Fred was so helpful through every step. I got there a little after 9am and was expecting to drop my car off and leave it all day, but they were done in less than an hour. Wonderful customer service, would recommend to anyone.

The team at Capital tire service are awesome- I was traveling through the area and had a leak in my tire- ended up getting the tire repaired and an oil change as well. Great people and great service- can t beat that.

Quick, Easy ServiceWe need two tires for our SUV. They didn't have the size we needed but ordered some that came in the next day. The tires were put on in a short amount of time. Service was quick and a fair price. If you need tires, I would recommend this place.

Got a screw in my tire as I traveled and couldn t have been more fortunate to find this place nearby. Owner was top notch and so reasonably priced that I wouldn t have been offended if he had doubled my bill. Great small business.

I ve been going to Capitol Tire Service since I moved here in 1999. My father in law was quick to tell me that they re the best in town on prices and service. Freddie & Tony are some of the finest people I know! I would never get my tires, brake jobs or oil changes any where else in town. Good honest place to do business with!

Couldn't possibly rate them high enough. Incredible service, fantastic pricing. If you're reading this searching for the best place to get tires, just go ahead and get in your car and take it to them. You will not be disappointed and you will not be beaten over the head with all the "extras" like you do at big box tire shops.

They did an excellent job. They helped me sort out a problem I had. I went to previous places, who had some difficulty finding the right size for me. They had the right sizes in stock for a great price. I had to wait because I did not have a ride, so they went immediately to work and got me out of there in less than an hour. I will recommend this place to everyone in SE Tennessee.

Beat everyone in town that I priced for a set of Michelin tires for my truck. They didn t have my size tire in stock for the particular tires I wanted but they ordered them and the tires were installed by late morning the next day. Simple, painless tire buying experience from a local business that beat the prices of the new big tire shops in town.

Capital Tire always takes care of me. Their prices are great and their staff is friendly. This is one of those gems.of a shop where I never need to worry about being upsold to something I don't really need...they've had many chances to do so and never have. They run their business with integrity.

I needed to buy 4 new Michelin tires and do alignment on all 4 wheels. I called Capital Tire Service an hour after they closed and Freddy answered the phone and took my car in, even though they were officially closed for the day. I picked up the car next day also after business hours from Freddy and I was really impressed with their service. The tire shop went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitively recommend this place to anybody. They do not just offer great customer service, but a peace of mind.

Perfect service. I had a tack in my tire close to the side wall. Village tire tried selling me a brand new tire. They said it couldn't be fixed. Went to capital tire and the gentleman there looked at it with no guarantee on what the outcome may be. He said that it may possibly be patched. But he would see what he could do with it. Luckily it was just a poster tack. They are professional and courteous. Highly recommend them for your service needs.

In 2014 I was looking for a new set of tires for my 4Runner. I called Captial Tire and a few other stores to get some prices together. Capital was well under the price of the other stores I called. I purchased a set of Michelin LTX M/S from them and could not be happier with the tires. Five years later I'm needing a new set for my wife's car. I talked to Tony and he priced another set of Michelin tires for me - yet again, they were well below the other tire stores in the area I called... including a national chain. The national chain said they would beat the lowest price I could find, but I'd rather give Tony and Capital Tire my business than save $10. BTW- the national chain was the highest by a long-shot. Capital Tire is honest and consistently offers the best prices. I will continue to do business here and send family/friends when they need tires/service.

I bought some tires from them for around $700 and got the to put some new wheels on my car. The wheels possibly needed spacers and definitely needed hub rings because of the difference in size, I explained all this to Freddy. I gave them the wheels, spacers, and hub rings. I drove to Savannah the next day and I had a lot of vibration. I ended up taking my car to a place in Savannah and they said everything was fine with the exception of them tightening the lug nuts way to tight and they Didn't put the hub rings on. I ended up searching my car and finding the hub rings in the back floor board. I guess they just decided I didn't need them and just threw them back in the car. How do you not notice that the wheels are a different size then the hub, I have no idea. I went back to them asking for the 120 it cost to get the hub rings on and balance the tires again from all the jar. The guy said here is a check for $50, like it or leave it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The man at the front desk was nice. I had to get all tires replaced on my SUV and the price was lower than I expected. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I were traveling north on I-75 from Atlanta, heading toward the New Jersey Shore. The car was shaking, and we were in an unfamiliar area. We found Capital Tire Service through a map search on our phones, and gave it a try. Not only did they immediately place our car on the rack, but they promised to have us out of there in 45 minutes (which they did!). They promptly diagnosed our problem, balanced and rotated our tires, and got us back on the road in a very timely manner. The owner and staff were very friendly and didn't try to take advantage of our desperate state of affairs. My only regret is that we don't live closer to this honest, trustworthy, knowledgable busy (which is rare in this day and age). Thank you Capital Tire Service!

Great shop with staff that always takes care of what's needed. Not just tires, but suspension, minor maintenance and repairs. Capital has been our go to shop for years and always does great work and with integrity.

Drop my truck off for a front alignment. Told it would be an hour before they can get to it called back at 12:30 was told it would should be ready by 4:30 because my tie rods were breaking as they were taking them off, at 4:30 my husband went to pick my vehicle up he gets to the shop and its not even there! Was told it was at their otger shop. The man tells him that we are goinvg to have to pick it up tomorrow because there's just no way they can get to it today. Mind you, the shop was closing and I didnt even recieve a phone call or anything to let me know....i work 3rd shift, everything I need for work is in my vehicle, the inconvenience that caused me was enough in its own. The next day around 1 pm I pick my vehicle up, the man tells me that they werent able to do the alignment or anything to it because the axel was warped. How did they know my tie rods were breaking off if they didnt do anything to the vehicle?! Terribly unprofessional people, shady to say the least. BBB Has received a formal complaint.

Was dropping my daughter off at college when we heard this dreadful noise on the car. Being from out of town I did not know where to go. Found Capital Tire Service and Freddy had me on the road again in no time. Even though they had other work to be done, they took the time to help me get back home replacing both front wheel bearings in record time. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. So grateful to know that there are good men serving their community. If I need repairs again while in Cleveland --- Capital Tire Service is the place I will go.

I was working in the area and ran over a screw. Capital Tires took me in and patched it up quickly and got me on the road and working again quickly. Excellent customer service! Thanks guys.
