Amazing service!! We had both cars serviced (oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades replaced, headlight replaced, and fuel line cleaned out) yesterday.The total time spent was about 1.5 hours. I've spent almost 4-5 hours waiting for basic service at a dealership here.We were extremely happy with the amount of work we were able to get done in a short amount of time. This place is efficient and effective!! Highly recommend!!

Holy cow the noise. The yelling between the employees was a bit much. But the price was fine and I appreciated not having to wait for hours like at regular car shops. So far so good. I liked being able to see the stuff I requested actually being done as opposed to hoping it was being done at other shops.

I m always a customer of Valvoline and this place is no different than the one I m used to back home. Always receive professional, kind, and prompt service. I would like to personally thank Christian, the technician I saw today! He was so sweet and helped me make sure my vehicle was ready for a weekend roadtrip with the family. Thank you!!! I will be coming back.

My second time visiting this Valvoline location since moving to Tennessee a year ago. Lizzie and her staff were very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back to take care of more work that needs to be done to my vehicle. Thank you Lizzie and staff for a great experience and superb customer service!Update: 12/07/23Went in early this morning to get some work done at Valvoline. Full service oil change, new battery, new bulbs for my rear license plate and a full transmission flush. Simon, Marcus and Devon were very polite, courteous, friendly and informative. Explained everything as each procedure was completed. I also had an online coupon for $10 on the oil change but Simon offered me better values on what service! Very kind of him to do so. The crew at Valvoline is wonderful. If you need an oil change or other work done, they will complete it as quick and efficiently as possible at a decent price. Will definitely return again and again.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge and treatment from the manager, June. I came in today for an oil change. I had purchased a Groupon for $59.99 for one synthetic blend oil change. The normal fee for per June and Groupon is $79.99. June proceeds to tell me that I will still owe $20 for this oil change plus taxes. I tried to explain to June that I do not owe the $20. She walked off from me and then another nice gentleman that worked there tried to tell her I wanted to speak to her about the Groupon and she said there is nothing more to discuss. She finally came over and still proceeded to tell me that I owed the $20. She would not listen at all. She Was very rude and unprofessional. She said she understood how Groupon worked and I was wrong.I decided not to get my oil changed there and called three other Valvoline s who stated they would honor the Groupon and all I would have to pay is $1.60 in taxes. June stated that she was the manager. I m not sure how she came about a manager position with her lack of knowledge, simple understanding of math, and poor attitude towards costumers. I went to another valvoline right down the road and the honored the Groupon and only charged $1.60. See receipt below. And lastly when I asked for a number to speak to someone above her she stated she does not provide phone numbers.

If i could out zero start i would. These people over filled my oil, my oil light started blinking off and on we took the car back up there and when they looked it over they said they did nothing wrong but we checked the oil and it was way over filled. My car is now broken down and pouring oil so thank you so much to valvoline.

Oil change on February 24th. Damaged my oil filter stud, causing the filter to fly off 20 miles later. Attempted a shotty repair using locktite to reinstall the stud. The vehicle broke down a second time 2 miles away. Cost me $800 to replace the oil pan. They "conducted" an investigation against themselves a found they were not at fault, claiming it is usual ware and tear. Absolutely horrible.

I use the location at Dover rd and they're always on point. I will continue to go back as a regular. Quick and helpful

I went there about 2 months ago to get an oil change ,everything went fine , until I go under my car today and see my oil plug bolt was stripped to all hell, not only that I had to use vice grips to try and get it off and they over tightened to where it s seized on there, never going here again and wouldn t advise anybody to unless the want an over tight stripped bolt

Expensive, unprofessional and unreliable.I was there for an oil change and the oil cap wasn t replaced, this led to oil leakage and spillage, that almost blown my engine. I called but then decided to check in with my mechanic because of the spillage. I towed it and he fixed it at a cost. Upon reaching the valvoline place, they took no responsibility for the oil cap and told me nothing can be done for me. They took my number but no calls afterwards.Worst experience ever.Service: Oil change

Having been to many other locations and having issues after them, this location is by far the best Valvoline there is in Clarksville. They go above and beyond to make things right even when their team didn t screw it up. Will never go anywhere else. Devon took the time and we had a few good laughs in the process.

