Danni is an amazing sales person and respectable ! He will do everything in his power to have you ride out in a very reliable vehicle that s suits your family !! I am so grateful to of found them and to let them service me ! My car was so clean and nicely detailed by wonderful Lydia if you haven t gotten a car here I suggest you definitely go and check them out ! Best environment, most reliable , dependable and work with you to satisfy your needs !!! I m so happy I had been without a car for some months due to my last car transmission going out and they kept me updated on inventory!

Worst experience ever. Was given the run around the whole time I had this vehicle. They kept the vehicle more than me from July-November. I constantly called about my vehicle stopping on me randomly and shaking and they tried to convince me that they took it to every mechanic and Cleveland and that nothing was found wrong with the vehicle. All the time they kept the vehicle I paid my car note still. Was told I was being heard And that they were keeping up with my service calls to put me in something else soon. That never happened!!! The last time I was going to pick up the car the tire was flat in which it wasn t when I dropped it off. They told me they couldn t put air in it. I couldnt even drive it off the lot if I wanted to keep dealing with this terrible car. They didn t care, all they said was I understand. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone after the experience I ve had!!!

I tell you Danny is a great salesman. Coming from one of the best sales guys in Tennessee. From start to finish I was very pleased and impressed. I tell you Cars and Credit hold on to this guy. Great personality and honesty. Can t beat that. Thanks Danny we will do more business soon!

Let me just say, this is my first time buying a vehicle this way, but it was the most positive experience ever. From going all the way to Alabama just for them to have sold the car, I thought I was giving up, until I saw a post on Facebook about cars and credit in Cleveland. Called for a certain vehicle but it was being sold just then, but Danni told me to come down and he would find a ride for me. Got there 3 mins till closing but Danni and his girlfriend stayed and made sure I left with a good vehicle for my family. They were so friendly and we had a great chat while finishing up paperwork. Already recommended them to atleast 5 different people! Loved the experience!

Danni was a god send for us! He got us in a car same day! And I couldn t be more in love with it! Lydia had this car looking pristine!! And free oil changes for the life of the loan? Woop woop! Never met a friendlier sales team, I can t remember her name but the lady who sits to the right of Danni was super friendly! We chatted the whole time. I can t recommend cars and credit enough! So excited to be y all s youngest customer :) !Danni also was able to defer our down payment by 500$ and then he let us do a 200$ payment next day! You guys are no doubt the best dealership in Cleveland

We came and test drove close to closing time, and were afraid we would have to come back the next day to purchase the car. But fortunately, Danni and Lydia went out of their way to help us get set up and ready to go! They even helped us set up our insurance. Great customer service.

There are buy here, pay here establishments, and then there are places like this. I can t even begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with everyone I encountered at Cars and Credit. Absolutely everyone was so kind, considerate and helpful. To say that Lidia and Danni went above and beyond would be an incredible understatement. Danni made it easier than I could ever imagine to get back on the road and back on my feet again and Lidia made my new to me car shine like the sun.I highly recommend Cars and Credit without hesitation to anyone looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.Edit because I almost forgot, Stephanie, without whom I wouldn t even have come to look at anything the day I purchased this vehicle. She told me come on down anyway, she thought they might have something and she was absolutely right. Great customer service all around.

I ve worked with this company and the people here for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Gladys is amazing and so is the rest of the staff. If I remembered their names I would also incorporate them by name in this review. They will definitely work with you, do their best to put you in the vehicle that you want, and provide polite service while doing it. If you go see them tell them I sent you!!! I do recommend you go see them.

Danni at cars and credit is amazing! He helped us with finding the perfect vehicle and it's a one stop shop! If you need insurance, oil change etc. They got you covered! Daniel was absolutely amazing, stayed over just to help me get my car and really listened to my concerns and questions whenever I had them. He gave me very good information and advice throughout the whole process and was overall super helpful in getting me a car. Definitely would recommend Cars and Credit to anyone and would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a good car salesmen!

I was told that no by many places. I walked in after being told on the phone one car left and that they could get me approved I wasn't so sure but went in anyway. Got approved for 14000. I want to thank these beautiful hard working ladies Rebecca, Stephanie and Gladys, for everything you made possible for me.

5 stars isn't enough for what the great ppl up there did they went above beyond I highly recommend them to anybody n tell them Matt sent u Danni is a great guy n a great salesperson he's a man of his word along with everyone else.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARS AND CREDIT TO ANYONE

From 2 months after buying I have had transmission issues with this SUV. Danny does nothing but give you the run around about them and what's going on. He lies to Cover they're butts. They are now putting a 3rd transmission in my car. They have had it more than me. It's on because I have an attorney and let her deal with this everyone situation. Fyi I paid on time and before time so being a great customer means nothing to these people.

Absolutely amazing staff to work with and got a car the same day. They had great selections of SUVS which was exactly what I was needing. Highly recommend Danny was very helpful, so was Stephanie and Gladys (I'm sorry if I spelled that incorrectly). My partner even got a car the same day because everyone was so wonderful to work with. Rebecca was super helpful as well with my first SUV purchased. This is my second SUV purchased from them and I am so happy with my GMC.

I give this place a five star rating only because there's only five stars to give. Our sale person Danny when over and beyond to get us into a vehicle we wanted. I'll say he went way over 150% of anyone else's capabilities. I called him at 9 was in there by 12 test drove a couple vehicles and was signing papers by 3. We found our new sales person and used car lot.

The guy that works there was so rude. Said I obviously knew nothing about cars bc I asked why the abs light was on. Said I would find no one else that would help me like they would, good luck getting a car, argued with me about me "nit picking" their cars, offers no warranties and all cars they showed me ran rough. I found a 2021 with 63k miles elsewhere. They charge too much for old cars, and without a warranty it isn't worth it, neither is the awful customer service. Talked down to me the entire time.

Bought a Honda Pilot & got full coverage insurance all in one location. They provided amazing customer service, were very personable & honest, and sent me straight to get 2 new tires upon buying my truck at their expense. I must say that I highly recommend their car lot! Never buy a car from here. Don t even bother looking. When you tell someone to be there at 9:00 bc you can t sell untill then. So when we show up to buy, you say someone saw it and walked over there at 8:30 and they just bought it.

Me and my wife went up there an hour before closing and they got us into an awesome car will only $500 down. The entire process was extremely easy and they're professional and very polite and explained everything down to a t. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are lifesavers for sure

People are really friendly but, sold us a car and it died within 24 hours of having it. They offered to fix it, told us it was fixed, drove it for about 20 minutes after we got it back from them and it's already messing up again. Do not trust these people they will screw you. Now they gave me the $500 refund but claimed I still owe them for the full cost of the car because they won't let me out of a contract even though I never made a single payment on it
