Clean inviting showroom, friendly staff that is understanding when you check in often to see how things are going.They took the time to give me a detailed explanation on how they went through putting the quote together for my insurance company to decide if my vehicle would be a total loss or repairable.

This shop is the epitome of what a quality hometown body shop should be. They were courteous, professional, and they got the job done RIGHT! They don't rush, cut corners, or try to save time at the expense of your vehicle being repaired properly. Most importantly they have good values and they are the kind of company you want to work with!

The ABSOLUTE most unprofessional company to deal with. Two ladies work in the office, one is so beyond amazing. The other needs to get a job as far away from customer service as possible seeing as how when questioned she hangs up the phone. My sister has had her car with them for over two weeks due to their negligence. She went in to have a door replaced and in the process they broke something and had to order new parts. New parts arrive scratched so she waits longer. Then my sister receives a call saying they have to transport her car back to the Mitsubishi dealer because they re not qualified to recalibrate her car (maybe further your education since newer cars are being manufactured yearly). It s Thursday and they call her to tell her her car is finished but it won t be ready til next Monday or Tuesday. It s been three weeks to replace a back door and a tire. THREE WEEKS! I ve been lending her my car. Talk about a total inconvenience dealing with this company. If you don t mind your vehicle being gone for weeks on end, by all means use this establishment. If you prefer professional service, anyone but them.

They had my car for over a few months, it was totalled by the insurance company.... over a scuff on the side of the door!Advanced Collison took my front and rear bumper off (scratching it all to pieces), broke my grill, took my window out, broke several other pieces to my car!!!! The damages that they done to the car is why it was totalled! Had they repaired only what needed repaired it wouldn't had been totalled!!!! Run like hell!

I was involved in an auto accident which was absolutely terrifying but Advanced Collision were so helpful and wonderful to work with. I wanna give a BIG shoutout to Hunter Raby who kept me updated on the status on my vehicle the Entire time! It was Great to work with someone whom I could TRUST. I would recommend Hunter and the Advanced Collision Team without hesitation!

Steve the appraisal lied to me multiple times and returned my truck with flaking clear coat and flawed paint areas in other areas. I let them fix their admitted mistakes and they did fix the 4/6 paint flaws but damaged my taillight and scratched all the paint in multiple areas near the tail light. The GM has not returned my call but I am hoping they can compensate me for the damage before I have to escalate this to the BBB and a civil suit. I will continue to reach out to them this week but will drastically escalate my complaint if they can not take ownership for their neglect. I will removed my post if they can treat me with fair customer service. They have done nothing but lie and be busy on phone calls or busy in meetings so far. Fingers crossed.Service: Body & Trim

Fixed my Maserati Ghibli with them. They did an excellent job on every aspect : gaps, paint match, cleanliness, attention to details. They also left a perfect detailed report on all jobs they did. Even though they were booked month ahead they agreed to start working on my car if I agree to leave it for longer time, so they could involve additional resources. We were very impressed by Ryan the general manager, he was very professional and had the best people skills of any business I have dealt with. Super customer service! The quality of work done on my Honda Accord was superb. I definitely suggest them to anyone.

Lousy customer service and they don't stand behind the work they do. Painted the hood of my wife's car and the paint started flaking off after less than a year. They wouldn't re-paint the hood. The guaranty the provide when they repair your car is worthless.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Got into my first collision so I was a total wreck with nerves. My insurance set up a appointment to get an estimate they were on time and they even worked with advance collision to save me a few dollars on my deductible!. Advance collision made me feel better and everything was made sure to be taken care of easily and took most my worries away. It was done on time and it looked brand new they did awesome and it was cleaner. Very satisfied. I will use again if I have another issue I hope I dont but I will always go back. They are also very nice.

They finished fixing my truck after hurricane damage and it turned out well. They also worked on my in-laws Jeep and it looks Great! Only problem is, it's not the right color. It's off by a couple shades, and their clear coat wasn't as nice as where they had to have another repair done. So now, their bumper is the right color with a beautiful clear coat, and the rest of the Jeep looks pretty but isn't the right shade. Also, they lost their USAA body shop approval.

