Jai with Auto Experts was a tremendous help to me! Apparently, my alternator belt snapped or slipped off. I could hardly get my car back to my house from Auto Zone. However, Jai was helpful enough to conduct the repair on site at my residence, with a premium part and speedy service. I ve been to mechanics and service centers before; they pale in comparison in regards to rates, performance and customer service. From now on, I ll bring my car and business to the Auto Experts first before considering any alternate options.Service: General repairs & maintenance

September 21, 2021 my son and I were coming back from Atlanta Georgia our car broke down we got the car out of the way and to an AutoZone the gentleman there gave us a business card we called Jai owner of auto experts came out and gave us a great price took very good care of us fixed our car great experience was professional off the chart this guy is awesome get your car fixed by this morning place. Mike and Tank were very knowledgeable by diagnosing the problem immediately. The timeliness of service and the speed at which my truck was repaired is second to none! Can t say enough but the price as well! Expected to pay alot more than I did!!!
