The man who took care of me number one was a very rude miserable old man. I guess since he was having a bad day we all have a bad day. My appointment was at 4 and I m writing this review at 6 all I needed was four new tires. Anywhere else they d tell you about an hour, nope we re here two hours later waiting for my truck to be done. I sat there and listened to an old man yell at someone on the phone because HE couldn t hear THEM. How are you going to get upset because YOU can t hear. Then he proceeds to complain about how he should ve left an hour ago and he was there because he didn t know the tires he was looking for, because the customer didn t know (aka me) when I had told him they were all terrain and he only waited 30 seconds for the size. I would never in my life come back here lmao only good thing was the lady who helped me considering she knew I was frustrated

Chaos every time I am here. Walked in early morning for an oil change and was told by the auto manager 45 minutes to 1 hour. Checked in and was told I'd get text updates. Shopped around for over an hour and checked the app and it said my vehicle was still in the. Walked back to the area and there were probably 8 or 9 people standing around waiting for service or needed help/had questions. Looked to see if my car was in the garage or at least in line and it was not. Only one employee was there and had some issues with a customer's purchase and was just standing there seemingly lost on what to do. There were many employees in the garage working. It was 90 minutes since I checked in at this point and was told there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me still. I understand things happen, but I was never even alerted or made aware of the situation either through a page or text update. Asked for my keys as I could not wait any longer. Passed the auto manager on my way to the front of the store to check out and he looked perplexed when he saw me and I told him what was going on. He didn't even stop or slow his pace. He apologized, called me "sweetie" in a condescending tone, and kept walking. I had to check out at the front and walk, with 2 very heavy bags, all the way around the store to the back to retrieve my car. There should be a system in place that shows what place you are in the queue, an updated ETA, and be alerted via text, page, or call.

Had a nail in my tire. It was patchable by the location. Came in when no one else was there to get it fixed. Came out with curb rash all over my front wheel (that wasn t the tire that needed patched) and my tpms sensor needs replaced because they damaged it putting the tire back on.I don t know if it s lack of training or what, but I will never use this service again. They re prices are cheap for a reason. Take before and after pictures of your car, because they won t take claim to damage.***UpdateIt s been over a week. I have still to receive a phone call, email, or anything to help rectify any of the damage.

The gentleman in the shop today really helped us out with our blowout. We really appreciate that they understood our situation and helped us get back on the road.

Most times it's empty back here but others times it's full. They are very accommodating even with last mine appts and maybe the last min oil change if there is time left.

Took my vehicle for an oil change and to get tire pressure checked. Checked in at about 7ish, after waiting in line for a bit, which is normal. The guy at the desk advised me it would be about a 2-hour wait, no problem. After walking around Walmart for 2 1/2 hours, I decided to check on the status of my vehicle. The guy behind the desk explained that there were two vehicles in the bay and one ahead of me, so about another hour before they start on my vehicle. After getting more steps walking around Walmart, I noticed my vehicle inside the bay being serviced. The gentleman that worked on my vehicle, Jason, was absolutely awesome! He communicated and explained everything to me. He even assisted me in making a safe decision regarding my tire. I appreciate Jason for his hard work and dedication. Thank you so much!#WALMARTGIVEHIMARAISE

Worst experience. Incompetent staff. Left my vehicle there at 8am asking for a tire to be repaired and if it was not repairable I authorized a replacement tire that I was shown by the staff. I received a text that my vehicle was ready and show up at 2pm only to discover upon arrival that they didn t replace the tire and put a spare on. They then told me they didn t have the tire and there was nothing they could do. I told them I was shown a tire and that I didn t understand why suddenly there was no tire. They then realized that the tire I was shown was one of the more expensive tires and apologized for the mistake. They told me they would give me a discount however before checkout I was told my tires were bought from Firestone and now Walmart therefore I couldn t receive a discount (I ve NEVER serviced my car at Firestone, only Walmart) at this point I had waited all day and was sick of the hassle so I just paid and left. What a scam. Will never return to this location again. it s a shame honestly. Hopefully other customers aren t being treated this poorly.

They took my car hold it for almost two hours, then they called me to tell me that they don't have the oil filter for my car, that I can provide the oil filter, I had to take a ride to the Auto parts store spent money on the ride and on the filter, when I got there they ended up telling me that they can't work on my car, which I find disrespectful from their end... because they made me spent more money and than I was supposed to, why they didn't just tell me to pick up my car from the beginning??

Visiting the area from out of town and pick up a nail in a tire. Wanted to just have the two tires replaced, but they insisted it could be repair. Three hours later, in the road to Nashville, I notice I m losing pressure. Sure enough, the tire was not repaired. Very frustrating experience as I made it clear I was from out of town and needed by car in top notch condition for traveling.