This shop was recommended by my insurance company, as they guarantee the work that they perform. After a month, and over $12k in repairs, this shop still sent my vehicle back to me with scratches and scuffs all over new and freshly painted panels, forgot to replace multiple plastic covers that were removed during the repairs, and even left grease and grime all over my leather seats from their technicians. Since their work supposedly comes with a lifetime guarantee, I called the shop and let them know about my dissatisfaction and arranged a date couple weeks later (I wanted to have my vehicle for my family s summer vacation) to drop it off for the re-work to be completed. Part of their guarantee is that a rental should be covered, yet I still ended up paying $70 out of pocket when I got the rental, and also paid another $10 invoice sent to me after the rental was turned in since they didn t absorb any part of the rental costs. When I called them to ask why this happened, their rep promised he would get to the bottom of this issue, agreeing I should not have paid for my rental. After more than a week of no reply, I call his office. He informs me that his company has no idea why I paid out of pocket for the rental car, but assured me it would b taken care of. After numerous calls to this date, it has yet been taken care of, and I still remain with out-of-pocket expenses that are continuing to be unexplained and unjust. They ve still not worked to adjust the billing issues, and I highly recommend that anyone in need of insurance work to be done on their vehicle, do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

We went to Advanced Collision via a referral from our dealership.We got an estimate, and set up the drop off time. Drop off date came, we delivered the car, and was told that it may take up to a week to get it back. Fine. I called Wednesday 10/2, and spoke with David to check on the progress. He tells me that the car would go into paint late Wednesday/early Thursday morning, and that it should be ready Friday (10/4) afternoon.On Friday we checked the web site to see if the car was ready, but it didn't show that it was ready, so my wife called to see. We were told that it was not ready, and that it would be Monday 10/7. Ok fine. Things happen. We take the rental car back, and while in Cleveland we decided to stop by and see the progress. In the lobby, David tells me that the care is almost ready, and that all that was left was to install the components in the door and a final wipe down. I asked if I could see the car, and he invited me into the back where the cars are repaired. We walked all over the shop, and couldn't find the car. David the asks an employee where the car was, and the young man asked "did you look in the paint booth". We look in, and sure enough, there's the car. They had just taped it off, and was getting it ready to paint. I looked at David and said "I thought you said it was almost ready, and all that was left was installing the door parts?". He started with some line of bull about he never promised that it would be ready, and I turned and walked out as he kept trying to talk because I don't like being lied to! I understand that things happen and people get behind, just tell me the dang truth!. We called back Monday because we weren't notified that the car was ready, and they told us that it was ready. We went today (10/8) and picked up the car.The work on the car was excellent!! I give their work a 5 star rating!!! No joke, I think their paint looked better than the factory paint! No over spray, no ripples, no drips, or sagging. The repairs made looked great, you couldn't tell that there was ever any damage! The GM was super nice, and easy to address which is nice being that most GM's are full of themselves. This guy was down to earth and really wanted us to be happy with the repairs.The estimate was off. We were told $1800.00, but ended up paying $2200+. Not happy about that, but I understand that things happen.At the end of the day, I would very much recommend Advanced Collision for any body repair, but I'd also recommend that they speak with someone other than David. I believe that he would say just about anything to make a customer happy for the moment.

Trim missing from rear window(area not damaged previously), rear seatbelt unattached setting in my back seat(went in for driver side front fender and door), scrapes of rubber in back seat(again unsure why anything was done to rear of car), person positions missing from vehicle (a knife that was with my tools(at least they left my tools I guess), late, and then after it left their shop obviously with out an exit inspection I had to deal with insurance for another week to get repairs they didn't catch. A month plus later I finally have my vehicle back - some trim and + their trash.Service: Body & Trim

This place is a joke. My mother brought her SUV in for a minor repair on the front fender and door. They had it over a week already, so my mom goes to check on it and was scolded because she came without being texted. It ended up taking nearly 2 weeks to get it fixed . My mother is 81 yrs old and I can t believe the way they talked to her. She nor anyone else we know will ever use this place again. I would have given it no stars at all, but I had to give it 1 to share her experience.

So unorganized and unprofessional. I brought the car by for estimate 07/11 for hail damage and told them to schedule me and they told me September. I call back to confirm my appointment and they said they don t have me down for a firm date. Why not? We don t know? Was it my fault ? No, but we don t have you down for a date. When can you schedule? Nov 6. WHAT!?! Why should I be penalized due to your error. They don t know who made the error but they can t help improve the date. If that s how they run their business. I don t recommend them.

Very rude customer service. They feel as if they can talk to you any ol way because your insurance is paying the bill. I will never choose this place. Customer service goes a long way with me and you ain't getting service here

Great service. I have used them 3 times for body work. Excellent results. Nice waiting area with complimentary soda and water available.
