I was lucky to find Frederick at A&I Auto about 4 years ago when I moved to the area. My previous mechanic (in another state) I had been going to for nearly 20 years. I dreaded having to find someone near my new house and knew I would never find someone I was as comfortable with as my previous mechanic. But I was wrong. I have three vehicles and Frederick has always done a great job and very fair prices over the last four years. I don't mind paying for service but just want someone that gives it too me straight and prices fair. Frederick is great and I was so glad to find Frederick. A&I Auto will be my mechanic for life!

My car broke down and I had it towed to A&I. It was evaluated is a reasonable amount of time. Once I gave him the go ahead to make the repair it was completed quickly at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to a friend.

The wife and I was passing through when our vehicle started running very bad. We was able to make it to the shop barely. Fredrick jumped on it and had us under way in a short timeThank Frederick.

We were unable to get anyone on the phone so we went to Lynn's instead. They had come highly recomended and may have been a solution to our problem so this is not a bad review for them. I do not remember getting voice mail but since we were three elderly stranded females we went with the other also highly recomended repair shop.

My Nissan needed it's radiator assembly replaced. It was done in less than a day and they did a great job! The guys there are super friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs some work on their vehicle. Bonus that the office cat is so cute.

I understand that A & I Auto is owned by father and son . This is a very honest business. They were kind and very thorough in diagnosing my problem with my 2000 Toyota Camry.they also priced the mechanical work that my car needed at a better price than three other auto shops - thank you A&I!

While in Cleveland, TN visiting our son and family AND our new granddaughter, our 2008 Rav 4 s dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. A&I was recommended in the what s happening in Cleveland social media group many times. I went on a Monday morning and by Tuesday morning was driving a like-new car. Fredrick immediately diagnosed the error codes and explained the fix needed and exactly what the cost would be. He promptly ordered the part and everything happened exactly the way he said it would. We are now back in Texas and if it weren t for Fredricks honesty and really caring about his customers, our experience would have been much more stressful. THANK YOU A&I!!!!!

I have had to take my car here twice for unrelated issues and every time they have treated me with the upmost respect! both times my car was repaired within 5 hours of dropping it off. i couldn t recommend another mechanic over A&I!Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

The backup camera on my vehicle went out, and A&I replaced it in a timely manner! I was very impressed by their staff and service. Not only was the job done well, but it was done at a better price than many competitors had to offer. My new camera works so much better than the original one did. I have told several of my friends about them!

I am correcting a mistaken post with A&I Auto made previously as it was incorrectly posted. My apologies for any harm might of caused this owner and his business. They are a highly reputable local business and very polite to do business with. Don't hesitate to got to A&I Auto.

I went to have rear taillight fixed. They found out was corroded, so had to replace the whole ensemble. Had them check out my oil leak and power steering leak plus had them check to see if could put a hood latch. The hood was kept down by a wire my wonderful son-in-law put on thru Afro-American enginuity. So the next 2 days off, I will have them replace the head gasket, serpentine belt and power steering container. Also, going to have the bolt down my hood. Then, if they do a good job on all that, I will have them check my brakes and get all new tires!

Very friendly and knowledgeable, fixed only the parts that were needed and work quick. Both the man at the service desk and the mechanic we're very helpful. Will definitely use them again.
