I dealt with Mr. Jeff twice. He was straight forward and didn't sugar coat nothing. He didn't try to make you purchase a service or tell you, you must do it today. Mr. Jeff is very layed back and professional all at the same time. I'm so glad I got him for my 2011 Cadillac Escalade. He is a great asset to the team. We need more Mr. Jeff's in customer service. Kudos to Mr. Jeff!

I think if you come in to have your battery change and tell them and then you wait for 1hour after they take your car back to have the battery change then they come back in and tell you what else your car we'll need later and they still have not change the battery need to change so come on people
