Nikki & everyone are amazing. The worked with us as the covid parts shortage took over a yr to get our VW fog light in. They jept in touch letting us know the status of our part being on back order.They fixed up my 16 ATSV as well and had zero issues with our State Farm insurance claim as the big rig from Mexico blew a tire & damaged our cars. Unfortunately State Farm couldnt get the Mexican trucking company to pay even though I had video of the incident which involved 3 cars & the big rig. Perks of being Bidens favorite country besides China.

Received my car back in a timely manner, great customer service, very friendly. They kept in touch with me pretty much daily to keep me updated and my car not only got fixed better than before but they also fully detailed it and it looks great! Highly recommend.

Great staff. Had a door ding on our 21 type r, with a dent in the fender and chipped wheel. They fixed the wheel, got the dent out, and color matched the sonic gray pearl to a t. Would absolutely recommend!

Abra is one of the best body repair shops around. They fixed my car for me after a fender bender and had it back to me in perfect condition fairly quickly. They matched the paint up perfectly and even offered to fix some paint chipping on my hood for me. It looks better now than it did before the accident. Abra did great work on my truck. I had a small dent that had went through the paint. Abra fixed the dent and repainted the back of the vehicle. My vehicle was ready by the date they estimated. Byron Evans, Customer Service Manager, was great to work with as was the front office staff. Byron was very professional and sent me frequent updates on where my car was in the repair process. When an appraiser from the insurance company came out to look at my car after the repairs were completed, he said that whoever did the repairs did an excellent job.

Kind receptionist and helpful in understanding my situation. Able to reach my representative and leave messages and receive updates. Worked with the insurance agents in coming to a reasonable settlement. Longer wait time due to pandemic and difficulty getting parts. While the insurance company ultimately declared the vehicle a total loss, the staff at ABRA was extremely helpful in working with me through a difficult time. I very much appreciate their patience and expertise. I will not return to Abra Auto Body of Cleveland - They did not account for all of my damages to my car, did not maintain an accurate and complete record of my claim - sent me to the dealer for additional work they reported that they could not do - later denied sending me to the dealer - and upon my inquiry - ejected me from their business. They don't want me to return. Lesson Learned. Never trust Abra Auto Body! Get written estimates from several shops and don't trust Abra Auto Body. Include everything on the estimates. Have them write everything on their estimate and finally - Don't trust Abra Auto Body! Take your vehicle to a shop that wants to serve you!

ABRA went out of their way to accommodate me in getting personal effects out of my daughter's car, when it was completely totaled, and they were not going to get the chance to do the work on it. They were friendly and kind, and if I ever have the need for their services, I would choose this facility, just because of their great courtesy. Thank you so much!

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wished you could do less than 1 star.This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They have lied and kept my mothers car for over 8 weeks. Which meant she had to pay for a rental car. They called and told us that the car was ready but needed to be cleaned up so they would call the next day. They didn't. No word on Monday the following day so on Tuesday I called them - it still was not ready but she (the receptionist) told me she would try to have it ready by the end of the day because the rental car was up and we really needed to get her car. She told me to be there by 5 so we were there and when we went to look at the car oh my word it was dirty, it still had a scratch on the door that was supposed to be new. It had "bonding compound" on the hood. The back hatch once we opened was all bunched up not smooth at all. Mom was so not happy. The manager came out and said he was sorry it was not right, that they had not replaced the doors, the roof was not clean he would see that it was cleaned up better, he also said he didn't know what a KIA was supposed to look like. The receptionist was the one that washed it and she told us she was not tall enough to wash the top or dry it and that was just water spots. They did offer to pay for the rental car and he assured us the car would be done the next day he would personally call me. Wrong - another lie. Didn't have the car done the next day. They finally called the next day. Mom was ok with the car not happy but felt like this was going to be the best it would be. She gave them a $8600.00 check they already had $1000.00 check from insurance and they would not give her the car because they said she owed $250.00 for the deductible mom didn't have the money and asked if she could bring it Monday she had already turned the rental in. They said NOwhich meant she was going to have to wait an hour in the rain because they were closing for me to get there from work. Long story she put the deductible on a credit card and left. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody in this shop has a smile on their face. They are happy to help & explain everything going on. Management is great with dealing with insurance companies. I'm glad we found this shop, and as much as I hope to never need them... I'll be glad to return, if we do.

Good quality replacement of windshield and hood/front bumper repair. A tree branch fell on my car and ABRA was the recommended inspection site by my insurance. The repairs, however, were far more expensive that I was quoted by Safelite - $990 for the windshield alone.In addition, it took nearly two weeks to repair (when they quoted a couple days) which I don t know if is indicative of staffing shortage (COVID) or typical for this location. If I had known it would take that long, I may have looked into other options.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in for repair after an accident and after a month and a half I got my car back with severe damage to the inside. There was no previous damage to the car interior and Abra management stated they could not put new parts in the vehicle even though their employees caused the damage. After a call to the insurance company the manager agreed to fix the inside back door panel, he ended up getting in my car to move it and backed into another vehicle requiring another repair to my car. I got the car back rear interior door panel still not fixed.Worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend.

walking into Abra after may accident- the staff was very helpful and nice. I was informed and kept in the loop on the process of the repairs on my van. Excellent service and great quality of work.

I will NEVER use this company ever again. I didn't get my car back on time, they messed up my speedometer, and they are completely rude. Just because I am a FEMALE does NOT mean I should not be treated the same as a male. I have been put here at least five times now for them to tell me my signal light keeps popping out because I hit a pothole And I live on a back road so it's automatically my fault. So frustrated with these people and their ignorance!!

Took my SUV in after a light fender-bender for popping a few dents out and repainting a couple spots. Took three weeks to get an appointment, and the car was returned with warped door handles and a screw in the tire. The new paint also started to bubble up the next day. In many ways, the car is worse off than when it was brought in.

Had a window giving me problems . The glass specialist Chris had me in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly staff and top notch service. Would highly recomend Abra to anyone in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area.

I brought my 2016 Chrysler in for a front impact with a deer it took a week longer than i was told and had to bring it back several times for damage thay didnt fix and even damage thay caused and thay didn't replace the frount right that was damaged all thay done was put a plug in it after thay put on the paper work that thay replaced it with a new tire which is fraud all this after i had taken it back in for them to replace the tire to being with thay keep my key for my locking lug nuts so now i cant even change my own tire if i get a flat i left several messages over the last year and not one of my calls were returned in my opinion thay are not good and my lawyer is looking to see if I can use them for the damage that I still have on my car that I played to have fixed
