We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!

Highly recommend... attention for travelers.... This man went outta his way to get our car in and repaired, they stayed late to make sure WE could stay on OUR schedule... the price was sooooo affordable... gotta say if you're in need of help ask for ROB .. thank you Rob.

Mr. Case went above and beyond to help and advise me when my car started acting strange when I came to visit friends in the area for the weekend. He talked to me on a Sunday night about my car's problem, and then took the time to look at it on Monday morning even though he had a lot of other cars to work on. He recommended someone who could fix it more quickly than he could get to it. I highly recommend him as honest and helpful.

Always have a good experience here. Very honest, dependable & knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. I'm happy to know I have a mechanic I can trust when I need one. Rob & Linda are really nice people also!

Robert has been working on my vehicles for some time now I've never had a problem with pricing or work. Linda and Robert are very honest and reasonable all the time. Won't take my car or truck anywhere else.

Rob the owner is very helpful and cheerful. I would trust him to be honest and do a good job if I had any car trouble. I was there as a guest of someone else, and they speak very highly of his work.

My dad is a mechanic and has been his whole life, but chooses not to work on cv axles. I had an appointment for a tuesday, but my car broke down before that and I had to tow it there. We left a note in the car to not work over $500 on the axle because that's all the money I had to afford to spend on it. A few days later he gets to looking at it and realized more things are wrong. He calls and tells us it will cost $600. I tell him I will call him at 12:30 that day and tell him If I want to fix it and to not work on it any more. I tell my dad (the mechanic ) and he tells me the parts to put on my car are under $50, and the guy is totally ripping me off and he will do those problems. I call Rob at exactly 12:30 and he's out for lunch, so I leave a message that I will be there that afternoon to tow it to my dad's garage and I wanted to know how much I owe him for looking at it. He calls me back an hour later and tells me he fixed my car and I owe him $500 (this isn't for the axle) so my father and I ended up having to bring the police to his shop to get my car back and the police were completely on my side. This place can rot in hell.

Great experience. This guy jumps thru hoops to see that he has done everything to get you back on the road safely! He checks and makes sure he hasn t missed a thing. Awsome spot reliable and great work been going here for years I've had a few emergencies and he dropped what he was doing to get the job done and when waiting on parts went back to his other jobs ill continue to keep going here
