So first off. Let me start by saying that I had an interview at this autozone. I have plenty experience the automotive field. Bo, the general manager had sat there. And told me over the phone that he will see me tomorrow. Which was the next day for an interview at 1 o'clock? So I go in there to find out that he has off that day, the day that he said to come in for the interview. And his manager had called him up and asked And why he set up the interview for his day off instead of a day, that he weren't and he sat there and told her that he told me it was supposed to be on that Friday. So I go in there that Friday at 1 o'clock. I was actually early. I got in there about. 1245 and he had proceeded to tell me that he picked somebody else even though the other manager gave him.Good praise about me. So I was a little upset. Now, while this was all going on I had in the middle of all of it was ordering parts for my car that I needed desperately so. I got my parks that day when he told me that he had picked somebody else. Went to go to put those parts on my car later on a day because. So I had to wait to do. It found out that the brake pads were wrong. So I went back that night and proceeded to tell the employee. That was there on the night shift that it was wrong and that if it didn't come in right the next time that I was gonna have to Sue because I only have one vehicle. I have 3 kids and a wife that I have to take back-and-forth to work and back-and-forth to school. He said okay. Well, let me call my general manager and let me see what I can do so. He called him apparently and I waited for a while. And next thing I know. A cleveland tennessee city cop walked In and told me that I need to leave that. I was trespassed from the property. Now mind you, I had done nothing wrong. Oh, and on top of that not to mention. I have been going to this exact location since 2014. And will never be going to this location ever again. So be very weary about getting parts from this location because they have no clue of what they're doing.

Great group of guys working this location tonight. Really went above and beyond to help me find a caliper bracket bolt to get my vehicle back on the road. Definitely recommend this store to anyone in the Cleveland area.

Tonight I noticed my right headlight was out on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Immediately wanting to get that taken care of, I went to advanced auto parts (located next to this location on Keith st), and was greeted by a guy who very clearly had no idea what he was doing. Could barely understand what he was saying; he was mumbling. he very lackadaisically looked up my car make/model/the part, proceeded to tell me it was gonna cost upwards of $700-$1000 to replace my lightbulb? (Right). So I went to AutoZone just to get a second opinion because even though I m a girl and clueless about cars (I ll say it) I knew that was ridiculous. Bo @ Autozone immediately helped me and assured me that the lightbulb itself costs between $15-$100. But then he explained the pricey part can be when removing the entire front part of my car / headlight itself to access the bulb that needs to be replaced. (Still would NEVER be $700, not sure where that came from)Bo then walked out and carefully looked at my car/headlight, explained in more detail (since we were now looking at it) the whole process of removing the headlight altogether. However he told me it IS possible to replace the light bulb yourself without doing all that; by popping the hood and going through the back of the light, but that the hole is kind of small/awkward and pretty difficult to get to, successfully unscrew it and THEN successfully put the new one in. So without hesitation, we popped open the hood and got to trying. Bo tried for a few minutes, and then I offered to help just because I had a smaller hand. They stayed there with me and helped me understand the visual of what I needed to do (considering I m the least car person ever ) and I ended up unscrewing it! (I got very excited). Went back inside the store and bought the new bulb, and then Justice, the other gentleman working, successfully screwed it back in, and the bulb was successfully replaced! Both of them helped with this whole process, and neither of them acted inconvenienced by me especially when I was determined to unscrew it. (I m sure they were like oh Lord there s no way this girl is gonna unscrew it, but I could never tell they were thinking that for all I knew in that moment I felt like they had full confidence in me I could do it LOL)SO beyond grateful for Bo and Justice AND they also stayed 15 minutes after closing to help complete this entire process. Couldn t thank them enough and couldn t recommend them enough!!!!! THANK YOU AUTOZONE!!!!!!

I always receive exceptional quality service at this location! William was patient with me and my lack of auto understanding, and took the time needed to help with a custom headlight problem, saving me so much time and energy! This is my go-to store for all things auto.

We pulled in this place with a dire situation with our truck. These people were so unwilling to offer us help and simply walked off during our conversation. We were able to get our truck next door to Advance Auto Parts and they were nothing but helpful and I give them five stars. Do not stop at this Auto Zone!

I came in to get my headlight bulbs replaced. Mr. Chase Kirkpatrick did a great job installing them on my 2017 Ford Focus. All of the staff are very friendly and always provide excellent customer service. This location is my main shop for all automotive parts, service, and advice.