I had the absolute worst experience with valvoline, and it is still on going. I took my Subaru Forester in for an oil change on Tuesday July 12th. They ended up doing a fuel system clean, new wiper blades, oil change, new serpentine belt, air filters, and tire rotation - over $600 in work. I sat in my hot car for 2 hours as they finished. I went to leave, and had to turn around realizing they forgot the tire rotation. Flash forward to Wednesday July 13th, my car overheats on my way to a meeting in Nashville. I had to pull over, and call valvoline to tow my car back to be fixed because the belt had completely came off. Thursday July 14th, I picked my car up after they fixed it only to bring my car back home to it leaking oil and smoking. Friday July 15th, they tow my car back to fix it once again. I called and asked for a refund, and have continued to call almost every day for over a week now, with no solution or refund. I feel as if I was a single female who got taken advantage of, and now I am being ignored. Do not use valvoline for anything, I never will again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

Customer service was okay but they didn't have my oil filter and then instead of doing the $69 transmission change I wanted they said they could only do the $164 one talk about an upsell

I m not really good when it comes to cars and places like these usually make me feel dumb about my knowledge on my own car. But, I had a really lovely experience here today and the person that was helping me, Devon, was really nice, sweet and very helpful. I will be coming here again for every oil change. And this other guy, Gabriel was also very nice to me. Overall just a great environment and I actually enjoyed getting my oil changed for once. Thank you!

Extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was told exactly what would be done to my car and given a time estimate. Not only that, but the entire crew was able to answer questions or give insight to potential problems that might occur further down the road.

I pulled in to get my oil changed. Both bays were full, so I parked and went inside to get service. As I m placing my order 2 more people pull up and the guy behind the counter tells me I have to wait behind those people now. I ask, even though I was here first? He just says yep and walks away. Terrible service!

Needed a tire plugged. They were fairly busy but still plugged my tire and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. This was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a while. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years! Employees are helpful and understanding if you don't want more than an oil change as they offer several other services. Sign up for emails, and the company will send digital coupons they can scan right off your phone. They expire quickly though. Call ahead for availability if you have specialty oil.

The manager June went above and beyond to help me with my battery problem. Called the warranty people and do what she could to help me out. I would 100% recommend anyone to go there.

Horrible experience. I m literally here now waiting for these workers to change my oil it s been 2 hours because the car next to us belt came off apparently they do know what they doing. Never coming again no discount for our wait NOTHING

I love Mrs.June,and her staff members.Mrs June is very knowledgeable and makes sure you're happy. She always makes it her business to come to each car and speak to customers. This is my regular stop for oil changes,fluid top offs and more.

I had an encounter with an employee by the name of Devon he is the most unprofessional mechanic I have ever experienced.I went in for a simple oil change and have decided after this visit I will no longer do business with valvoline.

Horrible customer service. I pulled up and sat for 15 mins and no one came up to my car to ask what I needed. They just stood there and looked at me. Eventually I pulled off and got better service at the one of Wilma Rudolph. They were awesome. Never will go to this location again and I don t recommend anyone else go here either. Unless you want terrible customer service.

Went in for my usual oil change and a new guy I've never seen here talked me into new wiper blades. Well as he was pulling on the wiper arm he broke the wiper transmission and it's costing me 300. to fix. I tried to talk to him about it and before I could say anything he became very defensive. I did see a part fly off as he was pulling on the wiper blade. I'm really agitated and I will not be back here until this dude with his bad attitude is gone!!! I hate giving this place a negative review but breaking something and not owning up to it is just wrong!

I love this location! I ve been getting my oil done here since 2017, unfortunately I moved out of state and can t say I would recommend the other locations. I m pleased to be back in the area and have a reliable location to service my car.I also had a service done on my headlights and it looked amazing!Byron & Devon are exemplary employees that you don t encounter anymore. Thank you to the entire team at Valvoline!

Went this morning just to get an oil change. Knew I had a light out, so told them I was going to change it myself. One guy spent what seemed like forever struggling to get the air filter cover under the hood to check it. Finally got it off and it was good because I had just changed it out about a month ago. They supposedly put everything back together, I pay and leave. Go to parts store get my headlight bulbs and come home to change it out. As I am couple of the screws holding in the air filter cover just fall out and look and all of them are loose. If you can't put my stuff back the way you found it don't expect to get business from me again.

Vavoline is the only place I go for an oil change and overall, basic checkup for my car. They have amazing employees. Friendly, kind and considerate folks. When I 1st got my Nissan, it was 9 years old. My 1st oil change was at the Wilma Rudolph Blvd location. He punched in the vehicle I'd # and we found out that the previous owner had gone there for the entire time they owned the car. Very pertinent information about the maintenance on MY new, used vehicle!How awesome is that!?3-6-23: I picked the WRONG day to get my oil changed. Usually, I pull inside right away and sit in the car while they do their thing. Not today. There was 4 vehicles in each of the 2 lines. I left. I should have checked it out on Google maps and I'd have seen that Mondays were very busy.

Excellent professionalism I had an older woman my age take care of me I can't remember her name but she was amazing and there was another gentleman but I can't remember his name we did engine flush I had a light bulb out in the back I didn't know about they fix that we fix my air filters inside outside awesome awesome service thank you great oil I was in and out within 20 having them do what all I had to do excellent service
