I was nervous. My 17yo and I were on our way home to PA from the ball fields in Dalton, GA when our car had other plans. It was a Sunday so mechanics were not open and we were in a tough spot. After I spoke with Phillip from PepBoys I immediately had them tow my car 30 minutes to the PepBoys on Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga, TN. James, our tow truck driver was great!! He came super fast and was personable! We talked about the Smoky Mountains and softball. He was great!! Highly recommend. (I hope I have his name correct.)

This place was so neat and professional looking, inside and out. There was a tall gentleman that was very friendly and helpful! Can you believe it- he even helped me move my multitude of belongings from my totalled car to my rental. When I first walked in the door I had to wait a little while for someone to come into the office, but they must have a sensor or something to tell them someone had arrived because it was the same wait when I went back in the office to ask a question. So just be patient. The service was great!

I did not get their names, but they arrived within 27 minutes of me requesting my service through OnStar GMC. The guys were super fast and professional and even helped bring all of my equipment from my car into my home. Definitely recommend them.Service: TiresService: Tires

Excellent customer service, tow truck driver very polite and professional they delivered my car to the mechanic shop, very grateful that they take pictures when they deliver a vehicle I got those pictures from them showing there was no damage to my vehicle when they delivered it.I greatly appreciate them and all the hard work they do.

These guys are amazing. They got our truck out with no damage, even tho it was almost on it's side on a ditch. Let us use their jack to change the tire when we picked it up, and were super curtious and polite.

WONDERFUL MECHANICS, GREAT PERSONALITY AND EXCELLENT DIAGNOSIS. HIGHLY SUGGEST THEM, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED AS WELL. DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CALL.

Lousy excuse for car dealership. Got a car from them. The same night, me and my 3 year old had to walk home 12 blocks in the cold, because it broke down.