Incredibly disappointed. If I could give negatives stars, I would and I will explain why. Zero stars is simply no service was provided. Not only was service not provided, but I also waited in a packed waiting room to then be told that they couldn t service my vehicle 2 1/2 hours later. So not only did I not receive the service I requested. I actually signed my truck in, waiting for 2 1/2 hours, and then signed my truck back out without receiving any service. Simply incredible. Since I wasted so much of my time already, I decided to spend a few more minutes warning others to simply go somewhere else because this has become a serious issue between wait times and the way they operate. I can always elaborate upon request.

I brought my car to have a tire replaced due to a wayward screw was told it might be a bit of a wait. Not really too big of an issue until I'd been waiting for about two hours only to find out my tire was done about an hour earlier with zero notification. The icing on the cake was the guy at the counter saying it happens sometimes.Service: TiresService: Tires

Oil change was very affordable, and I had to get there early. Or the line is long.

Service is first come first serve, but I had no wait to get my car in for a tire replacement. The staff was amazing. I was met with patients, understanding, and smiles. I felt welcome and comfortable and over all had a good time. The total service took a little under an hour. I look forwards to using them again.

Most of the employee are really nice in thus auto center but it is so busy all the time and they don't do appointments. It is first come first serve. Usually early in the morning and on Sundays are decent times to go. But be aware of how special your car is before you give it to them meaning if your car has specialty parts or for example needs a specialist to remove your oil cap going here will not be able help you and in some cases might break parts. If you need something simple they are pretty good and their hours are also a plus.

Not enough staff. So kind and so efficient, but they need more workers. The wait time gets longer and longer as the recession continues. Showed up at 900am and there was already a 3 hours wait.

The kid at the desk at 650am would not talk to 2 customers while he walked past us twice. He has gold glasses red hoody and black hat black mask black jacket. He played on his phone and walmart tablet. When confronted he just said" it is what it is." Very rude I would not recommend this walmart tire center ever. And to top it off I had an appt at 7am and they only had one guy working. So I had to wait. It was 710am before another customer service guy came in and he was nice and told what was going on.Service: Auto tire replacement

I ordered tires online and they installed for me at a very reasonable price and recommend to anyone wanting to get tires or an oil change. The only thing is that's you'll be waiting a while, even with a scheduled appointment I still had to wait 2 hours for my tires to be installed. Oil changes maybe half as long.

I m leaving 5 Stars because of Johnathan s great service. Even though the shop that was on the shift before had placed the rim on the wrong side of my truck he immediately took action and to fix someone else s mistakes and tried to get me out of there as fast as possible. He was also very nice and not afraid to crack some jokes with my wife and IService: Tires

On 7/16/2014 I took my truck in to have the tires looked at. When checking in I was told it would be about 2 hours before it would be ready. I was fine with that. So I walk around the store to do some shopping. At the 2 hour and 45 minute mark (I had a timer going) my truck was not even pulled in the garage yet. It took over 10 minutes to get my keys back just to leave. I left without even having my truck looked at. After making it home I called to speak with the manager. I might as well have been talking to a child. I understand places get busy. All I wanted was to be kept informed as to the status of my truck. The manager basically said there was no way to do that. Once you check in you just have to wait till hell freezes over to get your vehicle back. I would not take my truck back there if all of their services were free.

Had a battery that needed to be replaced within the 2 years. Couldn't find the receipt but apparently the battery was able to give em all the info they needed and got me a new battery with no problems...

Awesome job as usual. Professional, except 1 person. However, the oil change was cheap and done quickly.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to post a review. One time and never again will I go there. First the employee quoted me the wrong tires. As he refused to give his name, I can t tell you who it was. Second they didn t have the right size tool to take my tires off. I had to go buy it, and we are not talking about specialty tires. On top of that the size tool he told me to get was the wrong size. Good thing I had O Reileys double check it. I was there at 7 am. Of course having to go get the tool, when I came back I went to the end of the line. Don t even want to mention the rudeness of the guy working in the work shop. A simple thing turned into 3 hours and a very unpleasant experience.

Checked in @ 9am to do a simple oil change. Walked around the store and did my complete grocery list. Came back around 10am and my car was not done yet. At 10:30 I asked how much longer it would be they said my car was next in line after 2 that were on the dock, meaning another 30 minutes. Had they told me it would be 2 hours for this simple oil change I would have declined. I got my car and left to the jiffy lube one block away got it done in 15 minutes. Skip this place if you have a life to to live.

They don't do a terrible job but the wait is always ridiculous! I got one flat tire brought my car in at 9:13 a.m....@11:54 a.m. I'm still sitting here. I'm only waiting because I'm under warranty and my tire is free. But everytime I come here no matter what I get I'm here 3 plus hours. Not worth the wait if you don't have to.
