fender bender in my new SUV. They did a fantastic job and my car looks brand new again! They even cleaned my car, which was a great surprise! Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I had to call several times for updates on my vehicle rather than receive calls from them.

Love this place. I have had them take care of wrecked vehicles as well as just painting vehicle parts for me. They always take care if me and do the work on time. If I have an issue this is when my vehicle goes. A few pics below are just a few of the vehicles they fixed for us.

Had body work done here and WOW!!!!They got me in fast, did fantastic work, and the best part was how insanely clean my car was when I got it back. We have four kids and the car is always a wreck. It was 100% detailed inside and out. This mama was THRILLED!!Staff was polite, helpful, and overall fantastic! We drove 40 minutes to use Cleveland Collision and will go there again for any bodywork needs!

After my wreck the staff at Cleveland Collision took great care of me and my car! The staff from the front office to delivery were very friendly and professional. The quality of workmanship is amazing these guys are truly masters of their craft and they obviously take pride in their profession. 5 stars all around, from start to finish. I cannot thank this team enough for all the hard work they put into not only my car, but also in keeping me updated every step of the way. Donnie is the man if he can t do it no one can !! Please ask for him when you visit. He is always in such a pleasant mood, and doesn t care how much you call him. ( trust me, I feel like I called weekly, and he never got frustrated with me) He also always got back with me the same day in a matter of minutes ( unless he s taking his famous lunch break lol) but, the whole staff is absolutely amazing, and so friendly. Reese is another one of my favorites. I can t express enough how much they love the community and strive to be the absolute best !! Hopefully I won t have to be back anytime soon, but if so there s no hesitation on who I ll call first.

Ok....what can I say??? These gals and guys are amazing with customer service, communication, estimates and their work is spot on. Not only did they repair the damage to my car, they also cleaned my car inside and out. They definitely go above and beyond and I would highly recommend this shop for all of the above mentioned reasons. Thanks for treating me with such great service. Again... hopefully I don't see y'all again but, if (God forbid) I need my car repaired again, I will definitely come back, it would be my pleasure .

I have taken three vehicles to them. My most recent was for hail damage. Their PDR guy removed all of the dings as if it had never happened. Donnie was a pleasure to work with he was very understanding of my schedule. They even took care of a few blemishes that was not part of the agreed repair. I got my truck back looking better than it did before the hail damage and they got it finished very quickly. I don t think it s possible to have better customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing people who do quality work. I had some bad experiences with some other repair businesses and went to Cleveland Collision and they really took care of me.Great people from all levels of the business and they did such a nice job on my sons car.Liked them so much I took my daughters car there as well. Super pleased with my experience with this company both times.

My husband's car was taken here after an accident. We took it to them multiple times to repair the passenger headlight (site of impact) and other general repairs due to the accident. Over 6 months later, we had his car checked out by another local shop who discovered that Cleveland Collision Center never replaced the wheel bearing or axle, and these parts had been grinding and overheating the entire time. This mechanic was shocked that someone wouldn't replace all of these parts when we described the damage and location of the accident. Cleveland Collision may have done a fine job with the paint job and exterior look of the car, but the actual broken mechanics of the car were hidden under the exterior repairs.

My car looks like it did when I bought it. Had front and rear damage when I took it to them and now it looks like new. Thank you for doing such a great job. Prices are great. Service is amazing. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating.

The best place around to get your vehicle fixed! Nice people. A lot of insurance companies use them to because they know they do a great job! I would only recommend Cleveland Collision for all your vehicle repairs! Prices are way better than most places around Cleveland to!!!

I just got my 2014 Nissan Rogue back from these guys. This was the second job they did for me. They did a fantastic job, and delivered on time. They even washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Great service at a great price. I highly recommend these folks. They are helpful, friendly, and courtious.Blair Howard

Someone had broken into our car on July 10, 2019 , we used Cleveland Collision to fix it , they had to replace the passenger window and the interior door panel , they also had to do a lot of other things to it to get all the glass out of the vents and steering column.They did a great job , and they were super nice !! I would definitely recommend them !!

While there was a slight delay on my vehicle, I was more than happy with the results. My car looks better than ever and the staff was friendly and professional. If I ever need more work done I would without a doubt come back.

Took a month to get a repair estimate. Parts arrived and I was told that my vehicle had already been there longer than every other vehicle but one. I was told it would take another two weeks now that the parts were here.It's been a month, was just told to call back in another week. I don't know why repairs take a month after parts arrive. This must be the most complicated truck bed repair in the history of the universe.Service: Body & Trim