Hands down the best customer service i have ever had. Christina deserves a raise. Not only did she deliver perfect service she taught me how to remove a nail and plug my tire in the parking lot. I have to be somewhere for a contest she saved me. God bless her. I will never go anywhere else as long as she is here. Amazing. Who helps people like that nowadays. Nobody. She saved me.

Mary Ann was my angel this morning! She helped me figure out the issue with my car, found the correct part for me to purchase, and calmed my nerves on a very stressful Monday morning. She even put the oil in my car that I bought while I was too busy stressing out about the alternator issue. Today would have been much more stressful without her helping me!

I was having battery issues so I came in and Courtney was quick to ask if I needed help. She was super friendly and after she tested the battery she gave me the options they offered and explained their benefits and pricing s. She removed the old battery and installed the new one efficiently. Great service for sure!

Service Rep Shawn was knowledgeable, professional and patient in trying to fully satisfy my queries. Christina Hernandez or whatever her name is should be fired for her rude and unprofessional behavior . I called to pick up a part I already ordered/paid for n she told me to hurry cuz she was about to close . I got to the front door at 9:03 and the left me standing outside, laughing and looking at me for almost 15mins and when she finally opened the door she was super rude and inconsiderate because I drove all the way from Chattanooga to pick that part .

I gave him a three because I've had good experiences there before with other employees.Long story short, I asked to borrow a spline key adapter. I said that they didn't have one but that I could buy one. I found one the package was literally already sliced open on the side where he had been used before.Anyways it was the "wrong size" but the little Napoleon syndrome who I won't name refused to take it because he said it was used. And he was the one that sold it to me with an already open package.I hope he finds happiness because I did at the other AutoZone that accepted the return

I called Shawn Adamson at AutoZone Store #0107 at 895 Keith Street this afternoon. I shared with him that I was having consistent problems with my truck starting. He suggested I bring the truck to the store and he would check everything to diagnose problem. When I got there, he came out and hooked up diagnostic tool to determine problem. It showed the battery had a dead cell in it. Shawn took old battery out of truck and gave me a choice of batteries to choose a new one. Then he put new battery in truck and was very thorough in everything he did for me.Outstanding service and complete customer satisfaction! Thank you, Shawn Adamson, for your care and professionalism in helping me!

By far one of the best experience with customer service I have had in a very long time! Mr. Shawn Adamson was very quick to getting my part I needed to fix my vehicle! Despite going to the one closest to my house and let me just say the store off Mc Grady drive is nothing but a joke when I got asked by the store manager what she could help me with and I gave her the part number that I had acquired over the phone by Mr. Shawn Adamson which he informed me his store and all the other surrounding stores in my location had the exact same part that I was looking for. But where I live at the store that I first went to was the one closest to me. The store number was 1927 was the first store that I went to. The store manager Alyssa informed me that she had no idea where fuel injectors were in her store. She left me standing there for a good 10 minutes without even saying anything to me. I didn t proceed to go to Mr. Shawn Adamson store to get the part. But then I realized I only had 15 minutes to get to the store before they closed. As I walked through the door he greeted me didn t even act like it was close to closing time. Then he got the part number from me again what he had given to me when I called. It only took him about not even one minute to get the correct part that he told me he had. I will not go back to store number 1927 because of the poor customer service and the lack of knowledge of their store store number 0107 is where I will now be a new customer of. Thank you again Mr Shawn.

First time I have ever had anything but best experience there. Only 2 working, both tied up waiting at registers. No attempt to move to next register -- I had 1 item. Took far too long and no help on the floor. I have been a loyal customer because of service.

The young man that helped replace my key fob battery was so helpful. I just handed him my fob and he did the rest! I was turned away at another auto store stating they weren't allowed to open fobs?? It was nice to be helped so quickly while I was on my lunch break.

Nice discounts on maintenance supplies that I need. The staff is helpful answering my questions and, with this purchase,I will have a $20 credit on my next visit. I'll probably get that train horn I've been wanting for the people who impede the fast lane on the interstate. lol

I needed a new battery for my X-terra and Timothy waited on me...Well let's just say I hit the Jackpot! He was extremely patient and kind enough to install the battery for me. He even recruited my great-nephew to be his "helper" which absolutely made his day. Auto Zone has fantastic prices and even better Customer Service.
